Lovely place to stay. Perfectly located in a quiet village with tonnes of history and places to visit. Absolutely recommend this place!

The stay felt like home away from home with a wonderful view to a beautiful valley. Perfect for the quiet holiday we were looking for. Had a great time and our host was a very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in Tenby, the property was great and really roomy. We would definitely return. The only negative I would say is the camera in the back garden, it felt a little intrusive when you're trying to relax.

what didn’t I like would be easier to answer! the building is beautiful and very comfortable. the set up was perfect for my family especially with the mezzanine floor bedroom which gave my daughters the space they needed. it has everything we needed and more!

Spent 2 days there fabulous chalet containing everything you need with a fabulous view of the beach and sea ,self contained ,dogs allowed and hot tub and privacy and parking. I am not sure about wheelchair access you need to inquire but overall a great experience and only 15 miles from Tenby, loved it.

We stayed at Coedllys Uchaf. It was such a wonderful experience. Steward was a friendly guy as he recommended us an amazing visiting location place which we never even planned and thought of.
When we went to visit it, we truly saw a lovely and beautiful cultural of Wales.

Also, we enjoyed spending time looking at Peacock Charlie and the place where we stayed was nice, cosy and warm to stay. Enjoyed the sauna and hot tub bath, which was relaxing after hiking in Pen Y Fan mountain and after visiting beaches such as Newgale, Ramsay Island and Tenby.

Highly recommended it as we plan to book this place again when visiting in future. Looking forward to introduce Wales to our family, friends and relatives. Had a good time visiting Wales in June 2022.

We have stayed in Laugharne on a number of occasions but not in this property. It is the best in Laugharne for us. Gwalia is beautiful inside and is fully equipped. Yes its on the main road with no parking but don’t let that put you off, you will find somewhere nearby. Pubs and restaurants on your doorstep and the castle opposite.

We were three families of six adults and five children. This was a lovely property in a great location and is worth visiting. It’s beautiful inside and out with very nice grounds. The photos didn’t really do it justice. Location great too.

Cannot say how great this place is. Probably the best beach in Great Britain over the road. Flat spotless. Has everything you could ever want.

What an Amazing house - there really aren’t enough superlatives to describe it .Every room was a delight & we revelled in staying in such grandeur . We had an absolutely wonderful time & the pool was an extra bonus. . Great comms & Michelle was very helpful. We have already booked a return trip.

Stayed for a week with my family over the summer. The Hidden Valley is beautiful - newly decorated, super comfy sofas and beds, kitchen fully equipped (they have thought of everything!), and the snug is a real bonus. It was fantastic to walk out of the bedroom door in the morning and enjoy the spectacular view. I'm a keen stargazer, and the dark skies were an absolute wonder. Got some great photos of the Milky Way and it was a real treat using my telescope. Location-wise, there are so many gorgeous beaches nearby (Tenby, Saundersfoot, Wisemans Bridge, Manorbier and Barafundle were our favourites), lots to do for the kids and for adults, and plenty of places to stock up on amenities just a short drive away. Loved every minute, thank you for a fantastic week!

A little gem of a house in a great location, convenient for shops, pubs, restaurants and the castle. Very smart house, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Communication with Great Welsh Escapes was excellent and quick too. Bottle of fizz on arrival was much appreciated.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and we were able to explore the length and breadth of south west Wales. The facilities at the property were five star. Wow, what a wonderful view, we loved everything about this place. It’s location is so peaceful yet walkable into the village and easy to get to the Castle. We liked the modern, clean and clutter free style, with a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We only had a short 3 night break but would have loved to stay longer, thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for the gift of Welsh shortbread, a nice touch, but do note, there was only one dishwasher tab, one tea towel, no kitchen towel or foil and no basics like salt and pepper, so make sure you bring your own!

Such a great weekend. House was clean and comfortable with beautiful features and furnishings. Not to mention great artwork throughout. Location was idilic and had everything we needed for the perfect break away. Host was polite, friendly and communicative. Would certainly stay again and have already made plans to come back to the area.

Sunnybanks is in a wonderful location with stunning views across the Welsh countryside. Great base to visit beaches, walks and tourist attractions.
It's very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, like home from home! Sunnybanks was spotlessly clean, the rooms are very well decorated light and airy.
We had wonderful evenings playing games on the lawn and enjoying our meals al fresco.
We would definitely recommend, we shall be returning for another great break.

Excellent place to stay if you are looking for the whole family accommodation. Everything’s available. Except of course you just need to bring your own shampoo and body wash. The rest is provided. Grocery shops are walking distance anyway. The location is perfect if you drive around especially going to the beach and other site seeing’s. But the accommodation for me is perfect. Safe and quiet.

FOOTPRINTS is a lovely flat in a great location , the walk to the beach just opposite is amazing. The flat is immaculate, well decorated, great storage space and has everything needed for 2. can not fault it in any way .

Our family of four with a 3 year old and infant really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing with a beautiful setting, perfectly walkable to activities, shops, restaurants and the beach. The amenities were just as described and access was easy. We cannot wait to return!

We had a lovely stay in Pendine, the apartment was clean and well kept plus the view over the beach was amazing. Only 15 mins walk to the local amenities and 20min drive to Saundersfoot and 25 mins to Tenby. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at the cottage. It was even more lovely than the photo's. There was lots of space and it worked well for two couples. The living room was so cosy especially with the fire going, great garden for doggie too. Very handy to have a Co-op a short drive down the road and a bonus that it's open till 10pm. If you're planning on eating out for dinner at any local pubs it's probably best to book in advance especially if you're taking doggie. That said we had a great meal at the Savoy Country Inn which is a 15 minute drive away. I'd definitely stay at Maesteg Cottage again :0)

An absolutely stunning farm house in a magical setting. Myself and my partner have stressful jobs, and live near Manchester, so to come here for absolute peace and tranquility was well needed, and couldn’t be faulted.

The farm house is kept to a high standard, with everything you needed within. Check in was easy, and we were contacted to ensure we knew who to turn to should we need any help.

The location is right on the Black Mountain, and weather conditions naturally can make the property a bit difficult to navigate to and from, however the road isn’t too bad, but we were glad for our 4x4!

The views and remoteness you get for this however are well worth it!

We will 100% be staying here again, and look forward to our next trip here. We already miss it terribly x

We had a much needed, relaxing week in Tenby in some really sunny April weather. The flat's location is very central and has a great view of the harbour. We had all of the amenities we needed and would consider returning to Tenby again!

This is a beautiful place to stay. The view across the Village to Laugharne Castle and the estuary is breath taking.
The bungalow was clean, warm and had everything we needed. The hot tub was well used during the week.
The tea, coffee, waffles and prosecco on arrival were a lovely surprise and most welcome.
The location is ideal as a base to visit a number of costal resorts such as Tenby and Saundersfoot. Even St David's is only an hour away. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Our stay was very nice to have some relaxing down time with family the weather was very kind to us although the forecast was poor the bungalow was very clean plenty of kitchen utensils for those who wish to cook fantastic views of the castle and estuary there are some very nice places to eat in the village. The only thing we couldn’t find was a mop as one day it had rained so you can mop the floor and it mentioned that there was a dryer in the utility?? One other thing as it took us over four hours to get from the Midlands we didn’t have a problem getting in at 4pm but we all thought to make sure we were packed and left the house as we found it 10am check out is a little early we didn’t even have time for breakfast before our long journey 12pm would have been more convenient and less stressful

I recently stayed at Frogmore in Laughne and had a fantastic experience. The rental was located in a beautiful area , including a great view of the nearby castle. The property itself was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also a very last minute booking and the contact at Great welsh escapes was incredibly helpful at accommodating us.

One thing I particularly appreciated was the attention to detail in the décor and furnishings. It was clear that the owners had put a lot of thought into creating a warm and inviting space that felt like a home away from home.

Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway . The location, amenities, and attention to detail made it a truly memorable stay.

Dit is een prachtig vakantiehuisje, gelegen midden op het platteland van Pembrokeshire met een prachtig uitzicht vanuit de eetkamer en slaapkamer. Het ligt direct naast het huis van de eigenaren Lloyd en Buddug en hun superleuke hondjes. Het zijn hele fijne en attente mensen die je graag helpen bij vragen en die ook nog eens heerlijke honing maken. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien; aanrader!

Our family really enjoyed the peaceful setting. the cottage is perfectly set up. we had everything we needed. The swimming was amazing and we had it all to ourselves. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is definitely the place for you.

This house is magnificent. We had a fanatic joint 30th here and enjoyed every second. The house is so much bigger than we had anticipated, it’s huge! The heated pool was the cherry on the cake. We’d definitely come back here again - thanks so much.

Footprints apartment had everything you needed for a perfect stay, and then some. Great location, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Wildhaven. The cottage is beautifully situated with incredible views. The cottage itself is exceptionally well-equipped, comfortable, and spacious. Very dog-friendly. t's a perfect base for exploring the Black Mountains. We highly recommend it.

Great location with lovely views of Tenby and Caldey Island. The house is spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. It’s a bonus having a balcony and garden which not many properties in Tenby have. For a winter rental, the house was lovely and warm. The house instructions were also very thorough. All in all a fab holiday home.

Fabulous cottage with tasteful modern interior design maintaining a rustic charm. Located in the heart of Laugharne a stone's throw from eateries, local shop and Dylan's famous watering holes The Three Mariners and Brown's Hotel. A short stroll to the waterfront, views axross the estuary and the Boat House.
We loved the log burning stove, huge sofa and TV and comfortable beds! Being able to bring our little dog was a bonus as was the allocated free parking.

For New Years we stayed at the wonderful Fernhill House Laugharne. Not only was the house spectacular the location was perfect!!! Great Welsh Escapes were brilliant-not only from the first contact but from assisting with the booking and throughout our stay. We've already booked again for next New Years.

Gwalia House is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Laugharne is a fascinating village with a stunning castle, the Dylan Thomas museum, and the coastal path all on your doorstep. There are shops, pubs and places to eat within walking distance and great beaches a short drive away. Great Welsh Estates were so helpful and posted us some things we'd left behind. Highly recommended.

Sunrise Super View , Hot Tub

We had a fantastic staycation experience!

Firstly, the good view we experienced was stunning, especially we witnessed a sunrise you had never seen before. The fact that i am specially mentioning it as it left a strong impression on me .

Additionally, the facility good amenities, including a spacious and clean home and a hot tub. These types of features can make all the difference in creating a relaxing and enjoyable staycation experience.

Overall, it was very positive and happy time we spent with family.
Thanks again as this stay will remain in our and my 6 year old girl memories forever.

Beautiful, well equiped, spacious and beautifully renovated with plenty of outdoor space. Just need to be mindful of spiral staircases and that guests in those rooms are able to manage them. Great local farm based restaurant - Paternoster Farm - highly recommend (only open on certain nights and need to book): Highly recommend restaurant at the Point House in Angel (again need to book) and the Kings Arms in Pembroke: and must visit Pembroke Castle.

What a fantastic place, we had a wonderful time here and would visit again. Place was warm and cosy and very clean upon arrival, with all that you could need if you hadn't had chance to pick up any food at the shops (coffee, tea, wine, milk & even soup). The house is beautifully styled and the log burning fires were perfect for the rainy, cold days of which we had a few. We had good response to our messages even over the Easter BH weekend, they did everything to ensure we had a good time.

This is really a special cottage in an incredible and unique setting. The building itself is really well maintained and sits on a parcel that gives great vistas from all around. The view of the estuary never disappoints. And, the church ruins that sit near the corner of the property are a special site (sight?) to see. :-). The owner is very friendly and extremely responsive and is keen to make sure every guest has the best experience. I was very comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. Highly recommend!!

Stayed a Sunnybank beginning of October for ten days. Immediately when you walk in you can see that the cottage is so clean and fresh. Everything you need for a holiday is there, just like home from home. The hot tub (which is very private) is excellent and so it the games room. The owners were easily contactable if needed. We would highly recommend this cottage. Although we didn't require, the cottage is also ideal if there is a disability shower wise etc. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Very warm and cosy. spotlessly clean and very well equipped. the bathroom door to the ensuite needs some attention as its very difficult to operate. someone else mentioned a smell of damp downstairs and we did notice this too although a quick blast of opening the downstairs patio doors helped a lot. we would absolutely stay again.

Footprints apartment had everything you needed for a perfect stay, and then some. Great location, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed.
Would not hesitate to return and great value.

Hazel really does go above and beyond, we stayed for a romantic weekend and the house is so quiet and serene and peaceful. Hazel popped round on our arrival to show us everything and talk us through the local things to see and do, really super helpful. The hot tub is simple to use, the surroundings are beautiful, clear sky for sunset in the horizon as well as completely clear starry nights.

100% couldn’t recommend this place more, well defo becoming back!

Lots of lane driving - we’re from the city so not used to the tight lanes! :D
