The space
This immaculately presented bungalow is the perfect holiday home for couples or small families. It is all one one level so perfect for all ages, with off street parking directly outside.
Access the private entrance hall where you will find two lovely neutral bedrooms, comprising one double bedroom and one twin, both with ample storage.
From the hallway you enter the spacious open plan reception with a wood burner. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the mod cons (Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher), perfect for preparing a meal for the family. Or why not dine al fresco in the lovely enclosed courtyard garden, or the lawned area at the front of the property, soaking up the evening sun.
Pop your feet up in front of the television on an evening, in front of the cosy log burner and pop on a film or play some board games around the table.
To complete this property there is a modern shower room with a large shower and vanity area with ample storage.
There is off street parking in front of the property.
Pendine is a wonderful spot to base a getaway, with its small yet charming selection of amenities right on your doorstep, as well as the Museum of Speed and a 7 mile sandy beach with rockpools at low tide.

Ty’r Ardd is located on the outskirts of Pendine Sands in a peaceful area, around 15 minute walk downhill into the centre of Pendine village and its 7 mile sandy beach. There are some lovely eateries, cafes and pubs as well as some convenience stores and watersports centre.
Pendine is located on Carmarthen Bay, where there is a good choice of outdoor activities available in the area. Ranging from horse riding across the sandy beach or coasteering, to a variety of water sports, abseiling, orienteering, caving and gorge walking.
There are many beautiful sandy beaches in Carmarthenshire and bordering Pembrokeshire, with the popular resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby nearby. The Pembrokeshire Coastline has many fabulous walks, and Colby Woodland Gardens offers an enchanting woodland walk down to Amroth beach.
There is an abundance of interesting attractions and days out locally, including Castles, historic houses and the National Botanical Gardens of Wales to name a few.
For the younger generation we are a short drive away from the likes of Folly Farm, Oakwood, Manor House Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities and Dinosaur Park.

Beautiful & modern bungalow/cottage equipped with everything you need. Owners were lovely & very knowledgable of the area. Ideal location for visiting nearby towns, Tenby, Saundersfoot, & Pembroke. Highly recommend.
