Amazing property with stunning panoramic views. The place was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The location is ideal, within walking distance of Pendine and just a 30-minute drive to Tenby, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.

This is really a special cottage in an incredible and unique setting. The building itself is really well maintained and sits on a parcel that gives great vistas from all around. The view of the estuary never disappoints. And, the church ruins that sit near the corner of the property are a special site (sight?) to see. :-). The owner is very friendly and extremely responsive and is keen to make sure every guest has the best experience. I was very comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful cottage, really comfortable beds! Had everything we required. The direct access to the beach was difficult unless you were a mountain goat but it was only a short walk over a foot bridge to access the beach and the coastal path. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you.

All in top 1% of places stayed. Ensuite feature ALL bedrooms was a huge feature. Very spacious. Top notch dinner and cookware along with appliances. Washer and dryer was put to good use never having to fret about drying. For small village top notch restaurants right across street.

The hosts were excellent, could not be more helpful and gave access to the farm where the cottage is located. Just follow normal countryside rules. Do not disturb the animals, if you open a gate then close it behind you...etc.
Great Welsh Escapes were also very helpful and friendly.
The property had everything as described. A great collection of books describing the area, the history and sights to visit.

Great location and apartment with parking - a short walk into town, with a lovely view and everything that you would need to hand (even a cheese slicer).

We have had a lovely stay at the great house kept its old heritage with the decor very peaceful place clean and tidy they had left us some goodies which is always a plus the only down sides I can note is that the house is fairly confusing as you enter from the back of the property took I while to find this out even tho I will say the host has left clear instructions it's just a little bit confusing the layout the pool is pet free so would be good have some sort of fence or gate stopping the dogs getting in if you have a Labrador you might understand this we did have to barricade the door ways to stop her getting in the pool overall we had a lovely time and the house it's self is breathtaking it's so big you loose each other in there we will definitely be back .

The apartment was very comfortable and clean and the weather was amazing during our stay; so we enjoyed the lovely views out to sea. It is worth pointing out that although a fifteen minute walk to the harbour this is all downhill and therefore quite a steep walk back uphill!.The living area is fronting the road which was quite busy and noisy at times with the windows open, although the bedroom to the rear was quite and very comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay and the flat was well situated for exploring the surrounding area.

Lovely spacious bungalow, with the added benefit of an annexe. This enabled us as a large family to spend quality time together. The property was clean & tidy with all utilities needed, the garden was wonderful for the kids and safe. The village was a short walk away and had a handy convenient store. Lots of activities within a 40 minute drive and Pembroke Castle was amazing.
Pendine sands is a 10 minute drive away and is a stunning beach.
Would definitely recommend this holiday destination.

We had a great time at this amazing house for my 30th birthday! The house is huge and the swimming pool made our trip. It is so close to the village of Laugharne about a 5 minute walk if that, lots to do in the local area. We really appreciated the special touches the host provided, gifting us a balloon and Prosecco for the celebrations! Would not hesitate to come back again 😀

Beautiful house in a stunning location with amazing views over the estuary. We stayed as a group of old school-friends and decided to spoil ourselves by having a bedroom each! The kitchen/dinner/living room is great as it keeps the group together when someone is preparing food. The conservatory was also lovely when someone needed time out. It's ideally located in the centre of Laugharne village, really close to the amenities. Most of the group were able to arrive by public transport, although there was plenty of space in the car park had more of us travelled by car. Loved all the Welsh art on the walls and touches like the Eisteddfod chair in one of the bedrooms. The portholes in the bedroom doors in the attic were quirky too. The only suggestion would be to sort the key lock as it was jammed! Diolch yn fawr for a memorable stay. We would definiely recommend to other large groups.

What a place the Great House is! We were two families with young kids and a dog and it was amazing, plenty of space for us all the kids loved exploring the different rooms at night with a torch! <br/>The location was perfect with a short walk to Browns and the new pizza place, which is worth going to. We can’t wait to book again in the summer and make the most of the outdoor pool and walled garden! Thank you for an amazing stay.

A very memorable stay in a lovely converted school house in a picturesque part of south wales most enjoyable

We stayed at Coedllys Uchaf. It was such a wonderful experience. Steward was a friendly guy as he recommended us an amazing visiting location place which we never even planned and thought of.
When we went to visit it, we truly saw a lovely and beautiful cultural of Wales.

Also, we enjoyed spending time looking at Peacock Charlie and the place where we stayed was nice, cosy and warm to stay. Enjoyed the sauna and hot tub bath, which was relaxing after hiking in Pen Y Fan mountain and after visiting beaches such as Newgale, Ramsay Island and Tenby.

Highly recommended it as we plan to book this place again when visiting in future. Looking forward to introduce Wales to our family, friends and relatives. Had a good time visiting Wales in June 2022.

We stayed at Sunny Bank over the school Easter holidays. Two adults and our children 6 and 3. Plenty of information was sent in advance making finding the accommodation easy. We arrived to find a beautiful hamper of Welsh products and a warm welcoming home. Sunny bank has all the amenities you could need plus the luxuries of gowns and towels for the hot tub. The home was immaculately clean and a perfect place to come back to after a day out exploring the Welsh countryside. Hazel and her family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from popping in to show us how to work the hot tub to messaging to help me find a doctor for my daughter. She really makes every effort to ensure you have a wonderful time. Sunnybank is so peaceful and quiet, and if you enjoy the hot tub in the evenings it's a great spot to stargaze in the clear unpolluted skies.

The house was lovely (ever better than the pictures indicated). The beds were comfy and the log burner was a treat in winter. We really appreciated how well the kitchen was supplied for cooking - lots of cutlery, utensils, tableware, and cookware which made it easy to eat in.

This was our first ever Air bnb experience. And it most certainly exceeded our expectations. The place is perfect for a little family holiday and have plenty to do within a 30 min drive of the place. There’s even plenty to do in the lodge also with a spacious hot tub, games and crafts for the kids, outside toys etc.

The host is wonderful and can’t do enough. Every little detail has been thought about and the cleanliness of the place is amazing. The lovely hamper, Easter egg and balloons for my son and partner birthdays was a really sweet touch.

Hot tub is amazing! Views are amazing! The lodge is amazing! This place is just amazing. And I’ve told all my friends and family that they need a little trip here.

I've stayed in many places on the UK and this was by far the best weekend I've ever had. There's far too much to list that was good, it literally had everything and so much more!

There's absolutely nothing I could say that I didn't like about this accommodation.

The Cottage, Laugharne offers a huge, warm Welsh cwtsh. Set on the stunning estuary, the house with its magnificent rooms and facilities is an absolute gem, for groups and families. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at Sunnybank twice now. First time as a couple and we couldn’t wait to return for our family holiday! 5 stars is not enough, I would give so many more if I could! Hazel and Hugh are wonderful hosts and they go above and beyond to ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Hazel gave us lots of ideas for things to do and places to explore which was great! The bungalow is a real home from home. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need, including lots of extra little touches that really sets this place apart from the others! Pendine beach is beautiful (pic below) we also drove a bit further up to New Quay where we hopped on a boat trip and saw lots of dolphins! 🐬 If you have children, we definitely recommend Folly Farm. We cannot wait to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful week.

This place was perfect for me and my friend.
It was perfectly clean.. simple and equipped well enough to cook and prepare food.
The beds were comfortable and 2 bathrooms . Table and chairs outside for eating when the sunshines.
The restaurant in the attached hotel is a must try.. great food and lovely friendly service.
Short drive to the beach.. but as far as i know.. no pubs/shops to walk to ..but beautiful places for walking..

The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was amazing and fully furnished which was great for families to get together. The house was very secluded and private but you need a car as nothing really walking distance that is open in February.

The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a lovely stay. The garden is large and secure, so we didn’t have to worry about our dog escaping, and it was great to have a heated swimming pool.

We had a much needed, relaxing week in Tenby in some really sunny April weather. The flat's location is very central and has a great view of the harbour. We had all of the amenities we needed and would consider returning to Tenby again!

Beautiful , cozy Welsh house in small town. There was a lot of space for my family ( 2 adults +3 kids). Kitchen was full equipped . I could easily prepare meals. There were welcoming Welsh cookies, coffee, tea and even fresh flowers on the kitchen table. Highly recommend :)<br/><br/>Everything was great.<br/>

I cannot big this properly up enough, the hosts left a lovely welcome basket which was a very lovely and personal touch, Hazel made us feel welcome on arrival and checked everything was okay for us. The property was very cosy and extremely clean, there was robs and towels left for us to use for the hot tub, anything you could think of that you would have needed or wanted was at the property. The property is located in a private area which was amazing for the evenings, however there was an abundance of things for us to do and see through the days just a short drive from the property. There was plenty of restaurants around a ten minute drive away to choose from too. We loved the properly so much we booked an extra nights stay which was so easy to do through the sight. We have already highly recommend the property to friends and family and would surely book the property in the future.

Really well equipped home (aside from no dishcloths or washing up sponges) with everything you could need - we managed to cook a full roast dinner. <br/>Plenty of space with 2 bathrooms serving the 4 bedrooms.<br/>The living areas were ideal for 2 families with 4 teenage children between them. Kitchen with sitting area and log burner was cosy and a great space. <br/>Utility room was great for the dog and table tennis in the garage kept the teens entertained (Even if it was a bit nippy) <br/>Overall the house was clean. Good sized bath towels (sheets rather than standard towel size) but bath mats would have been a welcome addition. Bedding was comfy. <br/>Fabulous welcome pack and Christmas tree made a warm welcome and we had a great break over the new year.

The most perfect holiday home. The house was spotless, had everything inside we could have wanted and the little things such as more than enough plates and towels etc for everyone which is always so helpful. A great space for everyone and the big garden is an added bonus and secure for animals which gives great peace of mind. The house was close to the town centre with perfect views from the balcony and kitchen window. We'd definitely stay at this home again it really felt like a home from home :)

The location was superb, overlooking a lake with wildfowl. Being on a farm at the end of a track, it was private and quiet. Having sole use of a large indoor heated pool was a real bonus. The property was comfortably furnished. There were shops in nearby St Clears with long opening hours, even on Sunday. The owner was friendly and helpful. There was plenty to see and do in the surrounding area.

The steps down to the property were steep.

The house situated in a such peaceful and scenic location, and it’s a good distance to the town centre and the nearest beach. We had a wonderful week in the house. There were 12 of us and we never felt cramped. There is so much space and the house is beautifully presented. Each bedroom was comfortable and well laid out. All the bathrooms super clean and spacious. The kitchen was big and lots of storage. We all loved the outdoor space, getting to see the cows each morning was an added bonus. <br/>We would say the highlight of the trip was the indoor pool. It is massive! We brought inflatables with us and worried they would be too big but honestly we could have brought more! The sauna was also heavenly. <br/>The location is within 30 minutes of shops, attractions and the coastline. We would definitely book again!

We had a great first experience of Pembrokeshire whilst staying here. <br/>The bungalow was lovely and spacious. We enjoyed opening the large bifolds and watching the sunset.<br/>The location was great and allowed us to explore the local beaches and further afield. We were very lucky with the weather! <br/>Our only recommendations would be to review the quality of cooking utensils. We had to buy a bread knife as the one provided was blunt. I would also suggest some better quality pillows in the master bedroom. We had two pillows in 1 pillowcase case which was uncomfortable. <br/>Besides the couple of recommendations, we had a great stay and would recommend!

A warm and friendly welcome set us on track for a lovely time at Oysterlow Cottage. We were very comfortable and enjoyed really stay. It was a working farm, but the owners were not too busy to chat and help us to enjoy our break. The cottage was well presented and equipped. Lovely and clean.

One of our favourite places to stay ever. Everything about it was wonderful. The dining room was our favourite. Although a family holiday, eating our evening meal in such a room, we felt we need to dress up, such was the grandeur :0)

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you’ve found it. This gem of a property is miles away from anything and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We spent 3 nights there and felt completely at home. With beautiful country walks literally from your doorstep, breathtaking views are only a few steps away!
Upon arrival, the property had everything you need, with a lovely welcome basket of goodies too. The wood burners are great too and kept the place toasty warm.
We stayed as a couple with our dog but the property will comfortably sleep 2 couples and has enough space that you’re not on top of each other either.
The hosts communicated effectively throughout the process and are thoroughly professional.

Beautiful barn conversion set in a tiny hamlet not for from Carmarthen with great modern facilities and a hot tub. Would stay here again

The house was great - so beautiful - the different spaces suited the needs of three generations and 7 people, with lots of places to hang out in. Everywhere was very spacious and cosy, with lots of interesting art work on the walls. We felt some of the furniture was looking a bit tired and could do with a bit of an overhaul.
It was a great location, with lots of interesting walks on the door step and a beach with cafes a 10 minute drive away. We had a fantastic meal at Dexters at Browns, moments from the house and there were enough shops in the town to pick up a few bits and peaces.

As a family we all loved our stay and will hopefully return. The house is beautiful and has a lovely feel to it. The heated pool was a huge bonus and was used everyday. We all slept well in the enormous very comfortable beds and we ate extremely well due to the very well equipped kitchen. The village is lovely and the amenities such as restaurant and wine bar friendly and of good quality. Will also mention the lovely lady in the gift shop who has some lovely items in. In all we had a lovely stay and would love to revisit in the future. The information and updates received prior to our stay was also excellent. Thank you for a lovely holiday. My only complaint is that the week went too quickly!!!!

We had a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing time at the Boat House which had everything we needed for our weeks stay.<br/>Lovely to be able to sit outside and to only hear the sounds of cows lowing or the ducks and moorhens on the pond. Truly had a great rest and would highly recommend for anyone wanting total peace and quiet but within driving distance of some great sights.

The Old School House far exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful place to stay in. It’s spacious, clean, peaceful & looks stunning. <br/>Clear instructions, especially the tip for using What3Words! The hosts were very responsive when emailed. <br/>We had everything we needed. We spent plenty of time chilling there, but also went to Pendine Beach which was a great place with plenty of space, glorious sand & great views. <br/>There’s a lovely cafe literally next door to the property in a converted barn, great food & friendly hosts. <br/>We spoke to one of the neighbours out walking his dogs & he was friendly & told us to visit Poons Street Cafe in Laugharne but unfortunately we didn’t get chance. <br/>We highly recommend The Old School House.

We took time to enjoy the peace and the beautiful stars at night. The castle wonderful to see and the people were so welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend.

Sunrise Super View , Hot Tub

We had a fantastic staycation experience!

Firstly, the good view we experienced was stunning, especially we witnessed a sunrise you had never seen before. The fact that i am specially mentioning it as it left a strong impression on me .

Additionally, the facility good amenities, including a spacious and clean home and a hot tub. These types of features can make all the difference in creating a relaxing and enjoyable staycation experience.

Overall, it was very positive and happy time we spent with family.
Thanks again as this stay will remain in our and my 6 year old girl memories forever.

The cottage is in a lovely setting. My husband and I found it convenient for beach walking and visiting old castles. We would like to visit here again in summer.

This is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. Great Welsh escapes were super helpful and great at communicating if we needed anything while we were there. There was so much space in the house. We stayed with 3 children aged 3, 5 and 6 and 4 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and play in. Lovely location for walking into Laugharne and a great base for visiting Tenby, Folly Farm etc. Would highly recommend.

An absolutely perfect home to enjoy! Every little detail is catered for. It was the most amazing weekend with extended family celebrating a special birthday. So glad we found it. All contact has been perfect too… no question too silly! I am so impressed I want to tell everyone!! Perfect!! Thank you ☺️

This was a really wonderful place to stay. It was the perfect balance of feeling cosy and homely while also feeling like you’re in a professionally run accommodation (no personal items around, fresh rolled towels on the bed, all the essential soap/shampoo/cleaning products/kitchen items/seasonings etc.). The decor is incredibly stylish and very good quality (let down only slightly by the sofas upstairs not being the most comfortable). The house was spotless and one small issue we had with a broken appliance was fixed the next day. As others have said you’re right in the middle of a beautiful town with lots to see and do for somewhere relatively small. Highly recommend and hope to return (especially when the added features in the basement have been completed).

Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Der Ausblick ist phänomenal. Die Küche ist spartanisch ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung etwas leer. Man hat das Gefühl das das was nicht da ist auch nicht gestohlen werden kann. Fernseher ist allerdings perfekt. Internet gut.

This was an excellent house to stay in. Everything was very comfortable and was exactly like the pictures. We used it as a base to visit plenty of castles and go for walks around Carmarthenshire. As others have mentioned, taller people may hit the light fixture at the corner of the bed. Otherwise though, we would highly recommend it.

Beautifully thought out home. Has everything you need to feel comfortable. Very spacious living areas. Superb kitchen and the whole house is very clean. Will be recommending to friends and family and hope to return.

Mantel was just right for a peaceful week away. Perfectly located for exploring the villages and towns up and down the west Wales coastline, and also for quiet afternoons in the garden with a book, or wandering along the pebbled beach. Well equipped for self catering, and a comfortable bed.

We have had the most amazing time at Cliff Haven for my daughters Birthday. The view is breathtaking, the property has everything we needed. We are sad to leave & will definitely book again! 5*. Thank you! X

Had a lovely 3 nights staying here. Loved the quiet and the large indoor pool. Easy enough to get to nearby places like Cenarth and Tenby, Carmarthen etc. Would be nice to paddleboard or jump in a rowing boat on the little lake out front but don't think it's permitted. Happily go back

Thank you for the most incredible break in your beautiful home.<br/>We came for a short break away from the kids, and had the most wonderful, relaxing time. The house had everything we could have wished for, and more.<br/>The bucolic surroundings and the tastefully furnished, immaculately clean accomodation combined to create the holiday of our dreams.<br/>The hot tub was the cherry on top!<br/>We cannot recommend you enough, and can't wait to come back!

An absolute gem of a place. Spotlessly clean, immaculately presented and everything we needed for our 6 night stay. The location was perfect for touring South West Wales. The hosts were fabulous, offering us tips for places to visit and leaving us beautiful Welsh Cakes to welcome us. A fabulous restaurant 5 minutes walk away, offering delicious food. We couldn't have wished for anything more. Beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you 😊
