AMAZING! The bungalow had everything we needed and more! Views were beautiful from every window, we could have sat for hours just looking! The bungalow was spotlessly clean. beds really comfortable, nice, much appreciated welcoming gifts and the hot tub was great to relaxing in the evening. we found all the neighbours really friendly and all had time to chat and tell us places to visit. would 100% recommend and would love to visit again. This property is a great base for lots of beautiful Welsh places and only 10 mins drive from Carmarthen. Hot tub was lovely. I lay in it and looked at the stars.

Wonderful location and a delightful, spacious and very comfortable house.

Very nice accomodation , it is in the country, but shops and restaurants at 5 minutes distance by car. Populair Tenby is about a 30 minutes drive. Hosts are very friendly, the house is set up with everything you need. Absolutely fantastic!

Beautiful, well equiped, spacious and beautifully renovated with plenty of outdoor space. Just need to be mindful of spiral staircases and that guests in those rooms are able to manage them. Great local farm based restaurant - Paternoster Farm - highly recommend (only open on certain nights and need to book): Highly recommend restaurant at the Point House in Angel (again need to book) and the Kings Arms in Pembroke: and must visit Pembroke Castle.

Fantastic weekend away the accommodation was amazing with plenty of room. The location was ideal great restaurants in the area highly recommend milk wood house and there were also some lovely walks.

Very nice cosy accommodation quiet and has its own yard to sit out very comfortable, there is a bar a few minutes walk away very handy.

Exceptional stay , had a family break , 5 adults a 3 children , the accommodation was huge , lovely eating area for the whole family , game rooms , lovely comfy beds , we all slept well , had a bbq too , close watch to the beach and a pub up the road , bring lots of food for your stay as nearest shop is a spar 35 min drive , we stayed for 3 wonderful days great place to explore Wales, and thankyou for the wine and waffles and Welsh teas and coffees , will definitely return we had a lovely stay 😀

Well what can I say! This accommodation went above and beyond our expectations completely, it is an absolutely stunning property equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday! It is also completely disabled friendly which is a lovely touch of inclusivity. We would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in the area. The owners are such kind people also ( The hamper your greeted with is a beautiful touch also ). Super comfy seating areas and beds, lots of cupboards and wardrobes for storing your holiday essentials and the kitchen is completely fully equipped with everything you could possibly need! Our kids LOVED this holiday aswell as me and my husband, we can't say thankyou enough honestly! 5 stars from us 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Everything was really lovely & felt just like home from home.we really didn't want to leave.

We soon settled in & felt very relaxed the whole time. The beds were very comfy & all slept very well. The bathroom/ensuite were lovely & showers excellent. We never got bored of looking at the view. The location was perfect to walk into Tenby centre.

The boathouse is a lovely little escape with complete peace, along with being close to local towns and beaches. The place is as described and as you see in the photos. The private pool and sauna is such a nice addition too, which our son loved. Our dogs were so excited by the lake and cows, and wanted to always been outside in the enclosed area.
Great Welsh Escapes sent through clear instructions before hand, and proactively messaged me on day 1 to ensure I had everything I needed. This was a nice touch!
Richard, the owner and farmer, was super welcoming and made an effort to come out when we arrived to show us around personally. When we had a small issue I text Richard and he walked down almost immediately to help. He also spent a little while answering all my silly questions about dairy farming and his cows!!
We certainly plan to go back in the future and stay again :)

Our family really enjoyed the peaceful setting. the cottage is perfectly set up. we had everything we needed. The swimming was amazing and we had it all to ourselves. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is definitely the place for you.

A lovely home in a nice village close to local pubs, shops, restaurants and costal walks. We really enjoyed the home and will be back again. A visit to the castle with the kids is also great fun. Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic place and an amazing base to explore Pembrokeshire. We arrived in the most wonderful grounds of Upton Castle and were welcomed by our friendly hosts who gave us all the necessary information to make our stay easy. The grounds are picturesque and the house is quiet and peaceful. There is everything you need and nothing you don’t, so don’t expect ultra-fast broadband but do expect wonderful nights by the fire roasting marshmallows, playing games, and doing things ‘offline’. Within 15/20 mins you have amazing beaches like Barafundle and Coppet Hall, towns such as Tenby and Narberth, castles, shops, National Trust sites, and nature. A little further afield you have St Davids, Fishguard, Cardigan, and Scomer Island but all very accessible from this great location. Our whole family thought the 10 day break was amazing and we are itching to get back.

The house was warm and cosy on arrival. It literally has everything you need and a bit more to enjoy a fabulous stay!

We found the beds really comfy, enjoyed the living room and kitchen areas as this allowed us all to gather in one space (6 of us). Our group also really enjoyed the hot tub too! We loved all the little details that had been put into the home, it really was a great experience!

Would highly recommend a stay here. Beautiful views and lots of opportunities for star gazing in the evenings.

Chapel View is perfect for staying in Laugharne. Great to able to just walk to Dylan Thomas' Boathouse and Writing shed, the castle and local shops, Post Office and places to eat and walks up Sir John's Hill.
The cottage is lovely, nicely decorated, clean and well equipped.

Stayed for a few days at The Cors. An amazing Arts and Crafts house in Laugharne. A beautiful large garden, lost in time, an oasis of tranquility, yet just minutes from the village and Dylan Thomas' Boathouse. The bedrooms are individually designed, all with big flat screen TVs and modern bathrooms. I highly recommend staying in this extremely romantic, charming and comfortable house.

We had a great time at The Old School House. It's a well appointed, modern barn conversion with plenty of space both inside and out. The location is rural with easy access to A48 and local amenities.

We have stayed in these apartments quite a few times. Why? Great location and easy to reach other locations. Very well maintained apartments, Cliff Haven is no exception. I would recommend it.

Enormous house with very private garden and lovely pool. Close to pubs/restaurants and beautiful walks right out of the front door. I’ve never had a bathroom like it. Great for family holidays and plenty of activities nearby. We will definitely return.

This Cottage is an absolute gem, easy to find. It was absolutely spotless. It was very well equipped . The property was in a perfect location for us as we have family and friends in Carmarthenshire. We absolutely love the layout.
My aunt is disabled and they had disabled facilities which were a great asset to her . We will be returning early next year.

Our long weekend stay was great. Extremely comfortable accommodation, like home from home. Everything about the property was to our liking. Plenty of space for us to relax and all the amenities we could wish for. Will definitely book again.

Amazing home from home with all you need and more, just with better views. This cottage has so much space and everything you could need. Great central location with little bits of magic like Llansteffan beach 10mins away. Also try the Fox n Hounds for Sunday lunch platter - yummy.

We had a lovely family weekend at The Cors. The house was wonderful and everyone was very happy with their rooms and the communal spaces. This made for a very enjoyable time. The grounds were beautiful and wandering around was very peaceful. We used Laugharne as a base for exploring old haunts in West Wales but also spent some time revisiting the local area. Had a great Sunday lunch at Dexters, just a brief walk away. All in all a superb weekend.

We recently stayed at Footprints in Saundersfoot. The apartment is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for as a base and a place to relax.

Saundersfoot is a lovely part of the Pembrokeshire coast and closer to Tenby and other local attractions than we thought.

The beach is beautiful, large and so peaceful out of season. It's very easy to get a coffee to accompany your walk and there were many locals to converse with.

There's a good chance we'll be back!

We had such a lovely relaxing time, the accommodation was beautiful and the view is spectacular. No effort was spared by the host, there was even Christmas decorations and a tree setup for our stay over Christmas, as well as a welcome pack. The furniture was neat and stylish and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area, it was definitely a 10 out of 10 stay for us.

We had a thoroughly relaxing break and enjoyed Pendine. However, what made the break even more special was Ty'r Ardd. It was what we wanted and more. Accessible, exceptionally clean, comfortable, perfect size for a family of 4 & dog and the hosts were so kind and lovely.
We had an issue with the TV. The host came to the property to have a look, arranged an engineer and had it fixed within 12hrs!!!

Would 100% recommend and will 100% stay again.

A lovely little house, well located in Laugharne. Everything was very clean and comfortable, it was well equipped and we always managed to find parking nearby.

Lovely spacious bungalow, with the added benefit of an annexe. This enabled us as a large family to spend quality time together. The property was clean & tidy with all utilities needed, the garden was wonderful for the kids and safe. The village was a short walk away and had a handy convenient store. Lots of activities within a 40 minute drive and Pembroke Castle was amazing.
Pendine sands is a 10 minute drive away and is a stunning beach.
Would definitely recommend this holiday destination.

Garden not enclosed, but it was so big the dog just stayed around the house so not a problem.

We loved our stay at Beudy at Pentrecelyn. The accomodations were comfortable and so beautiful. The barn has been renovated to a very high standard and is immaculate. The owners of the property, Colin and Nia, were very friendly and so helpful - we greatly appreciated the ride to the railway station. The farm is beautiful and private, but is a nice walk to town for shopping and dinner. We woud definitely stay here again.

Lovely place, this was our third stay. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to switch off and unwind.

We have a lovely holiday despite the rainy weather! The place is very comfortable and was super clean. The welcome basket was very much appreciated and a lovely gesture. The surrounding areas are lovely, very calm and secure area.

The location was superb, overlooking a lake with wildfowl. Being on a farm at the end of a track, it was private and quiet. Having sole use of a large indoor heated pool was a real bonus. The property was comfortably furnished. There were shops in nearby St Clears with long opening hours, even on Sunday. The owner was friendly and helpful. There was plenty to see and do in the surrounding area.

We have just arrived home after a fabulous stay at Round Park. The house was so much more spacious than expected and was a fabulous base for exploring the beautiful clean beaches and pretty towns and villages. There was a lovely welcome gift of wine , tea & stoopwaffles. Everything was catered for with cooking equipment including brand new airfryers. The beds were clean & comfortable.Would definitely recommend & use again in the future.

Nous ne connaissions pas et avons été charmés par les paysages, les plages (fraîches), les châteaux et ballades à faire avec plein d activités possibles. Un bel endroit pour des vacances loin de la canicule de notre sud ouest français.

Everything. No issues with the property whatsoever, it’s just so nice and the hosts were so friendly and helpful as well. The welcome pack was very nice and much appreciated. It’s in such a quiet location, you could hear a pin drop when sitting outside.

We stayed at Coedllys Uchaf. It was such a wonderful experience. Steward was a friendly guy as he recommended us an amazing visiting location place which we never even planned and thought of.
When we went to visit it, we truly saw a lovely and beautiful cultural of Wales.

Also, we enjoyed spending time looking at Peacock Charlie and the place where we stayed was nice, cosy and warm to stay. Enjoyed the sauna and hot tub bath, which was relaxing after hiking in Pen Y Fan mountain and after visiting beaches such as Newgale, Ramsay Island and Tenby.

Highly recommended it as we plan to book this place again when visiting in future. Looking forward to introduce Wales to our family, friends and relatives. Had a good time visiting Wales in June 2022.

A really lovely spot. A few minutes walk through the alleyways to shops and car parks. All the time checking out the amazing changing view over the harbour from high to low water and back again. My partner appreciated the lift with the luggage, but really, the stairs up 2 flights no bother.

This property is ideally located next to the grocery shop, pubs, gift shops and restaurants. Especially marvelous was the the view of the massive castle and relics across from the property and dusk light reflecting off the castle walls that we could see from upstairs windows. The locals were very friendly and happy to fill us in on curiously spelt Welsh place names and local information. The property was exceptionally well presented and clean with car parking right out the front

Very well equipped, comfortable and the washing machine and dishwasher was a bonus. Everything was so clean and in good condition! The view were great and it was so peaceful sat out on the decking have your morning coffee looking out onto the sea!

It’s not really I didn’t like but was disappointed the fairy lights didn’t work on the balcony, would have been nice to sit out on an evening with them on. Also the double bedroom could have done with more storage. The small wardrobes wasn’t enough for 2 adults.
