We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Very spacious and clean. Had great facilities and everything we needed. Location was nice and not far from main town. Walks along the beach to the castle were peaceful and we enjoyed the surrounding scenery and village. Very quiet and relaxing.

A spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped and comfortable apartment just a short walk away from the sea front. A very relaxing break where everything had been thought of.

The door key to the apartment doesn't fit easily into the lock as it is slightly bent. Checkout at 11am would be much more relaxing than 10am especially as guests are asked to strip the bed and collect up the towels before departure. The sloped low ceilings in the bathroom, dining area and bedroom resulted in a few bumped heads. Scaffolding outside spoiled the view

We enjoyed our short stay at Sunnybank. The accommodation is very homely & has everything you could need. Lovely hamper & card was left for our arrival 🥰 so thoughtful! Very friendly host & fabulous hot tub with views. We loved an evening soak - stargazing 🌟🤩

Very spacious for the number of guests. It was a great location for a multi generation family trip. we didn't have great weather but nobody was bored. The house was stunning, the pictures don't do it justice.

Wonderful house very spacious and a great design for multiple guests/ couples as you can all have a private room but then the kitchen dining and living rooms were huge for eating together etc.

We went for a family gathering over Christmas and arrived to find a lovely Christmas tree in the living room....a really nice touch!

Our 2nd visit. As we enjoyed it so much the last time. Great views, lovely little village, handy location for both long walks with the dog or shorter walks with the kids. Hot tub was maintained daily. And the whole house was presented really well. Recommended.

It was a beautiful house and with all the amenities anyone could ask for. It really felt as if we were staying in someone's home. Everything you could think of was in the ktichen. It made it very nice to be able to cook home meals there. The view is spectacular from the sun deck and the local town of Laugharne was super friendly. We loved it. highly recommend.

The property and grounds surpassed all expectations. Everything was spotless, the amenities are fantastic, including the hottub with outstanding views. The grounds are perfect for an explorative toddler with a lot of energy.

The house was in a perfect location to view the castle and estuary. It is beautifully furnished and was exceptionally clean. It's an upside down living arrangement with the lounge and kitchen upstairs to make the most of the view and bedrooms on the ground floor Everything was thought of and a welcome pack of shortbread, waffle biscuits and prosecco was so appreciated.

Nothing! The house had been shut up so there was a slight musty smell when we first arrived but as soon as we opened the windows it was fine and in no way detracted from the lovely surroundings.

A nice stay at the property, great location nice and close to the town as long as you don’t mind walking up a hill after a day out (we had a pram and found it hard in the heat but didn’t put us off walking!).
Considering it’s in a residential area it was really peaceful! Would be nice if things were included like shampoo/soap etc for the price you pay per night and some parts of the property are a little tired compared to the photos (mainly the upstairs bathroom and garden table/chairs etc).
We brought 2 dogs for the final night and there’s a great enclosed garden for them. We asked ahead of time about the BBQ but when we got there it looked a bit battered so we ended up buying our own to use, maybe a new one would be good!
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Sunrise Super View , Hot Tub

We had a fantastic staycation experience!

Firstly, the good view we experienced was stunning, especially we witnessed a sunrise you had never seen before. The fact that i am specially mentioning it as it left a strong impression on me .

Additionally, the facility good amenities, including a spacious and clean home and a hot tub. These types of features can make all the difference in creating a relaxing and enjoyable staycation experience.

Overall, it was very positive and happy time we spent with family.
Thanks again as this stay will remain in our and my 6 year old girl memories forever.

A beautiful location - very rural and out of the hustle and bustle of city life. There are no shops / pubs or restaurants near the property so go prepared. The garden is a lovely place to relax and the cottage is a special experience- cosy and adequate. Parking is a problem though, the neighbours occupy the parking space which is meant for this property so we had to squeeze into the left over spot which left our car exposed and sticking out into the road, and I had to park so close to the hedgerow that I had to exit the vehicle from the passage door. This is a real downer for this property as otherwise it was a lovely stay.

The house was beautifully furnished and well appointed. We had everything that we required and the town has a lovely range of restaurants and pubs for us to enjoy. High on the list of places to revisit.

Wonderful stay, one of the best we’ve had. The cottage is very cozy, has amazing views and has everything you need. We felt like home (I wish my home was like this place though). The stay was very relaxing. It was very easy to find—just click on “open the address in the maps/gogle maps” and it will take you right to the place (we used gogle maps, so the app just received the exact coordinates and led us to the exact spot.) The road at the end was totally fine—no issues at all. A typical countryside road and it’s fairly smooth. We would love to come back one day. The hosts were very responsive.

What a fabulous property exceptionally clean and tidy, lovely kitchen diner with a fantastically equipped kitchen, lovely sized tv lounge and a separate small quiet room if needed. Bedrooms were amazing with super king and super comfortable beds and each bedroom had an on-suite. What a lovely comfortable place to stay. Easy access to the local store and pubs and Browns restaurant. The Dylan Thomas boat house was a ten minute walk. Easy drive on the coast road to other locations.

We often visit Laugharne and wood happily return to Min Yr Afon. Perfect location being walking distance to the castle, the beach, shops, restaurant and bars. Good sized accommodation for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. Good sized bedrooms. thoughtfully looked after and well maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The dogs particularly enjoyed watching the ducks on the lake and the robot lawnmower!

An absolutely stunning farm house in a magical setting. Myself and my partner have stressful jobs, and live near Manchester, so to come here for absolute peace and tranquility was well needed, and couldn’t be faulted.

The farm house is kept to a high standard, with everything you needed within. Check in was easy, and we were contacted to ensure we knew who to turn to should we need any help.

The location is right on the Black Mountain, and weather conditions naturally can make the property a bit difficult to navigate to and from, however the road isn’t too bad, but we were glad for our 4x4!

The views and remoteness you get for this however are well worth it!

We will 100% be staying here again, and look forward to our next trip here. We already miss it terribly x

Ideal place to spend a week with the family. The Cors has very impressive gardens and a peaceful location with uniquely styled rooms. An excellent location for walks , pubs, castle & Dylan's Boathouse.

I would highly recommend this cottage for a relaxing stay in a beautiful area. Paula and Edward were such wonderful hosts and we felt very welcome and at home instantly. The cottage is spacious, cosy, clean and charming. The bed was comfortable and a peaceful night sleep was a guarantee. Views from all windows of the cottage were idyllic! We had a mix of weather during our holiday which allowed us some enjoyable and restful time in front of the log burning stove - bliss!
The location is brilliantly situated close to lots of good walking trails, a short drive to many charming towns and villages and the water.

A beautifully appointed, comfortable home to stay in. Stunning views and everything you need nearby. We stayed in November and enjoyed some snow. The dogs loved the beach at Pendine.

Hazel really does go above and beyond, we stayed for a romantic weekend and the house is so quiet and serene and peaceful. Hazel popped round on our arrival to show us everything and talk us through the local things to see and do, really super helpful. The hot tub is simple to use, the surroundings are beautiful, clear sky for sunset in the horizon as well as completely clear starry nights.

100% couldn’t recommend this place more, well defo becoming back!

Fantastic… just fantastic. Lovely quiet location with amazing views of countryside. The property is amazing, very spacious and the hot tub was the cherry on top. Lovely hosts who popped by to say hi and recommend a local beach. Can’t wait to visit again.

Excellent from start to finish, the place was exactly as listed and really modern which was great!! My one critique would have been to have dog bowls as we actually forgot ours but not a major issue and honestly we had the best time all weekend!! Decor was lovely and really modern which I like as it felt super fresh and clean inside. Really clear instructions and everything around check in went smoothly, we were a little late checking out but again really lovely host said it’s fine and just waited 10 mins for us to leave. Excellent service and also lovely garden even though the weather wasn’t great having the private space for the dogs was really needed and welcomed. Love it all thank you so much

We had a greta time here. The castle is viewable from the window and the location is great. Pendine Sands is a great little beach!

We have stayed in Laugharne on a number of occasions but not in this property. It is the best in Laugharne for us. Gwalia is beautiful inside and is fully equipped. Yes its on the main road with no parking but don’t let that put you off, you will find somewhere nearby. Pubs and restaurants on your doorstep and the castle opposite.

Our stay at Chapel View in Laugharne, Carmarthen was excellent. The cottage is ideal for two and decorated in modern style and comfort. It is well located in the centre of the upper town and is secure and quiet thanks to double glazing. We really enjoyed Laugharne and the surrounding area.

The property was stunning, beautiful views from every window. Beds were extremely comfortable. Location was great, with shops, restaurants/bars very close to the property. We drove out to Tenby which was only 30mins away, but the beach at pendine sands was only a 10min drive Laugharne castle was great and you can see it from the property, plenty of walking routes in the area. Lastly the hot tub was a great touch! 100% recommend.

Had a lovely stay, the team at Great Welsh Escapes were always there and proactive in reaching out. They also messaged to check we had found everything OK.

Cottage was beautiful and well-equipped. Lovely village location. Parking was not always possible right outside the cottage but within a couple of minutes walk (literature in the cottage shared suggested parking locations).

We didn’t use the garden but it could do with a bit of tidying up … will be lovely if/when that is done though.

Would very much recommend this cottage as a beautiful, relaxing base for the area. A home from home.

We had the best stay at Wildhaven. It is totally private with a great enclosed garden. The walks from the doorstep were stunning, you could spend a week there and not have to go out in the car! We loved seeing the sheep on the hills, as well as the birds of prey and hares. The cottage is incredibly comfortable and clean, we really didn’t want to leave! It’s a great place to stay whether you’re alone, a couple, a family or with your dog. Thank you for a very relaxing holiday!

Laugherne is well worth a visit, unspoiled, clean and tidy with stunning views of the castle and estuary. Go inside the castle grounds, they're a beautiful surprise. Our holiday home for 3 nights was lovely - peaceful and clean with everything you need and we managed to park right outside the front door which we needed. There's a small courtyard but it was in the shade, so we walked 2 mins across the road to sit looking at the castle with a glass of wine as the sun went down.

Fantastic location in a beautiful village with gorgeous walks and breathtaking views down in the estuary. A compact cottage but has everything you need and lots of character. Impeccably clean. Lovely and very responsive management.

The bungalow is in a beautiful location with stunning views of Laugharne. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable short break. The bungalow was immaculate inside and the addition of a hot tub was a real luxury.

Beautiful historic house in a peaceful location with amenities in easy reach. The swimming pool is small but great for cooling off and the evening sun on the terrace made it feel quite Mediterranean. Huge rooms and lots of space, we hardly used a couple of the rooms at all. The top floor is great for kids or a family with children as it’s quite open plan. Would highly recommend it for a large family group.

We have just arrived home after a fabulous stay at Round Park. The house was so much more spacious than expected and was a fabulous base for exploring the beautiful clean beaches and pretty towns and villages. There was a lovely welcome gift of wine , tea & stoopwaffles. Everything was catered for with cooking equipment including brand new airfryers. The beds were clean & comfortable.Would definitely recommend & use again in the future.

We had been before so everything ran like clockwork. Ou r only complaint was that the big ceiling lights were covered in dust and the fridge is very small and not easy to access but we never the less loved it as much as the first time. Almost perfect.

A really lovely property- I stayed with five friends for a long weekend and we loved the space, the kitchen was so well appointed and the bathrooms all lovely. Comfy beds, warm and cosy, and it was easy to find parking which was great with three cars. I’d easily recommend it to others- Laugharne isn’t the most bustling location (loved the Three Mariners pub!) but really easy to get out to Tenby and other beautiful areas around. I only wish we’d had slightly later check out!

Thanks for the gift of the Prosecco, tea and Bara Brith, much appreciated.The hot tub was excellent and super views over to the castle. Having extra towels for use in the hot tub was a bonus. The hill up to the property is a bit steep and may not suit everyone but we were fine with it. The property was very clean and tidy throughout, and the kitchen was fully stocked for self catering. I would certainly recommend this property to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Bank with two children, the bungalow is lovely. It feels like everything is brand-new and we are the first people to stay there, everything was so clean!

Beautiful cottage in a great location. The cottage was really comfortable and beautifully furnished. A real home from home! Laugharne is lovely. We loved Poons Street Food, the castle and the walls around Laugharne.

My wife and I spend a very peaceful week here for a much-needed getaway. We loved the gothic features of this converted school house; it was unique and extremely comfortable. There is a beautifully appointed kitchen and we found everything we needed as we self-catered for at least half the time. For the two of us, the conservatory space was perfect for meals, and the comfy sofas in the lounge area were a delight. We had great weather, mostly, but even on the odd chilly days, the heating and hot water worked splendidly. We also appreciated the well-stocked library and little touches like tea and fresh ground coffee. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would love to stay at this special place again!

I would highly recommend a stay at Gwalia house. My husband and I stayed here with our 2 sons and their partners during the Easter break. The house is beautiful throughout and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, which worked well for us as a family. Location is also great. The house is exactly like the pictures and I would not hesitate to book this place again. Definitely worth a 5 star review.

We had an absolutely amazing couple of days, the house was spotless and had everything we needed, the grounds are gorgeous and the views were breathtaking, it was so peaceful. We sat watching the sunset from the hot tub to the sound of cows lol it was amazing, we can’t wait to book again! It provides a good base for a relaxing stay . It is easy to explore other areas of Pembrokeshire from here.

Laugharne a lovely, quirky village, enjoyed strolling by the estuary in the evenings. Good location to explore the local area, great beach for families at Pendine and only 30 minutes from Tenby.

So much room for everyone, Ideal for large family holiday with dog.

Garden not enclosed, but it was so big the dog just stayed around the house so not a problem.

Pond in garden could be a problem for small children.

Such a lovely apartment! Perfectly situated for exploring the coast, but also cosy enough for hunkering down and getting cozy in bad weather! The apartment was easy to check into and the complex is really peaceful. Saundersfoot is a gorgeous friendly place definitely worth staying in.

Gorgeous property in a fantastic location. We stayed for a university friends reunion and had a wonderful time. Property itself was stunning, we felt right at home. Location was brilliant, within walking distance to many restaurants, pubs and lovely walks. The driveway up to the house is steep, so beware in icy conditions but other than that, it was perfect. Stayed in Great Welsh Escapes for two days and had a lovely time. The owner would message regularly asking if everything’s okay and the farm owner Richard on site was very helpful.

We had a pleasant long weekend here. The house is lovely, especially the kitchen and dining room. The beds were also super comfy which was nice. The only minor improvements would be that the sofa needed a good clean and there was a broken chair in the dining room. Other than that, our stay was lovely and we would definitely stay again. Location was great, only being a 10 minute walk down to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely cottage in Laugharne. The cottage is spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. We never tired of the view across to the castle. Laugharne is a peaceful village with a fascinating history. There is a selection of cafes and pubs and a convenience store close to the cottage. There are some lovely walks from the doorstep and lots to do a little further afield if you have a car to explore Tenby and beyond.

We spent two weeks in this lovely bungalow which is much bigger than the pictures suggest.

Everything guests could possibly need during their stay is there and is all spotlessly clean

We would highly recommend Dyffryn Taf to anyone wanting a comfortable base from which to explore all that this beautiful part of Wales has to offer.
