We liked that the owners had clearly thought of everything. There was so much to hand, equipment wise and lots of home comforts. We took our own tea and coffee for instance but there was a great selection already there also plenty of condimentswhich we didn't expect. Footsteps is a very clean and modern apartment but still felt cosy. The bed was very comfortable and noticed when stripping the bed a think mattress topper was in place. Bliss! There is a lovely view of the sea from the living/ kitchen area. The location is perfect too, just a short downhill walk into Saundersfoot and about a forty minute walk into Tenby. We sat and watched TV one night and it felt like being at home.

We have stayed at Sunnybank twice now. First time as a couple and we couldn’t wait to return for our family holiday! 5 stars is not enough, I would give so many more if I could! Hazel and Hugh are wonderful hosts and they go above and beyond to ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Hazel gave us lots of ideas for things to do and places to explore which was great! The bungalow is a real home from home. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need, including lots of extra little touches that really sets this place apart from the others! Pendine beach is beautiful (pic below) we also drove a bit further up to New Quay where we hopped on a boat trip and saw lots of dolphins! 🐬 If you have children, we definitely recommend Folly Farm. We cannot wait to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Sunny bank is an amazing getaway surrounded by the beautiful farms and hills of Wales, close to sights like Llansteffan castle and towns like Tenby it makes for a great long weekend away destination. The owners came to check that everything was ok and gave us really good recommendations of what to visit. Would definitely go back!

Loved our stay at Coedllys Cottage. The hydra pool and sauna were especially great -perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and set in a peaceful spot with great access to the coast. A wonderful break and highly recommended.

Chapel view is a lovely cottage, super clean and comfortable. Easy parking outside the cottage and within walking distant to shops and places to eat. If you want to stay in and cook the cottage has everything you need.

Nothing it was perfect

We had a lovely stay at Gwalia House. Everything was just as described. Very comfortable beds, kitchen very well equipped and the house was beautifully furnished throughout. Very good communication from the agent. There is plenty to do nearby - particular highlight was Barafundle Bay area - there is a stunning circular walk which takes about 3 hours starting from Bosherton Lily Ponds. We also had a delicious supper across the road at Dexters - but you need to book well in advance. All in all - highly recommended!

Very Beautiful home located right next the beach! Friendly locals and home was perfectly spacious and accommodating for our family of 8 and our pet.

A fantastic stay - beautiful surroundings and an incredible view from the sunroom. The wooden benches in the garden were perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a drink at the end of the day.

We have visited the area for many years and this was a fabulous apartment from which to explore, easy walking distance to town centre and to access the coastal paths. Place was immaculate with plenty of additional little touches in terms of advice and amenities that enhanced the experience. Apartment is easy to find, light and very spacious with everything you need and more.

WOW! This property was absolutely beautiful. The grounds are incredible. The house itself is furnished beautifully, amazing artwork and a mix of modern and an older feel! The property is so quirky, you really won’t find anywhere else like this. Jac was amazing throughout the booking process and whilst at the property too. He even got 50 balloons and a bottle of bubbly for my mum when I said we were coming for her birthday, so kind! Our dog Alfie loved the garden. The fact that this dog friendly makes it even better! We stayed at Sunny Bank over the school Easter holidays. Two adults and our children 6 and 3. Plenty of information was sent in advance making finding the accommodation easy. We arrived to find a beautiful hamper of Welsh products and a warm welcoming home. Sunny bank has all the amenities you could need plus the luxuries of gowns and towels for the hot tub. The home was immaculately clean and a perfect place to come back to after a day out exploring the Welsh countryside. Hazel and her family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from popping in to show us how to work the hot tub to messaging to help me find a doctor for my daughter. She really makes every effort to ensure you have a wonderful time. Sunnybank is so peaceful and quiet, and if you enjoy the hot tub in the evenings it's a great spot to stargaze in the clear unpolluted skies.

An absolutely fantastic, well thought out home that caters for all your needs. Every room has been so carefully crafted, providing all you could possibly need, exactly where you need it. The bedrooms with en-suite were spacious, including a huge master bedroom with a huge en-suite, very impressive. The kitchen was a joy to work in with so much utensils, cutlery, cups, plates, pots and pans galore. Outside was a large hot tub where you could relax and enjoy the splendid scenery, boats, water, a castle, quite incredible. Worth every penny and more.

Cottage was beautiful and well-equipped. Lovely village location. Parking was not always possible right outside the cottage but within a couple of minutes walk (literature in the cottage shared suggested parking locations).

We didn’t use the garden but it could do with a bit of tidying up … will be lovely if/when that is done though.

Stayed for a week with my family over the summer. The Hidden Valley is beautiful - newly decorated, super comfy sofas and beds, kitchen fully equipped (they have thought of everything!), and the snug is a real bonus. It was fantastic to walk out of the bedroom door in the morning and enjoy the spectacular view. I'm a keen stargazer, and the dark skies were an absolute wonder. Got some great photos of the Milky Way and it was a real treat using my telescope. Location-wise, there are so many gorgeous beaches nearby (Tenby, Saundersfoot, Wisemans Bridge, Manorbier and Barafundle were our favourites), lots to do for the kids and for adults, and plenty of places to stock up on amenities just a short drive away. Loved every minute, thank you for a fantastic week!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful surroundings, very friendly hosts. Even the geese were friendly. My goddaughter fell in love with three little goats. The area is truly beautiful. The accommodation was excellent, just like in photos. Everything we needed was as there.
It was worth every penny. We definitely would go back.

Great space in a good location - especially if walking the coast path. Some care is required negotiating the upstairs bedroom spaces as head height is very limited.

Our stay was very nice to have some relaxing down time with family the weather was very kind to us although the forecast was poor the bungalow was very clean plenty of kitchen utensils for those who wish to cook fantastic views of the castle and estuary there are some very nice places to eat in the village. The only thing we couldn’t find was a mop as one day it had rained so you can mop the floor and it mentioned that there was a dryer in the utility?? One other thing as it took us over four hours to get from the Midlands we didn’t have a problem getting in at 4pm but we all thought to make sure we were packed and left the house as we found it 10am check out is a little early we didn’t even have time for breakfast before our long journey 12pm would have been more convenient and less stressful

Amazing property with stunning panoramic views. The place was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The location is ideal, within walking distance of Pendine and just a 30-minute drive to Tenby, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.

This property is ideally located next to the grocery shop, pubs, gift shops and restaurants. Especially marvelous was the the view of the massive castle and relics across from the property and dusk light reflecting off the castle walls that we could see from upstairs windows. The locals were very friendly and happy to fill us in on curiously spelt Welsh place names and local information. The property was exceptionally well presented and clean with car parking right out the front

We recently stayed at Footprints in Saundersfoot. The apartment is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for as a base and a place to relax.

Saundersfoot is a lovely part of the Pembrokeshire coast and closer to Tenby and other local attractions than we thought.

The beach is beautiful, large and so peaceful out of season. It's very easy to get a coffee to accompany your walk and there were many locals to converse with.

There's a good chance we'll be back!

A really lovely spot. A few minutes walk through the alleyways to shops and car parks. All the time checking out the amazing changing view over the harbour from high to low water and back again. My partner appreciated the lift with the luggage, but really, the stairs up 2 flights no bother.

Clean modern flat with a great view. Under floor heating. comfortable bedrooms. Everything you need in the kitchen and living room areas. Allocated parking at the property.
The location is up a hill and it's dark at night so I recommend you bring a torch if you're walking at night or coming by public transport.

Our family of four with a 3 year old and infant really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing with a beautiful setting, perfectly walkable to activities, shops, restaurants and the beach. The amenities were just as described and access was easy. We cannot wait to return!

I love Wales and this is a great place to stay for Pembrokeshire.
The coast is a 4 minute drive and parking to gorgeous freshwater west.
Pembroke is 10 mins away and a lovely town. Go to the games cafe on the high street for fun and get the scoop on best places to eat.
We felt at home in the barn. The weather was awful with high winds across the SW and it rained every day but we felt so toasty once we were inside after a day out. The home heating is very clever and we popped on the lovely fire when needed.
Despite the weather we managed to have a wonderful time. I’ve never laughed so much trying to stand up with high winds.
Plenty of wonderful dog friendly places.

A lovely, modern cottage right in the heart of Laugharne, Chapel View is a good size for two, with a patio garden that is a real sun trap in the morning. Luckily we had great weather so didn’t spend that much time indoors but for those not so fortunate the cottage is a very nice place to be. Easy to book through Great Welsh Escapes who provide plenty of support and who attended to a minor issue we had speedily and efficiently.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maesteg Cottage, it was very well equipped and we found everything that we needed plus a lovely welcome pack including Welsh cakes, wine and coffee. The cottage has a few quirky features including an unusual upstairs toilet!! It is a very comfortable and homely property, particularly the beds, we all slept very well. There is also a beautiful enclosed garden on different layers with a secluded spot at the top where you can sit and enjoy the view in the evening sun. The location is good for visiting a variety of places and we enjoyed Laugharne, Tenby, Cardigan, Gwbert and Tresaith Beach and waterfall, all within around 35 minutes travel by car from the cottage. We would stay again.

Well what can I say! This accommodation went above and beyond our expectations completely, it is an absolutely stunning property equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday! It is also completely disabled friendly which is a lovely touch of inclusivity. We would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in the area. Stayed at the Lloret property for 4 days over Christmas. Exceeded our expectations. GWE communicated well throughout and were keen to do all they could to ensure that we had a good experience. I absolutely loved staying at Beudy. The beautifully converted barn looks even better in real life than the pictures. The kitchen is so well equipped, hot tub super reliable and comfortable, outdoor space is stunning and so well thought out, decor throughout space is so well curated, parking easy, location fabulous and hosts friendly and also allow for plenty of privacy. I fully recommend staying here :)

Can not say enough about how amazing this stay was! From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable and right at home. Hazel was very welcoming and made sure we were ok and had everything we needed. She also gave some great recommendations on where to go to eat and and explore!
We stayed near valentines and on arrival was a beautiful welcome basket and valentines balloons, along with a valentines teddy! Such a lovely surprise!
The cottage was immaculate and all the little homely touches really made it even more special.
I could go on all day. We have already booked to stay for longer in the summer and along with the children! We can’t wait!

One word - amazing. Is how I would describe this place. Peaceful and beautiful, this place is perfectly located to the west of the national park in the Black Mountains. Which is amazing for long walks great for the dog. The place itself is stunning, clean and well maintained.

This lovely house nestled in the middle of the beautiful town of Laugharne is absolutely exceptional in every way. Absolute perfection, the property is luxurious with beautiful furniture and artworks. Located a few yards away from Browns Hotel with parking too. We had the best time and will be booking another trip next year. Cannot recommend highly enough. Five star!!!

We have stayed in Laugharne on a number of occasions but not in this property. It is the best in Laugharne for us. Gwalia is beautiful inside and is fully equipped. Yes its on the main road with no parking but don’t let that put you off, you will find somewhere nearby. Pubs and restaurants on your doorstep and the castle opposite.

The pictures don't do it justice...we were in town for the laugharne festival... watching the light change on the sea and the tides come and go was very peaceful between gigs.
It was a breeze on the bus from Carmarthen train station...lots of lovely walks and places to eat on the doorstep.

what didn’t I like would be easier to answer! the building is beautiful and very comfortable. the set up was perfect for my family especially with the mezzanine floor bedroom which gave my daughters the space they needed. it has everything we needed and more!

…the cold tap in the kitchen was a bit noisy, that’s all I can think of!

The Barn and Chaffhouse was perfect for our getaway Christmas break- so quiet and peaceful, the open-plan living area was beautiful and the facilities were outstanding. We loved the remote location and walking on the nearby beaches. The house was warm and cosy- a really relaxing break.

We are a family of 5 and the house was definitely spacious enough for us. The views are breathtaking and the area is just so beautiful. We took time to enjoy the peace and the beautiful stars at night. The castle wonderful to see and the people were so welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean and the weather was amazing during our stay; so we enjoyed the lovely views out to sea. It is worth pointing out that although a fifteen minute walk to the harbour this is all downhill and therefore quite a steep walk back uphill!.The living area is fronting the road which was quite busy and noisy at times with the windows open, although the bedroom to the rear was quite and very comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay and the flat was well situated for exploring the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful stay for 10 people at the Farmhouse over the Easter weekend. The house is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a number of areas for adults and children to eat, play games and relax. Everything in the house has been done to a very high standard. Lovely bedrooms, all with en suites and the most comfortable beds. Both of our families thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna, such an amazing facility. We had a lovely stay. As a family if 6 with two teenagers and two younger children the house was spacious and met all of our needs. Beautifully presented and clean. Well resourced kitchen. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of living space available for all.

Lovely cottage in laugharne King Street. Very comfortable, kitchen had everything I needed. Lovely outside area, bedroom beautifully decorated. Bathroom lovely with huge shower unit. I really enjoyed my stay. Lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting on arrival was a very nice extra. I had a lovely stay here and will definitely book it again. Thank you!
