A beautiful barn in a very tranquil setting. We had storm Floris and could hardly hear it. We had everything we needed. Even the patchy internet signal was workable and meant less screen time which was a positive! So many lovely places to visit from sandy and pebble beaches, castles and beautiful gardens or shopping all within an hour. Great pub and café food in Laugharne and a warm welcome from all. Would highly recommend it. It really was relaxing and just beautiful.

Our week at the Cors was our first family holiday for three years. It is a lovely, interesting house and there is plenty to do in Laugharne and the surrounding area. We had a really good time. Thank you to Jac and the team at GWE for all your help.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely comfortable, well equiped cottage. Everything was as described and the location was just what we were looking for, so peaceful. Would very much like to return again when back in the area.

This is a lovely flat, with a great view of Tenby harbour and all the way down the beach (and the coast beyond). The flat is also beautifully positioned for visiting the town and all it has to offer. Nice decor and OKish bedding (next time we would take our own pillows). The flat is well laid out and was perfect for our family of three (four would be cramped around the tiny dining table). We had a great stay and we would be more than happy to return.

Very very clean spacious property, which contained everything we needed. Felt very homely. The garden was gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location for exploring.

The property is spacious, stylish and well maintained. Rear garden was a nice space and if we had had more time we would have made good use of the decking area overlooking fields at the back.

A spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped and comfortable apartment just a short walk away from the sea front. A very relaxing break where everything had been thought of.

The door key to the apartment doesn't fit easily into the lock as it is slightly bent. Checkout at 11am would be much more relaxing than 10am especially as guests are asked to strip the bed and collect up the towels before departure. The sloped low ceilings in the bathroom, dining area and bedroom resulted in a few bumped heads. Scaffolding outside spoiled the view

My stepdaughter and I spent an amazing week over Christmas and it was every bit as we imagined it would be. We took our 2 dogs with us and spent days at the dog friendly beaches near by. It was all so picturesque and peaceful. Would recommend it 100%

We loved everything about the barn and chaffhouse and the children are wanting us to buy a barn of our own. The barn is perfect and the area is stunning. We've been staycationing in Croyde for years and moving forward we have decided to make this our new staycation venue. Very Impressed. Comfortably accommodated our family - Mum, Dad and 4 children, 6, 4, 2 and 5 months.

This house is magnificent. We had a fanatic joint 30th here and enjoyed every second. The house is so much bigger than we had anticipated, it’s huge! The heated pool was the cherry on the cake. We’d definitely come back here again - thanks so much.

Beautiful location, the gardens are stunning. The house itself is well presented and was clean and tidy and very welcoming .

My only suggestion is that a grab rail inside the annexe shower would be very helpful plus a non slip mat for the floor

The house was amazing we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My daughter loved the Jacuzzi, myself and my wife love cooking so the kitchen was without doubt perfect and as a family entertainment wise the TV was perfect to relax chill and enjoy a few Xmas movies. I would definitely be back again !

We are a family of 5 and the house was definitely spacious enough for us. The views are breathtaking and the area is just so beautiful. We took time to enjoy the peace and the beautiful stars at night. The castle wonderful to see and the people were so welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend.

Great place. Very clean. Felt at home. Only issue was that for a 3 bedroom home it only had 1 bathroom, albeit a very nice bathroom. Hosts were very responsive and answered questions quickly. I'd recommend this place again.

Had a lovely stay, the team at Great Welsh Escapes were always there and proactive in reaching out. They also messaged to check we had found everything OK.

Cottage was beautiful and well-equipped. Lovely village location. Parking was not always possible right outside the cottage but within a couple of minutes walk (literature in the cottage shared suggested parking locations).

We didn’t use the garden but it could do with a bit of tidying up … will be lovely if/when that is done though.

A perfect place to stay over Christmas with two toddlers and a dog.
The Boathouse was exactly as described and decorated for Christmas when we arrived.
The pool was bigger than expected but perfect to use each day for kids working on their swimming and water confidence.
The host, Richard, was always available, friendly and chatty with the kids when they showed an interest in the animals.

Saundersfoot and surrounding areas are beautiful. This flat is the perfect base for making the most of it with its sea view and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will gladly return to this location.

Large, clean and private indoor heated pool plus sauna. Very tranquil location overseeing the lake. There are not other guests as there is only one property for holiday makers so it is very private feeling just like a second home. There are everything needed in the house.

Occasional flies in the house and farm smell outside 😄 but no smell in the house.

Beautiful converted barn. Kitchen has everything you need. We took some of our bits and bobs but they were not needed. Welcome hamper was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if they are after a relaxing stay. Please thank Don & Daniela for our lovely chocolates.

Lovely cottage in laugharne King Street. Very comfortable, kitchen had everything I needed. Lovely outside area, bedroom beautifully decorated. Bathroom lovely with huge shower unit. Our trip couldn't have been more perfect – the town is lovely and the location of the cottage perfect for estuary walks and trips to the castle, restaurants and pubs. So many things to do nearby too, we will be back!

The property and grounds surpassed all expectations. Everything was spotless, the amenities are fantastic, including the hottub with outstanding views. The grounds are perfect for an explorative toddler with a lot of energy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights stay in this lovely modern apartment. The location is very quiet but only a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is superbly and tastefully furnished with everything you need to make it feel like home from home. All the facilities were to a very high standard and everything was spotlessly clean. With lovely views to the sea and private parking it is a real gem and is highly recommended.

What a fabulous property exceptionally clean and tidy, lovely kitchen diner with a fantastically equipped kitchen, lovely sized tv lounge and a separate small quiet room if needed. Bedrooms were amazing with super king and super comfortable beds and each bedroom had an on-suite. What a lovely comfortable place to stay. Easy access to the local store and pubs and Browns restaurant. The Dylan Thomas boat house was a ten minute walk. Easy drive on the coast road to other locations.

Amazing huge house. Had a great time with all the family, rooms large enough for us all to sit together and the house was large enough for us all to have space. Kids and I really enjoyed the pool.

The house was absolutely perfect for us (11 of us), loads of room for us all and the dog.
The uninterrupted views of the estuary, from the garden and bedrooms, were amazing. The house was 5*.

Laugharne is a great place to holiday, the village itself having pubs, restaurants and tea rooms with loads to do within a short distance.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It is in a great location to explore this part of Wales. There is so much to see and do. The accomodation was clean and comfortable and had everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Great showers and comfy beds. Spacious space and we enjoyed the out door space. Lovely to see the horses in the field in the morning.

We also had a great meal in the hotel next door.

The house was in a perfect location to view the castle and estuary. It is beautifully furnished and was exceptionally clean. It's an upside down living arrangement with the lounge and kitchen upstairs to make the most of the view and bedrooms on the ground floor Everything was thought of and a welcome pack of shortbread, waffle biscuits and prosecco was so appreciated.

Nothing! The house had been shut up so there was a slight musty smell when we first arrived but as soon as we opened the windows it was fine and in no way detracted from the lovely surroundings.

I visited with my friend and we had a great time away, surrounded by nothing but nature. The bungalow had everything you need, they really went above and beyond. I would definitely come back here.

Beautiful house in a stunning location with amazing views over the estuary. We stayed as a group of old school-friends and decided to spoil ourselves by having a bedroom each! The kitchen/dinner/living room is great as it keeps the group together when someone is preparing food. The conservatory was also lovely when someone needed time out. It's ideally located in the centre of Laugharne village, really close to the amenities. Most of the group were able to arrive by public transport, although there was plenty of space in the car park had more of us travelled by car. Loved all the Welsh art on the walls and touches like the Eisteddfod chair in one of the bedrooms. The portholes in the bedroom doors in the attic were quirky too. The only suggestion would be to sort the key lock as it was jammed! Diolch yn fawr for a memorable stay. We would definiely recommend to other large groups.

Amazing home from home with all you need and more, just with better views. This cottage has so much space and everything you could need. Great central location with little bits of magic like Llansteffan beach 10mins away. Also try the Fox n Hounds for Sunday lunch platter - yummy.

Stayed for a week with my family over the summer. The Hidden Valley is beautiful - newly decorated, super comfy sofas and beds, kitchen fully equipped (they have thought of everything!), and the snug is a real bonus. It was fantastic to walk out of the bedroom door in the morning and enjoy the spectacular view. I'm a keen stargazer, and the dark skies were an absolute wonder. Got some great photos of the Milky Way and it was a real treat using my telescope. Location-wise, there are so many gorgeous beaches nearby (Tenby, Saundersfoot, Wisemans Bridge, Manorbier and Barafundle were our favourites), lots to do for the kids and for adults, and plenty of places to stock up on amenities just a short drive away. Loved every minute, thank you for a fantastic week!

It was absolutely fantastic.

Your kitchen was beautifully thought through. The cosy living room couches and fireplace and decor was appreciated.

We enjoyed visiting Dhillon Thomas's grave, the boathouse his writing shed, walking around the castle....Becoming locals at the three Mariners and a couple dinners at Brown's Hotel (particularly loved the pub side) and had coffee to enjoy the vies from the resort.

The house was modern and spotlessly clean. There are two sitting rooms ideal for large groups. There were games and puzzles but the place was tidy and not cluttered. We could not think of a thing that wasn't provided. The kitchen also had every utensil you would need, a large fridge freezer and a stove with separate grill. There were great views from the garden. The WiFi was brilliant. Gave the location one less star as it is a twenty minute drive to a shop. The location though is beautiful, beach, castle, village and walks. There is a small shop which stocks essentials and is also a coffee shop. We had coffee and cake there which was delicious. Also two pubs which we did not go in. We did not have the best of weather and it was out of season however we felt very cozy in the house. Would definately return.

We had such an amazing time at this place, it was beautiful inside the bungalow and outside with the fantastic scenery and how peaceful it was. The host was very kind and helpful as she came to see us a couple minutes after we arrived to talk us through the hot tub and about the place and nearby attractions. Hot tub was so warm and relaxing, temperature inside the house was comfortable and it was very clean and shiny, I would highly recommend this place to couples who want a peaceful weekend away. We are already planning on going back very soon, that's how beautiful and cheap It was!!

All in top 1% of places stayed. Ensuite feature ALL bedrooms was a huge feature. Very spacious. Top notch dinner and cookware along with appliances. Washer and dryer was put to good use never having to fret about drying. For small village top notch restaurants right across street.
Felt right home because it was a home.

Gorgeous bungalow plenty of space and room in the property I would say a few things need looking at like the curtain rails don’t draw properly. The kitchen knives were really blunt. The fish slice fell apart and I cut myself on the tin opener otherwise I can’t fault it plenty of space for everyone.

The accommodation was so well equipped, we had everything we needed and more which made self catering a breeze. Beautiful house with original features in a great location for exploring Pembrokeshire Coast

It was a lovely bungalow. Everything which was needed to feel at home was present. All of the things for use were very high quality 👌. There was also a gift pack for us. Bottle of Milk Juice and wine was also given.

Sea Gem is truly a gem. The views from the kitchen are absolutely stunning and for our purposes the home was the perfect companion. We had a lot of fun figuring out how to work a UK washer/dryer! All of the rooms were comfortable and as described.

The neighborhood itself was also a gem; quiet and friendly. Loved waving to our neighbors as we were walking up/down the hill for our Tenby excursions.

Wales itself was a beautiful experience, we hope to come back soon.

We had a wonderful week in Laugharne. The house was spacious and light but still cosy. The views from the lounge were amazing, the castle was so beautiful and the changing tides meant the view of the estuary was always changing, absolutely breathtaking! We were able to easily walk to a variety of excellent restaurants, cafes and pubs, as well as all local Dylan Thomas attractions which we loved. A visit to the speed museum in Pendine was really enjoyable and only just over 10 mins by car. We would love to return to Laugharne again, it's a fabulous place. And the house was a very welcoming home from home which we were sorry to leave at the end of our holiday.

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely large bedroom and bathroom, lounge smaller than expected but cosy and comfortable. Double glazing kept the room quiet. Lots of places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay again.

The property was fantastic. Everything that was stated on the site was accurate. The house is in a lovely location (up a hill), a short walk in to town, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The hosts had left us a welcome pack on arrival which was a lovely touch. We had taken two cars and parking was not a problem. The house was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the five adults in our party. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if we went back to Tenby.

It was such a pleasure to stay at this cottage in gorgeous Laugharne. The cottage is recently renovated and was fresh, clean and comfortable throughout. And the cottage has a great view of the castle. Great Welsh Escapes were excellent - very easy to communicate with and helpful. We had a lovely stay.

I booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 2 due to the job I was doing getting complete a day early.
The property was spotless, and we we're greeted at the gate by the host, which made things even simpler than how the photos show how to get into the house.
The house had everything you'd need for a lengthy stay. Shops and local amenities are about 5 mins away by car, 15 walking.
Can't comment on local pubs and restaurants as I never ventured out after being in the cold all day at work

We had a fantastic few days in Pendine. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with lots of nice touches. Views were unbelievable, only a 10-15 min walk to the huge but quiet beach. It had lots of nice restaurants like Lotus and a fantastic park for our son. Was his first visit to the beach and one we will remember for a long time. We hope to come back.

beautiful house with beautifully decorated rooms. extremely clean on arrival with a welcome package for us. dog friendly with large garden. cinema room and pool room were absolutely fabulous for us all to use during our stay. house in perfect location - only 5 minute walk to local shops, pubs and castle with walks on your doorstep and then able to travel to Tenby in only 30 mins and Brecon Beacons in an hour.

Absolutely beautiful holiday stay we went away for our anniversary and we loved it , 💕 amazing welcome, really comfortable modern and spotless. We loved the hot tub too , We’ve already booked again . Wonderful hosts and amazing views of the estuary and town, met loads of people laughnies ( from Laugharne ) everyone was really friendly.
We had a fab time , it’s really near to the square where there are pubs , restaurants and lovely walks. Great place to relax and chill 🧘‍♀️ plenty to do and see and we did it in style. 🙏🩷🐶

A lovely quaint cottage in Laugharne. Very clean with great heating which was needed. Had a large kitchen with dining room table and chairs and well appointed. Washer/dryer was great. Main bedroom had a small but lovely en-suite. We went there in winter but found really nice walks around the area and some nice cafes still open. Browns restaurant is def worth a visit. Interior abd food is excellent. The Dylan Coastal Resort was open and we enjoyed lovely meals there. Definitely take a trip to Tenby it’s a beautiful seaside town about a 30 min drive.

The cottage was very central and close to restaurants and bars. Lovely place.

Really enjoyed staying at tranquil house by the lake. Very cosy and well maintained, it was a great place to unwind for few days. didn't use the pool but having the sauna available during the winter was nice. Communication from Jess was great and spoke to the owner on site who was very friendly also. The Boathouse would be even better in the summer to be able to sit out and watch ducks swim around.

Beautiful stay for our Welsh weekend away. The BnB itself was exactly as photographed, spotless with stunning modern interior and a handy, compact, ‘everything-you-need’ kitchen area. We decided to cook both evenings, and made use of some lovely freshly harvested vegetables left for us in a whicker basket on the side - a really nice touch. 🥦🌽🍅
The Hottub was perfect in every way, theraputic, relaxing and perfect under the stars at night. Similarly, the bathroom was just as great with a strong over head shower, and 2nd handheld option. We also enjoyed finding some amusement from watching the young goats and chickens in their run nearby the back of the BnB. 🐐🐓

The Cottage, Laugharne offers a huge, warm Welsh cwtsh. Set on the stunning estuary, the house with its magnificent rooms and facilities is an absolute gem, for groups and families. Highly recommended!

A fantastic short break. The photos of the property do not do it justice. Close to Tenby town and the beaches. A well equipped kitchen - home from home. Would certainly book to stay here again.

We have stayed at Sunnybank twice now. First time as a couple and we couldn’t wait to return for our family holiday! 5 stars is not enough, I would give so many more if I could! Hazel and Hugh are wonderful hosts and they go above and beyond to ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Hazel gave us lots of ideas for things to do and places to explore which was great! The bungalow is a real home from home. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need, including lots of extra little touches that really sets this place apart from the others! Pendine beach is beautiful (pic below) we also drove a bit further up to New Quay where we hopped on a boat trip and saw lots of dolphins! 🐬 If you have children, we definitely recommend Folly Farm. We cannot wait to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Enormous house with very private garden and lovely pool. Close to pubs/restaurants and beautiful walks right out of the front door. I’ve never had a bathroom like it. Great for family holidays and plenty of activities nearby. We will definitely return.
