A traditional rural Welsh farmhouse with a contemporary style, that is beautifully positioned in the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside but centrally located to enjoy the wonderful coastline. “Middlelands” is spacious but has the warmth of a soulful home with the added touches of comfort that guests will enjoy. Sheltered within 25 acres of verdant countryside, the house overlooks a large peaceful garden, creating a haven of tranquillity. Spacious, and open plan there is plenty of room to expand and entertain, or to nestle into the nook of a magnificent fireplace by the warmth of a wood burner if you prefer.

As soon as you get to the end of the driveway you will soon realise you have arrived in a very special and unique place.

The property is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout and perfectly designed for those that enjoy socialising. Whilst holding on to all those original hand-crafted features, they have been carefully coupled with some contemporary fittings. Enter via a pretty hallway and into a large well-equipped farmhouse style kitchen at the heart of the house opening out onto a comfortable dining area. An enormous sitting room across the flag-stoned hallway is spacious enough for everyone to enjoy spending time together, with an inglenook fireplace with log burner, and French doors that lead onto the lawned garden. A solid oak staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 well-appointed bedrooms, all furnished in bold bright colours with sumptuous beds for a restful night’s sleep.

Bedrooms are configured as a master king with ensuite shower room, double bedroom with ensuite shower, and a further two bedrooms consisting of a bunk bed room, and additional triple room with a double and single bed. There is also a beautiful large family bathroom.

The large garden wraps around the whole property with an ever growing orchard. The fields in front of the house are wild flower meadows so a haven for wildlife. There is an outdoor eating area under hand carved arches which catches the evening sun.

Ros's house is absolutely beautiful. She's done such a fabulous job with the interiors. The views are also amazing. It was so peaceful. The beds and duvets were really comfortable. We had such a lovely stay here and we would love to come back. Ros got back to us very quickly if we had any questions and kindly let us check out later. She was a brilliant host.

The most beautiful place we've stayed inside and out. The photos don't do it justice! For us, it was perfectly located - away from the summer holiday chaos but 10-15 minutes from so many attractions (Tenby, Saundersfoot, Heatherton, Bluestone, Manor Park ...). The house itself is stunning as well as being clean and homely. We socialised mainly in the kitchen as the dining area was perfect for the kids to run outside. All the beds were super comfortable and the 3 main bedrooms were massive. The room with the bunkbeds is also a lot bigger than it looks in the photos! We'd love to go back to Middlelands!
