Fantastic weekend away the accommodation was amazing with plenty of room. The location was ideal great restaurants in the area highly recommend milk wood house and there were also some lovely walks.

It was a lovely bungalow. Everything which was needed to feel at home was present. All of the things for use were very high quality 👌. There was also a gift pack for us. Bottle of Milk Juice and wine was also given.
Amazing location. Hot tub was so perfect. Good size and also very private.
Hazel and the family were very helpful and generous throughout our stay. Willing to go out of the way for their guests.
We had a great time and my daughter also left a review in their diary. She is 9 and wouldn't want to leave the bungalow.

Stayed for a week with my family over the summer. The Hidden Valley is beautiful - newly decorated, super comfy sofas and beds, kitchen fully equipped (they have thought of everything!), and the snug is a real bonus. It was fantastic to walk out of the bedroom door in the morning and enjoy the spectacular view. I'm a keen stargazer, and the dark skies were an absolute wonder. Got some great photos of the Milky Way and it was a real treat using my telescope. Location-wise, there are so many gorgeous beaches nearby (Tenby, Saundersfoot, Wisemans Bridge, Manorbier and Barafundle were our favourites), lots to do for the kids and for adults, and plenty of places to stock up on amenities just a short drive away. Loved every minute, thank you for a fantastic week!

BRING THIS BACK. Over the years I have been to so many festivals and Middlelands was hands down THE BEST. Never have I felt so safe due to the friendly security at a festival. I never had to worry about water, there was so much to do in between sets. Best. Festival. Ever.

A stunning house in a stunning location- what is there not to love?! We had a fantastic time at the Cors - the house is beautiful, a real mix of old-fashioned charm and modern elegance, perfect for a weekend away.

Jac was extremely helpful before, during and after our visit - I can’t recommend this place enough. We will be back!

The cottage is very cosy. Living room is cosy with a large fireplace but plenty of space. The sofas are a bit tired but not a problem.
We travelled during a 30°+ heat wave and the living room was very cool due to the stone walls which made it a very welcome place to be!
The garden is lovely and full of secret paths for the kids but be warned, there is a pond exposed, so no good for toddlers.
The area is fantastic with Pembrokeshire coast and loads of things for the kids.
Only gripe is that there is no parking by the cottage other than a layby. There is a car park 150 yards up the road however which allows you to see some incredible scenery of the area, so absolutely this is not a negative overall.
Worth mentioning that there is no TV signal or mobile coverage although there was broadband and WiFi available.

We stayed here for a week with our two kids (aged 1 & 3) and had a really great time - the place is modern and well finished, and in a great location for beach trips, exploring local towns or seeing various attractions for children (Dinosaur World was a favourite)! The hosts were also very attentive and helpful throughout. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Old school house is beautiful! The moment we walked in we were charmed. We loved how it was ‘quirky’ - spiral staircase, arched doors, beamed landing, steps to circular dining room. Yet it was very practical, with everything you’d need for a stay. All in all a very comfy, cosy and relaxing stay. We were thrilled to find a collection of Welsh goodies - thank you! We enjoyed our day learning about Dylan Thomas, whose home was just a 5 minute drive away. I wishes we’d stayed longer. I will definitely recommend it to friends.

The house was lovely, even nicer than the photos. Finish of the house was great, kitchen well equipped and the outside areas were excellent. The driveway was long but no problem, even the Sainsbury delivery driver coped without issue. There isn’t much that can be accessed by foot but this was made clear on the map. We stayed with four children and the house easily accommodated us, all the games and welcome cake were nice touches.

We stayed at both this property and the adjoining annexe. We were a group of 8 and there was ample room for everyone. It felt very spacious. The gardens were lovely and the area very peaceful. The property themselves were nice. The towels could do with changing though as they looked quite worn out and left pieces stuck to you. The en-suite toilet in main building wasn’t very secure and the en-suite shower in annexe blocked but the owners were brilliant in getting back to us with any problems we had. Definitely recommend them and the properties.
Lots in the area to do. We visited Pendine beach which was nice as well as Tenby. Pembrokeshire coast was really beautiful. The children enjoyed Blue lagoon water park which was 30 mins away as well as Oakwood Theme Park.
We would most definitely return. The hosts were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We spent two nights in the Corrs house over New Years. The house had everything we needed - if anything, the photos really don't do the house justice and it far exceeded our expectations. We loved the beautiful gardens surrounding the house, the property has a very private, secluded feeling. We wandered around the small town, which was wonderful. We wish we had spent more time here and would love to come back.

The Cors is a very special place. it is beautiful inside and out. We can only imagine just how fantastic the gardens would be in summer. The rooms are generous and social, while still allowing space to read and potter. The house was very clean, with lots of little extra touches to make our stay even better. walks along the estuary were stunning. The village has a couple of shops and pubs and on our last night we had a fantastic thai meal delivered from Poony who is aboutoto open a premises on the Grist. Just lovely!!

Never before have we booked and the wonderful pictures where exactly what you got- In fact reality was better! Wonderful in every way lovely owner welcomed us with a kind message. We had some poor weather but the apartment meant that didn’t matter as so cozy and comfy we cooked some great meals and all the fabulous facilities were a home from home. Will look to book again!

Great house. Spacious corridors and rooms. The main living room, the kitchen and one of the big rooms are great. Clean, comfortable. We couldn't use on the main living areas as it was under construction so they provided a hot tub outside. It's got great views and nice surroundings. Temperature was a bit funny at the beginning but it balanced after 24 hours. Great indoors fire! Very good communication and available. Great price for such space! Highly recommended.

The house is situated high on a hill overlooking beautiful farmland and the beach. It was so incredibly peaceful to sit on the veranda. The beds were very comfortable and the place was decorated beautifully. The cupboards were labelled and stocked with everything you could need for cooking a family meal.

The en-suite shower pressure wasn’t the strongest, but still nice and warm. We didn’t have fire wood for the wood burner, but didn’t need to use it because the weather was lovely! No complaints though! Would book again!

The Cors is really a very special place in the fabulous town of Laugharne. Close to two very good pubs, an excellent Thai restaurant and a good Deli. What makes the holiday is the house with its fabulous grounds. Clean ,well equipped, very generous welcome pack and responsive host. Highly recommended.

We were three families of six adults and five children. This was a lovely property in a great location and is worth visiting. It’s beautiful inside and out with very nice grounds. The photos didn’t really do it justice. Location great too.

We had a lovely stay at this property in the quiet village of Llansteffan. Our hosts were helpful and communicative. House was spotless and tidy, plenty of cooking equipment etc and a very short distance from the estuary and castle walks.

We have stayed at Sunnybank twice now. First time as a couple and we couldn’t wait to return for our family holiday! 5 stars is not enough, I would give so many more if I could! Hazel and Hugh are wonderful hosts and they go above and beyond to ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Hazel gave us lots of ideas for things to do and places to explore which was great! The bungalow is a real home from home. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need, including lots of extra little touches that really sets this place apart from the others! Pendine beach is beautiful (pic below) we also drove a bit further up to New Quay where we hopped on a boat trip and saw lots of dolphins! 🐬 If you have children, we definitely recommend Folly Farm. We cannot wait to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Great place to stay for a weekend by the sea. Very close to Saundersfoot and plenty of space.

Everything about this property is great. Hosts are very warm and takes guest's comfort very seriously. We were welcomed with Easter treats and a delicious welsh cake. The instructions booklet provided by host had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Property had nice positive vibe that you start feeling like dear home instantly.

This lovely house nestled in the middle of the beautiful town of Laugharne is absolutely exceptional in every way. Absolute perfection, the property is luxurious with beautiful furniture and artworks. Located a few yards away from Browns Hotel with parking too. We had the best time and will be booking another trip next year. Cannot recommend highly enough. Five star!!!

Stayed at this place a number of times while working in the area. I've worked away from home for nearly 10 years and this is by far one of the best I've stayed. From the warm welcome from Richard. To the attention to detail the place has. It isn't like a holiday let. More like a home for the week.

Had a great weekend at Jac’s place. Two families together ranging from age 7- 74. The house is lovely and spacious so plenty of room to cater for everyone. We had some rain, it didn’t matter though, whilst some were playing pool in the games room, others were playing board games in the dining room, which left the cinema room for playing on the Nintendo switch or watching tv. We made the most of the dry weather and had a couple walks into Laugharne. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The garden is huge and would be wonderful during summer I’m sure.

Footprints is a well equipped apartment in a good location.
It provides a good base for a relaxing stay . It is easy to explore other areas of Pembrokeshire from here.
There are several pubs /restaurants in walking distance from the apartment.

Absolutely beautiful setting for us. Felt quite and out the way but still close enough to grab groceries. We had a car so we was happy to drive to the top beaches in wales each day from here was around 50 minutes really happy with our pick with this one Highly recommended

My partner is tall and we did struggle with the double bed, would have liked a king-size, however we were fully aware of this when booking.

We went over Christmas for a relaxing break and had a wonderful time. The cottage is close to Dylan Thomas's Boathouse and great pubs. The estuary is beautiful and the locals very friendly. Would definitely love to go back. Thanks

Lovely location for an extremely soothing break. Well equipped cottage and Robert was kind enough to get kids little games to keep busy when you are retiring after having a day out whether to botanical garden trip or folley farm.
Near by nisa local, fish and chips were handy to pop for a quick snack.
House was very clean and plenty of room for a family of six. We shall visit again and recommend this place.

A beautiful cottage in a great location. It has been beautifully renovated with lots of attention to detail and felt modern but homely. It had everything you needed and was comfy and cosy. Having a designated parking spot was really handy and appreciated. We will definitely go back to Rhif Un in the near future.

WOW! This property was absolutely beautiful. The grounds are incredible. The house itself is furnished beautifully, amazing artwork and a mix of modern and an older feel! The property is so quirky, you really won’t find anywhere else like this. Jac was amazing throughout the booking process and whilst at the property too. He even got 50 balloons and a bottle of bubbly for my mum when I said we were coming for her birthday, so kind! Our dog Alfie loved the garden. The fact that this dog friendly makes it even better! Thank you Jac and Great Welsh Escapes for an amazing stay at The Cors! We have made very special memories and I know for certain I will be returning in the future! Everything about this property is brilliant, I miss it already!

plates to big for microwave or microwave to small. 13.5 tog winter duvet's in summer were to hot and you were not able to change for lighter sheets.

the perfect half term holiday break for me, my wife, our 13 year old and dog. Matt, the host, couldn't have been more responsive, or helpful. The property itself was idyllic, matched only by the breathtaking countryside. Scenic beach walks less than half an hour's drive away. A swimming pool and sauna less than half a minute's stroll away. We are now back in London and already want to return....

The property was fantastic. Everything that was stated on the site was accurate. The house is in a lovely location (up a hill), a short walk in to town, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The hosts had left us a welcome pack on arrival which was a lovely touch. We had taken two cars and parking was not a problem. The house was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the five adults in our party. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if we went back to Tenby.

Everything. No issues with the property whatsoever, it’s just so nice and the hosts were so friendly and helpful as well. The welcome pack was very nice and much appreciated. It’s in such a quiet location, you could hear a pin drop when sitting outside.

We loved everything of our stay. The house was very cosy and tastefully furnished and the bathrooms were superb. The kitchen was well equipped and nice were the wine in the fridge and the welsh shortbread as a surprise. Parking space was every day available in front of the door but best of all were the stunning views onto the castle and the river Taf. Pubs and shops were all within a very short walking distance. We really can recomand this cottage to everyone.

Great place. Very clean. Felt at home. Only issue was that for a 3 bedroom home it only had 1 bathroom, albeit a very nice bathroom. Hosts were very responsive and answered questions quickly. I'd recommend this place again.

A beautiful and stylish property. The rooms are spacious with good quality furniture. The window at the front is huge and provides a wonderful view over Laugharne. Good sized oven and hob as well as large fridge . Separate freezer on the utility with washing and drying facilities.
The property was sparkling clean and we appreciated the nice toiletries and welcome tea, coffee etc.
No hesitation in recommending - we all had a wonderful Easter stay.

We stayed at Sunny Bank over the school Easter holidays. Two adults and our children 6 and 3. Plenty of information was sent in advance making finding the accommodation easy. We arrived to find a beautiful hamper of Welsh products and a warm welcoming home. Sunny bank has all the amenities you could need plus the luxuries of gowns and towels for the hot tub. The home was immaculately clean and a perfect place to come back to after a day out exploring the Welsh countryside. Hazel and her family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from popping in to show us how to work the hot tub to messaging to help me find a doctor for my daughter. She really makes every effort to ensure you have a wonderful time. Sunnybank is so peaceful and quiet, and if you enjoy the hot tub in the evenings it's a great spot to stargaze in the clear unpolluted skies.

Very pleasant apartment with two spacious well furnished rooms. Cosy with good heating should it be needed. Laugharne is a lovely place with plenty of good walks and local facilities for food and drink.

Wonderful accommodation in a very quiet location but only just out of the village. Bit of a climb up the road if you have a drink in one of the many pubs and restaurants that are only 10 min walk from the accommodation. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. The private garden area was a huge plus, the silence only disturbed by a noisy bee, lol. We would certainly stay here again.

We stayed as a party of 9. There was plenty of room for everyone & we enjoyed a fantastic New Years Eve party. The town of Laugharne is lovely, with a few pubs & shops, you couldn’t ask for anything more.

what didn’t I like would be easier to answer! the building is beautiful and very comfortable. the set up was perfect for my family especially with the mezzanine floor bedroom which gave my daughters the space they needed. it has everything we needed and more!

We decided to treat ourselves to a beautiful home for a few days and the Old School was perfect. Easy to find, excellent communication from Jess, problem with bathroom light that was quickly rectified whilst we were out and about.

Laugharne is small but peaceful with all amenities you may need (if you need to do a large food shop however I’d do this before you arrive as the convenience store is very limited in terms of veg / selection etc).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Very spacious and clean. Had great facilities and everything we needed. Location was nice and not far from main town. Walks along the beach to the castle were peaceful and we enjoyed the surrounding scenery and village. Very quiet and relaxing.

My wife and I spend a very peaceful week here for a much-needed getaway. We loved the gothic features of this converted school house; it was unique and extremely comfortable. There is a beautifully appointed kitchen and we found everything we needed as we self-catered for at least half the time. For the two of us, the conservatory space was perfect for meals, and the comfy sofas in the lounge area were a delight. We had great weather, mostly, but even on the odd chilly days, the heating and hot water worked splendidly. We also appreciated the well-stocked library and little touches like tea and fresh ground coffee. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would love to stay at this special place again!

Our stay was everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equip and the smart home features were great. Could not fault the property. The location was convenient although rural enough to feel private.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maesteg Cottage, it was very well equipped and we found everything that we needed plus a lovely welcome pack including Welsh cakes, wine and coffee. The cottage has a few quirky features including an unusual upstairs toilet!! It is a very comfortable and homely property, particularly the beds, we all slept very well. There is also a beautiful enclosed garden on different layers with a secluded spot at the top where you can sit and enjoy the view in the evening sun. The location is good for visiting a variety of places and we enjoyed Laugharne, Tenby, Cardigan, Gwbert and Tresaith Beach and waterfall, all within around 35 minutes travel by car from the cottage. We would stay again.

Our stay at The Old School House in Carmarthenshire was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was something special.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area, with underfloor heating and a boiling water tap, was impressive, and we were greeted with a lovely hamper.
The living room had a cosy sofa facing an 83-inch OLED TV with a great sound system. Every detail in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and en-suites was finished to the highest standard.
The hot tub was a perfect way to end the day, and it was here my partner proposed—I’m happy to say, I said yes!
The house is easy to find, with ultra-fast gigabit broadband and immaculate cleanliness.
We truly loved our stay and look forward to returning one day. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

What a fabulous place. A slice of paradise within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and beautiful walks. Sitting in the stunning garden is good for the soul.

Beautiful bungalow, decorated and furnished to high standard. Cosy kitchen/, diner lounge area. China crockery. Lots of kitchen equipment, washing machine, ironing board, beautiful fluffy white towels. Walk in im wet/shower area. Hot tub putdoor seating area.

Location, need a car, 4/5 mile drive to most areas, shopping, pubs its very rural

Great location -very short distance to Laugharne and great base for visiting Folly Farm, Tenby and other local tourist attractions.

Clean and homely - the property is lovely and clean. we appreciatedthe homely feel and the yummy welcome treats!

Ideal for small families - we took our baby girl. It was such a relief that the property already had a travel cot and snack chair which fits onto the dining room chair so we didn't have to worry about packing as much stuff. Only issue is that there is no bath tub to wash baby in but we took a little baby bath tub with us which was no problem.

Beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. Less than 10 min drive to stubby freshwater west beaches and within 30 minutes of tonnes of activities and days out. Place was spotless, well stocked and very spacious. Communication was speedy and friendly. Would recommend.

Beautiful house with a very high level of comfort and well equipped with everything needed. Excellent location. Unfortunately the Covid situation means that some businesses are not fully open or open at all at the moment but those that were, were very friendly. Great to see that the preventative measures are being taken very seriously both in Laugharne and West Wales generally.

The private pool and sauna was amazing.

We had a lovely and relaxing winter stay at the cottage. Despite sub-zero temperatures we stayed nice and cosy thanks to the log burner and under-floor heating downstairs. Paula was very welcoming and friendly, as were the two farm dogs. We enjoyed exploring the local area and saw Curlews and a Golden Plover murmuration on our walks around Laugharne and Pendine. Would definitely come again.

We really loved our long weekend at Footprints. The flat is gorgeous, very comfy and incredibly well equipped. We made the best of the weather with a few walks on the coastal path, some time on the beach and we even braved a sea swim. And then when it got really stormy we felt lovely and cosy in the cottage and enjoyed watching the dramatic weather from window - what a view! We loved the flat and the location, and there's lots of fantastic local eateries as well. We shall be back! :)

We have had the most amazing time at Cliff Haven for my daughters Birthday. The view is breathtaking, the property has everything we needed. We are sad to leave & will definitely book again! 5*. Thank you! X

Beautiful cottage in a great location. The cottage was really comfortable and beautifully furnished. A real home from home! Laugharne is lovely. We loved Poons Street Food, the castle and the walls around Laugharne.

Excellent bungalow, very cosy and well equipped. Dog friendly with fairly secure back garden. Michelle and Helen, the owner were very helpful and suggested good places to eat and visit. Had a delicious dinner at Brown’s Hotel and brilliant fish and chips from the wonderful woman in the local fish and chip shop in Laugharne. A really lovely holiday, thank you.

I stayed at The Cors Country House with my family for 4 nights in early September 2021 and I would 100% recommend it to anyone! The Cors is a really stunning place to stay - the house is full of character and very comfortable with lots of fun 'extras' like the pool room, the cinema room and lots of games - and the garden is enormous and very tranquil and beautifully kept! The owners were also very hospitable and responsive and suggested many 'hidden gems' in the nearby area for us to explore, which we loved! We would definitely come back to the Cors or one of the other holiday properties that are available from Great Welsh Escapes - it's a great local company and we 100% recommend them! We were 4 adults and happy to drive all over Pembrokeshire each day from St Clears but if you have small children you may wish to stay closer to the coast.

Location, location, location. Sitting in the hot tub with great views. Everything provided for even the biggest of family gatherings.

Located among rolling fields, with free-roaming sheep and winding mountain roads, Wildhaven offers complete tranquility from everyday living - quiet nights save the sound of local wildlife: unpolluted night skies to gaze upon the stars; and plenty of hikes, trails, forests, and mountains to enjoy all no further than an hour’s drive away.

Coupled with its charming features and modern comforts, and superb, communicative hosts, it had everything we needed for a perfect trip away from it all.

(FYI stores and amenities are likely further away than you’ll be used to (especially during lockdown, nearest supermarket is about 25-30 min drive), and WiFi and phone signal really is intermittent and poor around Wildhaven. Come prepared for a digital detox!)

We fell in love with the Farmhouse and the views. On rainy days we stayed in the cozy home and relaxed. On sunny days we hiked and explored castle ruins. An amazing Welsh property

This lovely house nestled in the middle of the beautiful town of Laugharne is absolutely exceptional in every way. Absolute perfection, the property is luxurious with beautiful furniture and artworks. Located a few yards away from Browns Hotel with parking too. We had the best time and will be booking another trip next year. Cannot recommend highly enough. Five star!!!

Had a fantastic stay at The Cors for a second year here. Its an fab place to stay & we had a good chill out. Will hopefully go in 2023.

Superbe petite maison mitoyenne, au calme, en plein milieu de la campagne galloise. Très bien équipée et jolie. Petites attentions de l’hôte plus qu’appréciables.
Villages à proximité avec épicerie / grande surface, restaurants… à moins d’une heure de la plage et des sentiers côtiers. Pas très loin non plus des sentiers de randonnées, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous avons tout simplement adoré !!
