Property was clean and well equipped.
Very spacious with plenty of cutlery and China.
We were extremely happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

I work in the private yacht industry so I am used to high standards, the old school house exceeded my expectations it was immaculately clean every detail was first class,the welcome hamper was such a lovely touch.
The area is so perfect for a family holiday the beaches,castles and countryside so much choice.

Had a super stay at the Barn and Chaffhouse in Castlemartin. It was ideally located for glorious beaches and scenery. Very well appointed and great hosts. Would recommend a stay here anytime.

My only comment is to take care on the local roads as some become impassable without warning.
Be careful using Waze!
Otherwise it was a great place, lovely hot-tub and very comfortable.

The house had everything you needed. The doors opened up to the garden and we enjoyed the sunshine and the quiet location.

This is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. Great Welsh escapes were super helpful and great at communicating if we needed anything while we were there. There was so much space in the house. We stayed with 3 children aged 3, 5 and 6 and 4 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and play in. Lovely location for walking into Laugharne and a great base for visiting Tenby, Folly Farm etc. Would highly recommend.

Spent 2 days there fabulous chalet containing everything you need with a fabulous view of the beach and sea ,self contained ,dogs allowed and hot tub and privacy and parking. I am not sure about wheelchair access you need to inquire but overall a great experience and only 15 miles from Tenby, loved it.

We absolutely loved the views over Laugharne...spectacular!!! We would never tire of that!! Also, a short walk down the hill from the bungalow and you are in the middle of Laugharne! Perfect 👌 There are a number of pubs and cafes to pick from, all very good and very friendly!! Dylan Thomas' house all 3 to visit and the writing she'd! Laugharne Castle!!

From booking the property for our holiday to checking out today everything has been superb. All messages and enquiries were responded to promptly and courteously. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and we were able to explore the length and breadth of south west Wales. The facilities at the property were five star. Couldn't fault anything. Bendigedig!

We stayed at Coedllys Uchaf. It was such a wonderful experience. Steward was a friendly guy as he recommended us an amazing visiting location place which we never even planned and thought of.
When we went to visit it, we truly saw a lovely and beautiful cultural of Wales.

Also, we enjoyed spending time looking at Peacock Charlie and the place where we stayed was nice, cosy and warm to stay. Enjoyed the sauna and hot tub bath, which was relaxing after hiking in Pen Y Fan mountain and after visiting beaches such as Newgale, Ramsay Island and Tenby.

Highly recommended it as we plan to book this place again when visiting in future. Looking forward to introduce Wales to our family, friends and relatives. Had a good time visiting Wales in June 2022.

It was a such lovely stay. The beds were very soft and towels provided were really clean! The house situated in a such peaceful and scenic location, and it’s a good distance to the town centre and the nearest beach. What a fantastic place to stay, the Barn is beautifully styled, clean and homely. The location is great for short car rides to the beach, woods and shops. Loved seeing all the animals wondering around, hosts were so welcoming and even gave a basket of home grown vegetables!

The boathouse is a lovely little escape with complete peace, along with being close to local towns and beaches. The place is as described and as you see in the photos. The private pool and sauna is such a nice addition too, which our son loved. Our dogs were so excited by the lake and cows, and wanted to always been outside in the enclosed area.
Great Welsh Escapes sent through clear instructions before hand, and proactively messaged me on day 1 to ensure I had everything I needed. This was a nice touch!
Richard, the owner and farmer, was super welcoming and made an effort to come out when we arrived to show us around personally. When we had a small issue I text Richard and he walked down almost immediately to help. He also spent a little while answering all my silly questions about dairy farming and his cows!!
We certainly plan to go back in the future and stay again :)

Wow, the most bautiful place and perfecto. I highly recomend this place for anyone who wants to explore South Wales. The Old School is bautiful inside and out. We cannot wait to back to the UK and stay here again. 5 stars

It had everything we needed, great location, brilliant accommodation and the owners / management company looked after our group and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

What an absolute gem this place is.
No matter where you look on the property the fews are to die for.
so much to do within a half an hour radius of this place, beaches to the north and south are beautiful.

I would highly recommend a stay at Gwalia house. My husband and I stayed here with our 2 sons and their partners during the Easter break. The house is beautiful throughout and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, which worked well for us as a family. Location is also great. The house is exactly like the pictures and I would not hesitate to book this place again. Definitely worth a 5 star review.

We had a lovely family weekend at The Cors. The house was wonderful and everyone was very happy with their rooms and the communal spaces. This made for a very enjoyable time. The grounds were beautiful and wandering around was very peaceful. We used Laugharne as a base for exploring old haunts in West Wales but also spent some time revisiting the local area. Had a great Sunday lunch at Dexters, just a brief walk away. All in all a superb weekend.

This was an excellent house to stay in. Everything was very comfortable and was exactly like the pictures. We used it as a base to visit plenty of castles and go for walks around Carmarthenshire. As others have mentioned, taller people may hit the light fixture at the corner of the bed. Otherwise though, we would highly recommend it.

Exceptional stay , had a family break , 5 adults a 3 children , the accommodation was huge , lovely eating area for the whole family , game rooms , lovely comfy beds , we all slept well , had a bbq too , close watch to the beach and a pub up the road , bring lots of food for your stay as nearest shop is a spar 35 min drive , we stayed for 3 wonderful days great place to explore Wales, and thankyou for the wine and waffles and Welsh teas and coffees , will definitely return we had a lovely stay 😀

Had an absolutely amazing stay here, so peaceful and isolated. Great place to unwind. Everything you could need, great sound system in the living room with tv and comfy beds. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

We have stayed at Sunnybank twice now. First time as a couple and we couldn’t wait to return for our family holiday! 5 stars is not enough, I would give so many more if I could! Hazel and Hugh are wonderful hosts and they go above and beyond to ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Hazel gave us lots of ideas for things to do and places to explore which was great! The bungalow is a real home from home. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need, including lots of extra little touches that really sets this place apart from the others! Pendine beach is beautiful (pic below) we also drove a bit further up to New Quay where we hopped on a boat trip and saw lots of dolphins! 🐬 If you have children, we definitely recommend Folly Farm. We cannot wait to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Jess was very responsive and helpful. Our son got very high fever on the last day and Emily was very kind to extend our check out by a whole hour. The house in itself is gorgeous and extremely clean just as the pictures. However, in regards to the location of the house, it’s not close to either the beach or the castle unlike the impression we got from the pictures posted. It’s in the middle of a farm residential area. Our son quite enjoyed waking up to the mooing of cows but the stench of the cow manure does waft through the house if you open the doors and the windows. All in all, we did enjoy our stay at the house immensely.

Lovely clean everything you need,lovely waking up to hear the sea..weather not great but didn't stop us from walking along the beaches .Great break..deffo recommend. Be bk most definitely

Great place to stay for a weekend by the sea. Very close to Saundersfoot and plenty of space.

We had a brilliant stay! Such a beautiful peaceful place! We felt the pictures had not done it justice at all. The place was spotless and was equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was so lovely! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

We enjoyed staying at the bungalow in Pendine and using it as a base to visit the surrounding attractions and beautiful countryside of Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. Mona and Graham were excellent hosts. The property was perfect for our needs very clean and homely, modern inside set in beautifully kept grounds and garden, quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful location, the gardens are stunning. The house itself is well presented and was clean and tidy and very welcoming .

My only suggestion is that a grab rail inside the annexe shower would be very helpful plus a non slip mat for the floor

The views was amazing, apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Lovely spacious bungalow, with the added benefit of an annexe. This enabled us as a large family to spend quality time together. The property was clean & tidy with all utilities needed, the garden was wonderful for the kids and safe. The village was a short walk away and had a handy convenient store. Lots of activities within a 40 minute drive and Pembroke Castle was amazing.
Pendine sands is a 10 minute drive away and is a stunning beach.
Would definitely recommend this holiday destination.

Absolutely loved our stay, with the best location in all of Tenby. I couldn't tear myself off the window seat whenever we were in the spacious apartment.
Very comfortable beds, good shower, good wi-fi, good kitchen.
I miss it already and hope to rebook.

The Boathouse is a super cottage with stunning surroundings, at the back of a farm, right by a gorgeous pond with ducks.
All the photos of the place, inside and outside, on the website, truly show how lovely this place is.

Amazing property to spend Christmas at with my children. Views from the cottage are beautiful and the pool facility is a treat!

The property is lovely. It's well decorated with all the facilities you may need. There is a comfortable lounge/kitchen/dinning area downstairs and a large bedroom with ensuite upstairs. There is a lovely little courtyard outside, which was lovely to sit out in the evening (during the May bank holiday heat wave!). The house is located on the main street of the village and in easy walking distance to some excellent pubs and restaurants. We pre-booked reservations and were pleased that we did, as it was a busy weekend. There are some very pretty walks around the village which we enjoyed in the mornings. The house is located in a great area to visit the coastline in South and South/West Wales.

Very central location, just a few metres from both beaches and the harbour. Clean and tidy accommodation, nicely decorated. Tenby was lovely, with some quirky alleys and independent bars and shops.
Just be aware of parking logistics (top of the hill in a multi storey) and pedestrianised roads during the day. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay in Laugharne. The accommodation was clean and really well equipped - big plus for a blender, which you dont often get in Airbnb houses! The garden is very small and no garden furniture, but that was ok for us as we spent a lot of time by the sea and travelling around. There were games and toys for kids, which was great.
The castle and Laugharne seafront are lovely, but you do need a car to get around the surrounding areas as you may want to visit other places - Laugharne is small for a longer stay. There are no shops nearby, just newsagents so youll need to do shopping elsewhere. On another hand there's an amazing pizza restaurant nearby called Ty Glo. The pizzas and sundaes were really nice and the service and playlist were awesome! If visiting Laugharne, I'd recommend this accommodation for a family or even a group of friends.

Everything, the bungalow had the 'Wow' factor in every way Hazel was very welcoming, the views were amazing, it is a real home from home was nice to just chill or explore if you wanted to will definitely stay again

Beautiful bungalow with hot tub. We felt like at home. Everything is there what you really need. There is big bungalow with lots of rooms to explore and outside just straight the hot tub and shed with playroom. Lots things to do around and visit places and restaurants. We got welcome basket with sweets and wine plus welcome and thank you card which was very nice cute and nice to see. For us was everything perfect really and in the future we plan back here. But only one thing was too much for us that in every room and even living room and kitchen there been air refreshments in plugs working all day and night which can be sometimes over powerful specially if you want cook food and the perfumes fragrance from is mixing with your cooking smell. Otherwise everything was nice and cosy. Thank you.

Amazing place with fabulous views. Host has thought of every scenario for those that stay there. Unable to fault the place. It’s a peaceful stunning area. Host friendly and responsive. Hot tub time was magical and great as the sunsets. The patch of fake grass proved a hit too.
Kitchen was spacious and plenty of cupboard space.
Stayed over Christmas and the small Xmas decoration was a nice touch.
Would certainly recommend if you’re after an escape from the hustle of normal life. Would love to go back again in the future. 5 star place all over

Absolutely beautiful property with everything you could possibly need away from home.Although it was next to a working farm it was very peaceful and no noise at all.
Situated on MOD land but we had no issues with access.
Hosts were very responsive when we contacted them regarding early access and EV charging .
We would definitely recommend if it’s peace and quiet you are after.

The Old School House was just perfect for our Christmas away .
The place was spotless , it was decorated for Christmas which was lovely .
It is even better in real life than the pictures and was so much bigger .
My family of 4 and our 2 dogs has plenty of room.
The location of Brook was quiet and peaceful and only 2 & 1/2 miles in either direction to reach the next place .
Laugharne was very pretty and we walked around the castle , we visited Dylan Thomas writing Shed .
The local shop had all we needed .
In the other direction was Pendine and we took the dogs for a run on the beach on Christmas Day .
We would definitley recommend and would love to return .

Such a comfortable and welcoming home in the most beautiful location. We felt right at home instantly and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the local area. It is relatively remote, so you do need a car and some things take a little while to get to, but it's worth it for the amazing peace and beauty of the location. Also the cottage is so well equipped and we got a Morrisons delivery the day we arrived, so not that remote! We can't wait to come back.

The Cors is really a very special place in the fabulous town of Laugharne. Close to two very good pubs, an excellent Thai restaurant and a good Deli. What makes the holiday is the house with its fabulous grounds. Clean ,well equipped, very generous welcome pack and responsive host. Highly recommended.

Amazing huge house. Had a great time with all the family, rooms large enough for us all to sit together and the house was large enough for us all to have space. Kids and I really enjoyed the pool.

We stayed at Sunny Bank over the school Easter holidays. Two adults and our children 6 and 3. Plenty of information was sent in advance making finding the accommodation easy. We arrived to find a beautiful hamper of Welsh products and a warm welcoming home. Sunny bank has all the amenities you could need plus the luxuries of gowns and towels for the hot tub. The home was immaculately clean and a perfect place to come back to after a day out exploring the Welsh countryside. Hazel and her family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from popping in to show us how to work the hot tub to messaging to help me find a doctor for my daughter. She really makes every effort to ensure you have a wonderful time. Sunnybank is so peaceful and quiet, and if you enjoy the hot tub in the evenings it's a great spot to stargaze in the clear unpolluted skies.

What a fantastic place, we had a wonderful time here and would visit again. Place was warm and cosy and very clean upon arrival, with all that you could need if you hadn't had chance to pick up any food at the shops (coffee, tea, wine, milk & even soup). The house is beautifully styled and the log burning fires were perfect for the rainy, cold days of which we had a few. We had good response to our messages even over the Easter BH weekend, they did everything to ensure we had a good time.

Absolutely beautiful property. Very comfortable furnishings and beds. Wonderful little touches. We went near Christmas and the decorations were gorgeous. Spotlessly clean. The fact it was dog friendly was a massive bonus for us and we all loved the nearby beaches and walks. Great cafe next door. Highly recommend.

Garden not enclosed, but it was so big the dog just stayed around the house so not a problem.

The Cottage was the perfect family house for the 12 of us ranging from 10 to 75 years. We loved the amazing views from the sun room and garden. It was an ideal location to base ourselves with beautiful beaches, walks and lots of things to do close by. The house was clean and very well kept, Great Welsh Escapes were responsive and quick to reply to any questions and kept in touch through out the stay. We had a fabulous Family Holiday and would definitely recommend this property.

Middlelands is a high quality place to stay and 10-25 mins to all the finest of Pembroke's beaches (therefore some of the most beautiful in the world). Plenty of space for my party and our dog. Amenities are as described with excellent cooking facilities. The owner, Ros, lives nearby and accessible so you are not dealing with a faceless agent. Highly recommended.

It was well equipped with all the necessities, and when we did have a request it was dealt with promptly. It was single level and had a great laundry room.

the only criticism is there was inadequate storage for the suitcases in the bedroom.

Small but very well done, only surprise was just a microwave for cooking, no hob. But fine for breakfast! Milk in fridge on arrival plus Welsh cakes which was nice.

Fabulous staycation! Perfect for our family and dogs, loved the apartment, the balcony was huge which gave our dogs a bit of freedom. Couldn't fault it for our requirements.

The steep hill up to it, not a problem for us as we used the car.
