It was absolutely beautiful. Clean and bright and everything you thought you’d need they had it. Beautiful bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen and lounge it was exceptional. The hot tub was fabulous and relaxing. The beds were so comfy and it’s so peaceful there too. We had a fantastic weekend and will be returning. Highly recommend 10⭐️

The house is spotless, and nicely decorated. It's easy to access and efficiently organised. We had some initial problems getting the heating to work due to low pressure in the boiler but this was quickly resolved. It was convenient to be able to bring our dog, and the location itself is excellent for easy access to Tenby, Saundersfoot and nearby beaches. 5pm does seem quite late for a check in time - perhaps this could be more flexible?

Very central location, just a few metres from both beaches and the harbour. Clean and tidy accommodation, nicely decorated. Tenby was lovely, with some quirky alleys and independent bars and shops.
Just be aware of parking logistics (top of the hill in a multi storey) and pedestrianised roads during the day. We had a great time!

Nice kitchenette, every thing you could want ,the only negative would be the shower room could have been a little larger ,otherwise comfortable stay .

Extremely responsive owner. We had a slight problem with the microwave door not opening but were very willing and able to manage without it for our short stay, yet the property owner went out of her way to respond quickly to try to rectify it even in the brief time we were there.

The house was warm and cosy on arrival. It literally has everything you need and a bit more to enjoy a fabulous stay!

We found the beds really comfy, enjoyed the living room and kitchen areas as this allowed us all to gather in one space (6 of us). Our group also really enjoyed the hot tub too! We loved all the little details that had been put into the home, it really was a great experience!

Would highly recommend a stay here. Beautiful views and lots of opportunities for star gazing in the evenings.

Wildhaven is a wonderful place to pause and reset. This was our second stay, and hopefully not our last! It really feels like it's in the heart of the Beacons National Park with nothing around by sheep, beautiful scenery, and wild horses. I can't recommend it enough.

We had a couple of hiccups with the house, but the hosts communicated well and they were resolved efficiently.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It is in a great location to explore this part of Wales. There is so much to see and do. The accomodation was clean and comfortable and had everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Great showers and comfy beds. Spacious space and we enjoyed the out door space. Lovely to see the horses in the field in the morning.

We also had a great meal in the hotel next door.

We had a really good stay at The Barn and Chaffhouse. The accommodation is well decorated and comfortable. Nice welcome park on arrival including tea and coffee. Dishwasher tablets were appreciated.

Constructive feedback that can be offered
1) provide more cleaning products. It’s turn easier to keep the place clean. E.g lichen spray, kitchen roll.
2) please provide some more bowls for breakfast and replace chipped crockery.

Small but very well done, only surprise was just a microwave for cooking, no hob. But fine for breakfast! Milk in fridge on arrival plus Welsh cakes which was nice.

Really excellent stay, even with average weather we got a lot of use out of the pool. The house is amazing and really spacious with great Wifi throughout. Would definitely return. Thanks for the great break.

Great location and apartment with parking - a short walk into town, with a lovely view and everything that you would need to hand (even a cheese slicer).

Highly recommend this property and booking company. The property is a great size for multigenerational holiday, 2 separate living rooms as well as a kitchen-breakfast room and separate dining room and 4 good size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has mobility adaptations including walk in shower room and stairlift should you need it. It’s in a great location for exploring Carmarthen town centre and amenities and numerous beaches in the county and across the boarder into Pembrokeshire. The property itself was in great condition clearly renovated and modernised sympathetically with everything you could need including a hot tub. The owner was on hand and friendly but not intrusive and keen to resolve any issues. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

Lovely bungalow with extensive garden just a shame it’s not gated to make it safer for dogs and children. Handy position close to the village of Laugharne. Would gladly stay again. Great to have Jac on the end of the phone if needed. A lovely personal touch.

Beautiful and peaceful getaway, nice walk down to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house in a stunning location with amazing views over the estuary. We stayed as a group of old school-friends and decided to spoil ourselves by having a bedroom each! The kitchen/dinner/living room is great as it keeps the group together when someone is preparing food. The conservatory was also lovely when someone needed time out. It's ideally located in the centre of Laugharne village, really close to the amenities. Most of the group were able to arrive by public transport, although there was plenty of space in the car park had more of us travelled by car. Loved all the Welsh art on the walls and touches like the Eisteddfod chair in one of the bedrooms. The portholes in the bedroom doors in the attic were quirky too. The only suggestion would be to sort the key lock as it was jammed! Diolch yn fawr for a memorable stay. We would definiely recommend to other large groups.

We highly recommend Sunny Bank to anyone who wants beautiful countryside views, a very well stocked and equipped kitchen, lots of living space and all the comforts of home. All within easy access of stunning beaches, beautiful gardens and picturesque towns.
The hosts really do care about their guests and it shows. We hope to be back some day.
We would happily give Sunny Bank SIX stars if we could, but the rating system won’t let us!

The Barn and Chaff House was very comfortable. We stayed with our son and young family so the spiral staircases were a bit tricky for the two year old but we were able to cope. The house was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The garden was great for the kids and the dog - totally enclosed. There is not a lot to do in the village but The beaches at Freshwater West and Broad Haven were absolutely stunning. The pub at stackpole was fantastic. We had a great time and it's a good base to explore from.

A wonderful, grand, lovely home. Sprawling yet cozy with wonderful details, creaking, undulating amazing wood floors, big window, period furniture…on and on. Really a treat. The pool is a nice option which we enjoyed often as we visited during quite a warm time. Enjoyed nightly dinners on the lovely top terrace. Property is exactly as it is described on the site.

Lovely location for an extremely soothing break. Well equipped cottage and Robert was kind enough to get kids little games to keep busy when you are retiring after having a day out whether to botanical garden trip or folley farm.
Near by nisa local, fish and chips were handy to pop for a quick snack.

A beautiful location - very rural and out of the hustle and bustle of city life. There are no shops / pubs or restaurants near the property so go prepared. The garden is a lovely place to relax and the cottage is a special experience- cosy and adequate. Parking is a problem though, the neighbours occupy the parking space which is meant for this property so we had to squeeze into the left over spot which left our car exposed and sticking out into the road, and I had to park so close to the hedgerow that I had to exit the vehicle from the passage door. This is a real downer for this property as otherwise it was a lovely stay.

I loved the property and loved the location, would definitely love to return there. I couldn’t fault anything, it was perfect

Just an astonishing house, I think the most beautiful place I've ever stayed - the photos, beautiful as they are, don't quite do it justice. The restoration work on this old Georgian house has to be seen to be believed. Our teenagers loved the pool, the outside area and barbecue are wonderful, the bedrooms are breathtaking and very comfortable. Laugharne is wonderful and very friendly, and there are beautiful walks on your doorstep. I wouldn't have changed a thing.

We had a thoroughly relaxing break and enjoyed Pendine. However, what made the break even more special was Ty'r Ardd. It was what we wanted and more. Accessible, exceptionally clean, comfortable, perfect size for a family of 4 & dog and the hosts were so kind and lovely.
We had an issue with the TV. The host came to the property to have a look, arranged an engineer and had it fixed within 12hrs!!!

Would 100% recommend and will 100% stay again.

We stayed here for a family holiday, there was plenty of space for us all and the property is kept very well. Laugharne is a great base for a holiday in the South-west of Wales with plenty to do in the surrounding area.

Had a super stay at the Barn and Chaffhouse in Castlemartin. It was ideally located for glorious beaches and scenery. Very well appointed and great hosts. Would recommend a stay here anytime.

This was a beautiful home provided by lovely owners. It was clean, bright and there were delightful personal touches like wee chocolates for the kids, fresh eggs and honey plus a high hair and beds for the wee ones, complete with cuddly toys (which wasn’t expected!) I’d definitely stay there again. The owners had a cute doggie that was pals with our dog too. We were all sad to leave. Highly recommend the peaceful country stay.

An absolutely fantastic, well thought out home that caters for all your needs. Every room has been so carefully crafted, providing all you could possibly need, exactly where you need it. The bedrooms with en-suite were spacious, including a huge master bedroom with a huge en-suite, very impressive. The kitchen was a joy to work in with so much utensils, cutlery, cups, plates, pots and pans galore. Outside was a large hot tub where you could relax and enjoy the splendid scenery, boats, water, a castle, quite incredible. Worth every penny and more.

I recently stayed at Frogmore in Laughne and had a fantastic experience. The rental was located in a beautiful area , including a great view of the nearby castle. The property itself was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also a very last minute booking and the contact at Great welsh escapes was incredibly helpful at accommodating us.

One thing I particularly appreciated was the attention to detail in the décor and furnishings. It was clear that the owners had put a lot of thought into creating a warm and inviting space that felt like a home away from home.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean and the weather was amazing during our stay; so we enjoyed the lovely views out to sea. It is worth pointing out that although a fifteen minute walk to the harbour this is all downhill and therefore quite a steep walk back uphill!.The living area is fronting the road which was quite busy and noisy at times with the windows open, although the bedroom to the rear was quite and very comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay and the flat was well situated for exploring the surrounding area.

The Hidden Valley is beautiful - newly decorated, super comfy sofas and beds, kitchen fully equipped (they have thought of everything!), and the snug is a real bonus. It was fantastic to walk out of the bedroom door in the morning and enjoy the spectacular view. I'm a keen stargazer, and the dark skies were an absolute wonder. Got some great photos of the Milky Way and it was a real treat using my telescope. Location-wise, there are so many gorgeous beaches nearby (Tenby, Saundersfoot, Wisemans Bridge, Manorbier and Barafundle were our favourites), lots to do for the kids and for adults, and plenty of places to stock up on amenities just a short drive away. Loved every minute, thank you for a fantastic week!

We spent a few days in Wales.
The accommodation is beautifully located, quiet, and checking in and out at the security gate is no problem!
The beach is 2 meters away, but it's easy to reach by car! We didn't mind that it's only accessible after 4:00 PM on weekdays. Then you practically have it to yourself!
We were the only guests, but four people are no problem.
The accommodation is just as pictured.
If we visit Wales again, we'll definitely stay in this accommodation.

What a lovely house. The living room was very spacious, light and airy thanks to the double aspect windows and huge front window with view over the local area.
There was so much space, it was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Very quiet and close enough to the town to walk.

We have just had a fantastic 4 night stay at Awel Taf and couldn't have asked for anything better. Perfect location to accommodate family for a wedding, excellent facilities and the owners were close at hand if we needed anything at all. Loved the welcome gifts which were an unexpected bonus 😀. Really enjoyed staying at tranquil house by the lake. Very cosy and well maintained, it was a great place to unwind for few days. didn't use the pool but having the sauna available during the winter was nice. Communication from Jess was great and spoke to the owner on site who was very friendly also. The Boathouse would be even better in the summer to be able to sit out and watch ducks swim around.

Absolutely superb. Charlotte didn’t miss a detail and I was just in awe of her thoughtfulness towards our whole family, with stashes of toys hidden throughout the barn. The woodland and farm are as beautiful as the barn with ingenious play ideas throughout; we needn’t have gone any further all week! But it is an ideal spot to venture out to Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. We were a family, but it would be a wonderful couple’s getaway too.

All in top 1% of places stayed. Ensuite feature ALL bedrooms was a huge feature. Very spacious. Top notch dinner and cookware along with appliances. Washer and dryer was put to good use never having to fret about drying. For small village top notch restaurants right across street.

Brofallen is an excellent property. Very clean and spacious. My Husband and I took our elderly and slightly mobility challenged parents here for a family birthday. They had no issues getting around the property. The thoughtful nightlights were a great touch.The property is as described, but the photos do not do it justice. The views are incredible and ever changing. The wild birds were a joy to sit and watch at the feeders. Great kitchen with pretty much everything you could possibly need. So peaceful and relaxing. Really comfortable beds, lovely dark skies. If you happen to meet the neighbours they are very knowledgeable of the local area and the history of the property.
I would highly recommend Brofallen for the peace and location. Great area for exploring.

Absolutely beautiful setting for us. Felt quite and out the way but still close enough to grab groceries. We had a car so we was happy to drive to the top beaches in wales each day from here was around 50 minutes really happy with our pick with this one Highly recommended

what didn’t I like would be easier to answer! the building is beautiful and very comfortable. the set up was perfect for my family especially with the mezzanine floor bedroom which gave my daughters the space they needed. it has everything we needed and more!

…the cold tap in the kitchen was a bit noisy, that’s all I can think of!

I stayed at the syr ar y bryn with my partner and 2 daughters for a short break for my partners birthday.
The property was very cosy and well equipped. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!
Everyone were very helpful and very friendly.

Beautiful house in a great location. Everything needed for a restful stay, stunning house.

The house is situated high on a hill overlooking beautiful farmland and the beach. It was so incredibly peaceful to sit on the veranda. The beds were very comfortable and the place was decorated beautifully. The cupboards were labelled and stocked with everything you could need for cooking a family meal.

The en-suite shower pressure wasn’t the strongest, but still nice and warm. We didn’t have fire wood for the wood burner, but didn’t need to use it because the weather was lovely! No complaints though! Would book again!

We had a wonderful stay at our cottage in Laugharne. It was fantastically equipped and every little detail was thought of and appreciated by us. Jac was extremely professional as well as discreet. He checked we were okay and we felt was more than happy to help if we had needed.

Fabulous cottage with tasteful modern interior design maintaining a rustic charm. Located in the heart of Laugharne a stone's throw from eateries, local shop and Dylan's famous watering holes The Three Mariners and Brown's Hotel. A short stroll to the waterfront, views axross the estuary and the Boat House.
We loved the log burning stove, huge sofa and TV and comfortable beds! Being able to bring our little dog was a bonus as was the allocated free parking.

There is nothing not to like in my view

What a fabulous property exceptionally clean and tidy, lovely kitchen diner with a fantastically equipped kitchen, lovely sized tv lounge and a separate small quiet room if needed. Bedrooms were amazing with super king and super comfortable beds and each bedroom had an on-suite. What a lovely comfortable place to stay. Easy access to the local store and pubs and Browns restaurant. The Dylan Thomas boat house was a ten minute walk. Easy drive on the coast road to other locations.

A beautiful flat, very clean and with everything you need. Anne, the host, was very kind and always available when needed. We loved our stay, with a car you can easily visit both Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. We definitely recommend it. Thank you Anne.

We had a wonderful stay here. Photos don’t to the cottage justice as cottage and rooms were bigger than photographs allude to. The location was fantastic and so was the communication too. There was a lovely welcome package and everything far exceeded our expectations. Parking was tricky on times however we always managed to find a space nearby. Would most definitely stay here again.

When you arrive at The Cors Country House you are met with the absolute "wow" factor. Just entering the porperty and driving down the long beautiful private driveway is in itself breathtaking. Then when you get inside and see the beautiful rooms and the stunning views from the bedrooms of the well kept gardens you cant help but feel like youre somewhere special. It was my mums 70th birthday getaway for our family and was everything we wanted and more. We all had such an amazing time, the bedrooms were just gorgeous and the children loved the attick room. Great family lounge area where we could all sit down and talk and play games. I cannot say enough good things!

Accommodation was excellent big rooms plenty of space didn't get under each others feet 8 of us went thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet plenty of space to chill and unwind

The steep driveway and narrow lanes we walked a lot so coming back driveway was a struggle for the elder ones in the group could probably have done with a handrail along driveway wall but nothing really negative great property all round

Our family really enjoyed the peaceful setting. the cottage is perfectly set up. we had everything we needed. The swimming was amazing and we had it all to ourselves. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is definitely the place for you.
