The bungalow is in a beautiful location with stunning views of Laugharne. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable short break. The bungalow was immaculate inside and the addition of a hot tub was a real luxury.
We met the owner who was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely bungalow. It was so welcoming when we arrived and we enjoyed the gifts that where left for us.
It had everything we needed and more and can't recommend this place enough. So spacious yet cosy and the hot tub was a real treat.
Hazel and Hugh were very welcoming and came to check we had settled in ok. We really had the best time and look forward to another trip there again sometime.

Not much to do around the location but easy enough to get into Saundersfoot and Tenby.
Luckily no one was staying in the apartment above us but I didn’t see a mention of this when booking. Car park space right outside which is good and then an overflow car park for any extra cars.

The Old School House far exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful place to stay in. It’s spacious, clean, peaceful & looks stunning.
Clear instructions, especially the tip for using What3Words! The hosts were very responsive when emailed.
We had everything we needed. We spent plenty of time chilling there, but also went to Pendine Beach which was a great place with plenty of space, glorious sand & great views.
There’s a lovely cafe literally next door to the property in a converted barn, great food & friendly hosts.
We spoke to one of the neighbours out walking his dogs & he was friendly & told us to visit Poons Street Cafe in Laugharne but unfortunately we didn’t get chance.

Clean modern flat with a great view. Under floor heating. comfortable bedrooms. Everything you need in the kitchen and living room areas. Allocated parking at the property.
The location is up a hill and it's dark at night so I recommend you bring a torch if you're walking at night or coming by public transport.

No handrail on the stairs. Not a problem for the younger members of our group but 1 was an 88 year old who just needed help with the stairs. Would be great if one could be put up but wouldn’t stop us from staying again

The hosts were really nice and accommodating. when we had unplanned arrivals join us, at our request they got the neighbouring air B’n’B set up and ready for our guests straightaway so that they had their own space. This was a beautiful home provided by lovely owners. It was clean, bright and there were delightful personal touches like wee chocolates for the kids, fresh eggs and honey plus a high hair and beds for the wee ones, complete with cuddly toys (which wasn’t expected!) I’d definitely stay there again. The owners had a cute doggie that was pals with our dog too. We were all sad to leave. Highly recommend the peaceful country stay.

Booking to go to Laugharne I used Great Welsh Escapes and they managed our booking brilliantly. The place we had booked was amazing, a huge 1 bed in a quiet area just walking distances from the town centre and the castle! Highly recommend and I am already using Great Welsh Escapes again in the next couple of months!

The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The house was incredible, it had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The gardens were beautiful. We had 4 young children and a dog in our party and so had to keep a really close eye on them as the garden wasn’t fully enclosed and had a couple of ponds. This wasn’t a problem for us at all but other guests may be interested to know about this. Jac was a great host, he responded to messages very quickly and gave us lots of tips about the area etc. The location is great, the village is lovely and a short drive to beautiful beaches. We are looking forward to going back!

We had a wonderful stay at Creek Cottage. Such a peaceful and tranquil place in beautiful surroundings. Close enough to the castle grounds to explore them but far enough away to be in your own space with no one else around.
The house was lovely, full of character, very comfortable and had all we needed. Set in its own woodland to explore and we woke to birdsong, lambs and other livestock in nearby fields. We got the Rayburn range going pretty easily and used it to cook several meals as well as adding some warmth after the sun went down.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Only 10 minutes from Carew Castle which we visited on Sunday morning followed by a lovely Sunday lunch at the Carew Inn opposite.

An absolutely emaculate property nestled away in a perfect location. This is the second time we visited and it's just as beautiful and perfect as the first time we stayed!

Everything was really lovely & felt just like home from home.we really didn't want to leave.

We soon settled in & felt very relaxed the whole time. The beds were very comfy & all slept very well. The bathroom/ensuite were lovely & showers excellent. We never got bored of looking at the view. The location was perfect to walk into Tenby centre.

The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a lovely stay. The garden is large and secure, so we didn’t have to worry about our dog escaping, and it was great to have a heated swimming pool.

A lovely house, with fantastic gardens. Perfect place to stay and relax for a week with three generations of our family getting together. Minutes walk into town, plenty to do in the area and it’s such a nice place to stay you’ll be happy just staying in, even when it’s raining. If anything, it’s even nicer than it looks in the photos - though we were also lucky with the sunshine.

Lovely, peaceful location and light, airy and spacious space. The hot tub was a definite plus!

Maes Y Mêl was absolutely beautiful - the property was spotless, it was a very cosy feel and the decor was amazing! I stayed for 8 days and did not want to leave as it was so homely inside! The views from around the property are breath taking! Both hosts living next to the property were lovely and very accommodating! I was left with some homemade honey from on the farm and some eggs from the chickens! Both delicious 10/10 all round!

We highly recommend Sunny Bank to anyone who wants beautiful countryside views, a very well stocked and equipped kitchen, lots of living space and all the comforts of home. All within easy access of stunning beaches, beautiful gardens and picturesque towns.
The hosts really do care about their guests and it shows. We hope to be back some day.

It's a beautiful house in a great location overlooking the town. We had plenty of space and everything we needed as a group of five adults and two kids. We would be happy to stay there again.

Enormous house with very private garden and lovely pool. Close to pubs/restaurants and beautiful walks right out of the front door. I’ve never had a bathroom like it. Great for family holidays and plenty of activities nearby. We will definitely return.

This property is at the top of a hill with a gorgeous view of the countryside. There is an outdoor garden area with a lawn that was perfect for our grandson to run and explore. The unit is spacious with all you need to cook, wash clothes, and relax. This was our favorite place to stay during our holiday.

This did not bother us, but there are no shops or restaurants in the village. You need to make a short drive to nearby villages for supplies.

Great holiday for me, my mother and two teenagers. Very comfortable house, beds were amazingly comfortable and everything was of a high standard. Very well equipped kitchen with extras like a coffee machine. We like to walk and I love cold water swimming so to come back to a cosy and warm house was fantastic. So much to do in the local area.

We enjoyed our short stay at Sunnybank. The accommodation is very homely & has everything you could need. Lovely hamper & card was left for our arrival 🥰 so thoughtful! Very friendly host & fabulous hot tub with views. We loved an evening soak - stargazing 🌟🤩

We stayed at Coedllys Uchaf. It was such a wonderful experience. Steward was a friendly guy as he recommended us an amazing visiting location place which we never even planned and thought of.
When we went to visit it, we truly saw a lovely and beautiful cultural of Wales.

Also, we enjoyed spending time looking at Peacock Charlie and the place where we stayed was nice, cosy and warm to stay. Enjoyed the sauna and hot tub bath, which was relaxing after hiking in Pen Y Fan mountain and after visiting beaches such as Newgale, Ramsay Island and Tenby.

Highly recommended it as we plan to book this place again when visiting in future. Looking forward to introduce Wales to our family, friends and relatives. Had a good time visiting Wales in June 2022.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday in a well equipped, extremely comfortable apartment look no further. Nestled high up on the side of a hill it offers wonderful views of the sea and countryside. The apartment has everything you need and more so you don’t have to compromise on the way you spend your holiday. We cooked in a lot which was easy because of the the way the kitchen was equipped - there was nothing missing.

Loved this place! Spotlessly clean and very homely - lots of lovely soft furnishings. Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms comfy and the hot tub was fantastic. Kids loved playing outside on their scooters. The view is beautiful and it’s nice and quiet. Def recommend.

The only negative point was the kitchen breakfast table didn’t really sit 4 comfortably and thought a dining table in the very large living room would have been nice. Other than that we had the best week and would definitely recommend to others. 5*

Utterly wow from the first month you pull on onto a rather steep driveway.Everything is of such good quality.Kitchen so well stocked to wonder shower & bathroom.The TV for none technical ladies was a challenge but eventually got there.The hot tub view we just didn't want to get out.Beds are so comfy & a goodnight sleep was had by us all.If you don't want to cook they definitely had a good range of place's to eat & drink.We will definitely be coming back just stunning

What a beautiful spot on earth! After being away from Wales for 8 years, we were looking for a special place to return...and "The Lookout at Goscar" absolutely delivered...spectacular views over the harbour and North Beach...comfortable beds, nice kitchen...situated in the middle of town a stone throw away from the beach.
Tenby is such a beautiful place, with lonely mornings at spectacular beaches, boat tours to see Seals and busy pub live and sweets shops for the little ones.
All in all we had perfect holidays with our little daughter...we will be back!

The cottage is beautifully decorated and the towels and linen were very high quality. The bedroom is a lovely size and the open plan kitchen/lounge is just perfect for a few days’ R&R. It had everything you could need for a relaxing stay and we were very impressed. The rainfall shower was a wonderful addition.
The cottage is on a main road which was a little noisy at times but only because we’re not used to traffic. There is only a double bed as well which, again, we’re not used to but everything else was just perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay. We had such a warm friendly welcome from Paula and loved meeting her two dogs! The cottage was so homey and comfortable for our winter stay. Paula recommended we walk over to the old church ruin by the sheep field which was excellent, amazing to be near such history! Plus we got to see the sweet surprise lambs. Highly recommend this cottage!

It offered everything we needed to settle in and relax for a long weekend, with the ability to verge out for local walks to the beach and castle. Would recommend for large groups - great outdoor area as well as large drive for parking.

The cottage is very cosy. Living room is cosy with a large fireplace but plenty of space. The sofas are a bit tired but not a problem.
We travelled during a 30°+ heat wave and the living room was very cool due to the stone walls which made it a very welcome place to be!
The garden is lovely and full of secret paths for the kids but be warned, there is a pond exposed, so no good for toddlers.
The area is fantastic with Pembrokeshire coast and loads of things for the kids.
Only gripe is that there is no parking by the cottage other than a layby. There is a car park 150 yards up the road however which allows you to see some incredible scenery of the area, so absolutely this is not a negative overall.
Worth mentioning that there is no TV signal or mobile coverage although there was broadband and WiFi available.

Stayed at the Lloret property for 4 days over Christmas. Exceeded our expectations. GWE communicated well throughout and were keen to do all they could to ensure that we had a good experience. All the facilities at the property were in excellent condition. Beds very comfortable. Lovely views. Couldn’t fault it. Highly recommended.

Me and my family had stayed at Drefach from the 31st of August till the 4th of September. Instructions for checking in were straightforward. The property itself was very clean and the surroundings were beautiful. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates and cutlery as well as some essential cooking ingredients. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was brilliant. Overall, we all had a great time, including our dog who enjoyed his stay. We would recommend this property.

Such a beautiful, peaceful and perfect place. The photos on here don't and probably can't do the place justice. I planned to checkout early but i couldn't bring myself to leave!

A lovely quaint cottage in Laugharne. Very clean with great heating which was needed. Had a large kitchen with dining room table and chairs and well appointed. Washer/dryer was great. Main bedroom had a small but lovely en-suite. We went there in winter but found really nice walks around the area and some nice cafes still open. Browns restaurant is def worth a visit. Interior abd food is excellent. The Dylan Coastal Resort was open and we enjoyed lovely meals there. Definitely take a trip to Tenby it’s a beautiful seaside town about a 30 min drive.

Beautiful house in a stunning location with amazing views over the estuary. We stayed as a group of old school-friends and decided to spoil ourselves by having a bedroom each! The kitchen/dinner/living room is great as it keeps the group together when someone is preparing food. The conservatory was also lovely when someone needed time out. It's ideally located in the centre of Laugharne village, really close to the amenities. Most of the group were able to arrive by public transport, although there was plenty of space in the car park had more of us travelled by car. Loved all the Welsh art on the walls and touches like the Eisteddfod chair in one of the bedrooms. The portholes in the bedroom doors in the attic were quirky too. The only suggestion would be to sort the key lock as it was jammed! Diolch yn fawr for a memorable stay. We would definiely recommend to other large groups.

Very well equipped, comfortable and the washing machine and dishwasher was a bonus. Everything was so clean and in good condition! The view were great and it was so peaceful sat out on the decking have your morning coffee looking out onto the sea!

It’s not really I didn’t like but was disappointed the fairy lights didn’t work on the balcony, would have been nice to sit out on an evening with them on. Also the double bedroom could have done with more storage. The small wardrobes wasn’t enough for 2 adults.

We stayed at Sunny Bank over the school Easter holidays. Two adults and our children 6 and 3. Plenty of information was sent in advance making finding the accommodation easy. We arrived to find a beautiful hamper of Welsh products and a warm welcoming home. Sunny bank has all the amenities you could need plus the luxuries of gowns and towels for the hot tub. The home was immaculately clean and a perfect place to come back to after a day out exploring the Welsh countryside. Hazel and her family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from popping in to show us how to work the hot tub to messaging to help me find a doctor for my daughter. She really makes every effort to ensure you have a wonderful time. Sunnybank is so peaceful and quiet, and if you enjoy the hot tub in the evenings it's a great spot to stargaze in the clear unpolluted skies.

A nice stay at the property, great location nice and close to the town as long as you don’t mind walking up a hill after a day out (we had a pram and found it hard in the heat but didn’t put us off walking!).
Considering it’s in a residential area it was really peaceful! Would be nice if things were included like shampoo/soap etc for the price you pay per night and some parts of the property are a little tired compared to the photos (mainly the upstairs bathroom and garden table/chairs etc).
We brought 2 dogs for the final night and there’s a great enclosed garden for them. We asked ahead of time about the BBQ but when we got there it looked a bit battered so we ended up buying our own to use, maybe a new one would be good!
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The house was great - so beautiful - the different spaces suited the needs of three generations and 7 people, with lots of places to hang out in. Everywhere was very spacious and cosy, with lots of interesting art work on the walls. We felt some of the furniture was looking a bit tired and could do with a bit of an overhaul.
It was a great location, with lots of interesting walks on the door step and a beach with cafes a 10 minute drive away. We had a fantastic meal at Dexters at Browns, moments from the house and there were enough shops in the town to pick up a few bits and peaces.

We had a fantastic week in Laugharne at Gwalia House. The accommodation was fantastic, spotlessly clean and exactly as described and was perfectly located to enjoy all the Laugharne and the surrounding area has to offer. Laugharne itself is gorgeous and such a friendly place, we especially liked Poon over the road! The hosts (Great Welsh Escape) were very communicative and even responded to questions on bank holiday! We loved Gwalia House and definitely hope to be back.

The best feature of the house is its location. The house is in a remote location deep in the Welsh countryside with the most amazing sunsets. Wonderful for us who needed some tranquility and rest.

Stayed for a few days at The Cors. An amazing Arts and Crafts house in Laugharne. A beautiful large garden, lost in time, an oasis of tranquility, yet just minutes from the village and Dylan Thomas' Boathouse. The bedrooms are individually designed, all with big flat screen TVs and modern bathrooms. I highly recommend staying in this extremely romantic, charming and comfortable house.

The most beautiful place we've stayed inside and out. The photos don't do it justice! For us, it was perfectly located - away from the summer holiday chaos but 10-15 minutes from so many attractions (Tenby, Saundersfoot, Heatherton, Bluestone, Manor Park ...). The house itself is stunning as well as being clean and homely. We socialised mainly in the kitchen as the dining area was perfect for the kids to run outside. All the beds were super comfortable and the 3 main bedrooms were massive. The room with the bunkbeds is also a lot bigger than it looks in the photos! We'd love to go back to Middlelands!

Rustig gelegen, fantastisch uitzicht, goede faciliteiten, smaakvol, hartelijk welkom. Centraal gelegen ten opzichte van veel bezienswaardigheden.

It was better than expected. Tendy as seaside town has many things to and the beaches are breath takingly beautiful. Definitely recommended 5 stars

It was a beautiful house and with all the amenities anyone could ask for. It really felt as if we were staying in someone's home. Everything you could think of was in the ktichen. It made it very nice to be able to cook home meals there. The view is spectacular from the sun deck and the local town of Laugharne was super friendly. We loved it. highly recommend.

We had a great week in Lloret. Beautifully clean bungalow with all you need for a relaxing holiday. The hot tub was a lovely bonus. Jac kept in touch by text to make sure we were ok. We would definitely recommend a visit. Thank you.

In de keuken zouden een grotere braadpan en tassen die onder de koffiemachine passen handig zijn.

Spent two days at the Lloret, it is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Laugharne. Really well presented accommodation in an amazing location. The view of the castle and the Taf Estuary are amazing. It is also a short walk from the Grist and the castle, so it is easy to walk into town for some food or a drink. We had space to park four cars without any problem, and finding it is very easy. The owners were very friendly and came over to help with the hot tub after the first day. Overall would highly recommend that anybody looking to visit Laugharne or the surrounding area visit the Lloret.

Absolutely stunning and immaculate house in beautiful Laugharne. Ideally located for exploring Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. Very well equipped property, easy check in and hosts easy to contact.

The family had a wonderful weekend. The house is perfect for celebrating a family occasion. Very easy to walk to the village and we had a fantastic lunch at Dexter’s. Everyone enjoyed the games room and bar as well as the games provided. The garden is also stunning. A very successful weekend. Thank you

This house is magnificent - a feast for the eyes if you enjoy this period of architecture. The house is enormous and but warm and comfortable at the same time. Great Welsh Escapes could not have done more to make our stay more special. Can throughly recommend! Will be looking to see what other properties this agency look after because they really are the best!

Amazing huge house. Had a great time with all the family, rooms large enough for us all to sit together and the house was large enough for us all to have space. Kids and I really enjoyed the pool.

Fell in love with this house it is so beautiful even though it is so big it feels warm and inviting I loved the cosy room downstairs with panel Windows throwing light into the room I would definitely recommend a visit you will be delighted with this charming house

It was a lovely bungalow. Everything which was needed to feel at home was present. All of the things for use were very high quality 👌. There was also a gift pack for us. Bottle of Milk Juice and wine was also given.
Amazing location. Hot tub was so perfect. Good size and also very private.
Hazel and the family were very helpful and generous throughout our stay. Willing to go out of the way for their guests.
We had a great time and my daughter also left a review in their diary. She is 9 and wouldn't want to leave the bungalow.
