The cottage was in a great location, close to the shops, restaurants, castle and Dylan's boat house. The facilities in the cottage were good. It was a nice touch to have a welcome pack on arrival.

My partner is tall and we did struggle with the double bed, would have liked a king-size, however we were fully aware of this when booking.

Everything about this property is great and very good service from the Great Welsh Escapes, Good location to explore south/west of wales. Nice village. Kids enjoyed the stay at this house.For sure will book this property next time.

We had the best week at The Cors. We had everything we needed to hand. The house was perfect, the space and gardens were ideal. The communication was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. We loved visiting the nearby beaches and little village. Would definitely recommend!

Very Beautiful home located right next the beach! Friendly locals and home was perfectly spacious and accommodating for our family of 8 and our pet.
Interior aesthetic was stunning also, the home has clearly been thoughtfully designed- the kitchen being a particular family favourite!
Communication was swift and Check in likewise. I have recommended this home to family and friends and would more than happily stay at Llas Y Mor again.

Saundersfoot and surrounding areas are beautiful. This flat is the perfect base for making the most of it with its sea view and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will gladly return to this location.

The bungalow was beautiful, clean and well equipped. It was great for us that it is fully accessible as my disabled mother could visit.

This property is a great base for lots of beautiful Welsh places and only 10 mins drive from Carmarthen. Hot tub was lovely. I lay in it and looked at the stars.

We had a wonderful stay in Laugharne. The house was superb - very nicely and artistically decorated, very clean, comfortable, spacious, full of character and history. Good communication. We had a great time exploring all sorts of interesting places and did lots of walking, enjoying the stunning coastline. The house is centrally located in the village and virtually opposite three very good places to eat. Thank you for a very memorable holiday!

We spent a few days in Wales.
The accommodation is beautifully located, quiet, and checking in and out at the security gate is no problem!
The beach is 2 meters away, but it's easy to reach by car! We didn't mind that it's only accessible after 4:00 PM on weekdays. Then you practically have it to yourself!
We were the only guests, but four people are no problem.
The accommodation is just as pictured.
If we visit Wales again, we'll definitely stay in this accommodation.

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Short walk to Laugharne centre along a beautiful quiet lane lined with trees and ferns. I would definitely go back.

It was well equipped with all the necessities, and when we did have a request it was dealt with promptly. It was single level and had a great laundry room.

the only criticism is there was inadequate storage for the suitcases in the bedroom.

Sunnybank is to be highly recommended, Hazel was an amazing host & left us a beautiful welcome basket of goodies, it was much appreciated. Location is great, just what we wanted, nice & peaceful & the hot tub was very welcome after a long day exploring. Bed was so comfortable & the accessible shower & handrails were much appreciated by my husband.

Stayed at the Lloret property for 4 days over Christmas. Exceeded our expectations. GWE communicated well throughout and were keen to do all they could to ensure that we had a good experience. All the facilities at the property were in excellent condition. Beds very comfortable. Lovely views. Couldn’t fault it. Highly recommended.

Beudy Howel was a beautifully renovated property. It was light & airy and exceptionally well appointed. There was a thoughtful welcome package. Lots of easy to follow instructions and lists of restaurants & beaches. I would highly recommend staying here, it was lovely & quiet.

Our stay at Sunnybank was just perfect. The location was unbelievable, peaceful and quiet and the view of fields upon fields was incredible.
The hosts were brilliant, very informative, left us to it but made it clear if we needed anything at all not to hesitate to ask.
They had everything you can imagine there for you, the place was spotless and a gorgeous welcome hamper on arrival made our stay.
We did some beautiful local walks, and the hot tub was an absolute bonus. Especially at night with the clear skies.
We can’t wait to come back to Sunnybank again! Highly recommended and unbelievable for the price!!

A stunning house in a stunning location- what is there not to love?! We had a fantastic time at the Cors - the house is beautiful, a real mix of old-fashioned charm and modern elegance, perfect for a weekend away.

Jac was extremely helpful before, during and after our visit - I can’t recommend this place enough. We will be back!

We have had a brilliant stay at Lloret. The property was spotlessly clean with everything we needed and more. The location was ideal for exploring on foot and further afield, and every morning I was wowed anew by the view. I would highly recommend Great Welsh Escapes. Picton cottage studio was beautiful and immaculate. It is furnished to a very high standard. Lovely, warm, peaceful and comfortable. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location was really good, so close to Laugharne, St clears and the Pembrokeshire coast.
Picton house hotel 100yrds away serving superb food and entertainment and the Savoy Inn about a mile away also serving great food. Will definitely go back and reccomend.

I recently stayed at Frogmore in Laughne and had a fantastic experience. The rental was located in a beautiful area , including a great view of the nearby castle. The property itself was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also a very last minute booking and the contact at Great welsh escapes was incredibly helpful at accommodating us.

One thing I particularly appreciated was the attention to detail in the décor and furnishings. It was clear that the owners had put a lot of thought into creating a warm and inviting space that felt like a home away from home.

Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway . The location, amenities, and attention to detail made it a truly memorable stay.

We had a fantastic week in Laugharne at Gwalia House. The accommodation was fantastic, spotlessly clean and exactly as described and was perfectly located to enjoy all the Laugharne and the surrounding area has to offer. Laugharne itself is gorgeous and such a friendly place, we especially liked Poon over the road! The hosts (Great Welsh Escape) were very communicative and even responded to questions on bank holiday! We loved Gwalia House and definitely hope to be back.

A beautiful house In a lovely quiet village. We always go away for a summer family week with our grown up kids and their partners and this house was big enough for them to all have their space and a kitchen and outdoor space for us to come together for big family meals .we had poor weather and there upstairs starting area was good for film night The enclosed garden was good for our two dogs.

My only slight criticism is the lounge sitting area isn’t very comfy. Thankfully we were only 2 people but would have struggled with 4/6.

A great place to use as a base to explore the area and has a good very long beach , the walk down to the beach is very steep so could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues , best to check tides too as it was not possible to walk on the beach if the tide was in but there are places to eat or drink and just gaze at the sea .
Nearby Laugherne and Narberth are lovely friendly bustling places to visit .

The pictures don't do it justice...we were in town for the laugharne festival... watching the light change on the sea and the tides come and go was very peaceful between gigs.
It was a breeze on the bus from Carmarthen train station...lots of lovely walks and places to eat on the doorstep.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Cottage. it's a fabulous house in a great location with some of the best views you'll find anywhere. The house itself was perfect for the six of us and provided plenty of space both indoors and out. Laugharne is a lovely little town and is a great base from which to explore Camathenshire and Pembrokeshire.
We were so happy to find this property at such short notice and Michelle at Great Welsh Escapes was very helpful with all aspects during our stay.

Our stay at great Welsh was great, we enjoyed our stay including clean and tidy bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful garden, and amazing view. We also enjoyed hot tub. There were lots of things for kids and other things to play sports. Also host left us many things to eat and drink. Overall it was a perfect house and I recommend it if anyone wants to stay. We were given a warm welcome by the host.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! So clean, comfortable, with every amenity you need. We had the most relaxing few days escape here - couldn’t recommend it enough! There was also fresh eggs, honey and bread left!

I really enjoyed my time at The Boathouse. A very beautiful part of the Welsh countryside. The company and the owner were very accommodating with recommendations as to where to go and solutions. It very much served it’s purpose!

Llais y Mor in Llansteffan is a gorgeous house with lovely gardens. Would highly recommend this property. Everthing was just perfect.

I absolutely loved staying at Beudy. The beautifully converted barn looks even better in real life than the pictures. The kitchen is so well equipped, hot tub super reliable and comfortable, outdoor space is stunning and so well thought out, decor throughout space is so well curated, parking easy, location fabulous and hosts friendly and also allow for plenty of privacy. I fully recommend staying here :)

Gwalia House is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Laugharne is a fascinating village with a stunning castle, the Dylan Thomas museum, and the coastal path all on your doorstep. There are shops, pubs and places to eat within walking distance and great beaches a short drive away. Great Welsh Estates were so helpful and posted us some things we'd left behind. Highly recommended.

Well what can I say! This accommodation went above and beyond our expectations completely, it is an absolutely stunning property equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday! It is also completely disabled friendly which is a lovely touch of inclusivity. We would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in the area. The owners are such kind people also ( The hamper your greeted with is a beautiful touch also ). Super comfy seating areas and beds, lots of cupboards and wardrobes for storing your holiday essentials and the kitchen is completely fully equipped with everything you could possibly need! We had the best stay at Wildhaven. It is totally private with a great enclosed garden. The walks from the doorstep were stunning, you could spend a week there and not have to go out in the car! We loved seeing the sheep on the hills, as well as the birds of prey and hares. The cottage is incredibly comfortable and clean, we really didn’t want to leave! It’s a great place to stay whether you’re alone, a couple, a family or with your dog. Thank you for a very relaxing holiday!

It's a beautiful house in a great location overlooking the town. We had plenty of space and everything we needed as a group of five adults and two kids. We would be happy to stay there again.

We had a wonderful week in Laugharne. The house was spacious and light but still cosy. The views from the lounge were amazing, the castle was so beautiful and the changing tides meant the view of the estuary was always changing, absolutely breathtaking! We were able to easily walk to a variety of excellent restaurants, cafes and pubs, as well as all local Dylan Thomas attractions which we loved. A visit to the speed museum in Pendine was really enjoyable and only just over 10 mins by car. We would love to return to Laugharne again, it's a fabulous place. And the house was a very welcoming home from home which we were sorry to leave at the end of our holiday.

The most stunning views of the harbour from the bay window make this a holiday to remember. Do bring binoculars to watch the boats coming and going.
The apartment is very comfortable with excellent beds and both a shower and bath.
You are very close to the centre of Tenby so shopping, eating and sight seeing are all within easy reach.
Do be aware that if you arrive in the summer (7/7 to 12/9 this year) you will not be able to unload outside the apartment until after 5.30 pm due to local traffic restrictions.

Old school house is beautiful! The moment we walked in we were charmed. We loved how it was ‘quirky’ - spiral staircase, arched doors, beamed landing, steps to circular dining room. Yet it was very practical, with everything you’d need for a stay. All in all a very comfy, cosy and relaxing stay. We were thrilled to find a collection of Welsh goodies - thank you! We enjoyed our day learning about Dylan Thomas, whose home was just a 5 minute drive away. I wishes we’d stayed longer. I will definitely recommend it to friends.

Sarah the host was excellent in checking everything was ok when we arrived. We ate in most evenings as the kitchen was so well equipped & the lighting was perfect & like home from home. Chapel view is a lovely cottage, super clean and comfortable. Easy parking outside the cottage and within walking distant to shops and places to eat. If you want to stay in and cook the cottage has everything you need.

Lovely location for an extremely soothing break. Well equipped cottage and Robert was kind enough to get kids little games to keep busy when you are retiring after having a day out whether to botanical garden trip or folley farm.
Near by nisa local, fish and chips were handy to pop for a quick snack.
House was very clean and plenty of room for a family of six. We shall visit again and recommend this place.

Great house. Spacious corridors and rooms. The main living room, the kitchen and one of the big rooms are great. Clean, comfortable. We couldn't use on the main living areas as it was under construction so they provided a hot tub outside. It's got great views and nice surroundings. Temperature was a bit funny at the beginning but it balanced after 24 hours. Great indoors fire! Very good communication and available. Great price for such space! Highly recommended.

We decided to treat ourselves to a beautiful home for a few days and the Old School was perfect. Easy to find, excellent communication from Jess, problem with bathroom light that was quickly rectified whilst we were out and about.

Laugharne is small but peaceful with all amenities you may need (if you need to do a large food shop however I’d do this before you arrive as the convenience store is very limited in terms of veg / selection etc).

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Sunny Bank, an idyllic and private with every single thing you can imagine. We were provided with a full tea service and dinner set, basics for breakfast, bathrobes and towels for the stay as well as towels for the hot tub. I honestly think every possible amenity was thought about and provided. The cottage is on a family farm and you have complete privacy, esp in the hot tub which made the stay perfect for us.
The owners live down the road and when we told them the engine light had come on, on the car, and we needed to find a garage they came over and sorted the car, we needed oil but they also added screen wash and coolent and gave further advice. They went above and beyond.
You also don't have to worry about the hot tub, they come and treat it for you daily.
These are truly good people

This property is at the top of a hill with a gorgeous view of the countryside. There is an outdoor garden area with a lawn that was perfect for our grandson to run and explore. The unit is spacious with all you need to cook, wash clothes, and relax. This was our favorite place to stay during our holiday.

This did not bother us, but there are no shops or restaurants in the village. You need to make a short drive to nearby villages for supplies.

Absolutely beautiful holiday stay we went away for our anniversary and we loved it , 💕 amazing welcome, really comfortable modern and spotless. We loved the hot tub too , We’ve already booked again . Wonderful hosts and amazing views of the estuary and town, met loads of people laughnies ( from Laugharne ) everyone was really friendly.
We had a fab time , it’s really near to the square where there are pubs , restaurants and lovely walks. Great place to relax and chill 🧘‍♀️ plenty to do and see and we did it in style. 🙏🩷🐶

It provides a good base for a relaxing stay . It is easy to explore other areas of Pembrokeshire from here.

We had a lovely stay - in particular we enjoyed the excellent living space/kitchen and outside area. Our baby especially loved playing on the big living room rug.

The surrounding area is amazing and the property is very well located for access to beaches, Tenby, Pembroke, Bosherston, Stackpole etc. The only thing was the proximity to the MOD area, which we were prepared for, but I think they were perhaps doing extra tank and machine gun practice during our stay. It can be a little disconcerting having your evening meal peppered with the sound of tank and machine gun fire. I understand this wouldn’t be a problem during the summer school holidays or weekend though.

We loved going to the different beaches etc. and we also had some lovely meals out - including at the fabulous Paternoster Farm which is only round the corner (must book in advance).

We chose this beautiful home for my 60th birthday celebration with all my family and it did not disappoint us. The property was spacious and so very well equipped throughout. There is plenty of car park space too. The 5 bedrooms with 3 of the 4 double bedded rooms having en-suite bathrooms with a family bathroom for the other double and twin attic bedroom. Unfortunately the 3 nights stay wasn’t long enough and wished stayed longer. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jac for the welcome pack of local produce together with my 60th balloon which was an added touch much appreciated. The bar and pool table were used each night. It was a great way to celebrate with my family thank you for everything

The cottage was in a great location, close to the shops, restaurants, castle and Dylan's boat house. The facilities in the cottage were good. It was a nice touch to have a welcome pack on arrival.

My partner is tall and we did struggle with the double bed, would have liked a king-size, however we were fully aware of this when booking.

A 30th birthday trip of dreams!
The Great House in Laugharne was everything and more. Check in was super easy with a key/lockbox.
The heated pool was incredible, when we first arrived we all ran around looking at ALL the incredible bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces.
We felt so bougie and smiled, laughed, played games, ate, drank the whole weekend it was perfect.
The Ferryman Delicatessen is a stones throw away from the house and has a wonderful selection of delicious food we visited a few times!
Wouldn’t change a thing, amazing stay, I’d love to go back.

Can not say enough about how amazing this stay was! From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable and right at home. Hazel was very welcoming and made sure we were ok and had everything we needed. She also gave some great recommendations on where to go to eat and and explore!
We stayed near valentines and on arrival was a beautiful welcome basket and valentines balloons, along with a valentines teddy! Such a lovely surprise!
The cottage was immaculate and all the little homely touches really made it even more special.
I could go on all day. We have already booked to stay for longer in the summer and along with the children! We can’t wait!

We had a great stay at this lovely holiday bungalow. Well thought out space, clean and perfectly located for all that Laugharne (& beyond) has to offer. Thanks to Great Welsh Escapes for a wonderful stay!

A fabulous property, full of character. Spacious, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. In centre of Laugharne so great for exploring the town. Welcome gifts on arrival much appreciated. Great Welsh Escapes were helpful and quick to respond to our queries, we would be happy to use them again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lack of parking at property could have been an issue but we had no problems parking in the small, nearby carpark.

Excellent from start to finish, the place was exactly as listed and really modern which was great!! My one critique would have been to have dog bowls as we actually forgot ours but not a major issue and honestly we had the best time all weekend!! Decor was lovely and really modern which I like as it felt super fresh and clean inside. Really clear instructions and everything around check in went smoothly, we were a little late checking out but again really lovely host said it’s fine and just waited 10 mins for us to leave. Excellent service and also lovely garden even though the weather wasn’t great having the private space for the dogs was really needed and welcomed. Love it all thank you so much
