Our family really enjoyed the peaceful setting. the cottage is perfectly set up. we had everything we needed. The swimming was amazing and we had it all to ourselves. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is definitely the place for you.

The property is lovely in a convenient location, ten mins walk from the town with stunning views.

Hazel really does go above and beyond, we stayed for a romantic weekend and the house is so quiet and serene and peaceful. Hazel popped round on our arrival to show us everything and talk us through the local things to see and do, really super helpful. The hot tub is simple to use, the surroundings are beautiful, clear sky for sunset in the horizon as well as completely clear starry nights.

100% couldn’t recommend this place more, well defo becoming back!

The house was absolutely perfect for us (11 of us), loads of room for us all and the dog.
The uninterrupted views of the estuary, from the garden and bedrooms, were amazing. The house was 5*.

The cottage is beautifully decorated and the towels and linen were very high quality. The bedroom is a lovely size and the open plan kitchen/lounge is just perfect for a few days’ R&R. It had everything you could need for a relaxing stay and we were very impressed. The rainfall shower was a wonderful addition.
The cottage is on a main road which was a little noisy at times but only because we’re not used to traffic. There is only a double bed as well which, again, we’re not used to but everything else was just perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely cottage in Laugharne. The cottage is spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. We never tired of the view across to the castle. Laugharne is a peaceful village with a fascinating history. There is a selection of cafes and pubs and a convenience store close to the cottage. There are some lovely walks from the doorstep and lots to do a little further afield if you have a car to explore Tenby and beyond.

What an incredible, well maintained home with amazing views and only a short drive to beautiful landscapes and castles! We absolutely loved our stay. Great place to get away and amazing spot for kids (no stairs for little ones to get hurt on), with ample toys and a magical sunroom that overlooks insane views. The house is a bit further down the road than GPS said, so keep that in mind when arriving. Would love to come back one day!

Sunny Bank is an outstanding place to stay for a short or long break as it is remarkably well equipped with everything you require.

Immaculate throughout, extremely spacious making it easily accessible for disabled and wheelchair users .

Outside, the gardens are accessible, there are seating areas with extensive views across the countryside.

A hot tub to relax in the day or night ..just perfect.

On arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the
"Welcome Hamper" and Fresh goods milk ,juice eggs etc .

We really enjoyed our stay at The Cottage. it's a fabulous house in a great location with some of the best views you'll find anywhere. The house itself was perfect for the six of us and provided plenty of space both indoors and out. Laugharne is a lovely little town and is a great base from which to explore Camathenshire and Pembrokeshire.
We were so happy to find this property at such short notice and Michelle at Great Welsh Escapes was very helpful with all aspects during our stay.
Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a lovely week at this beautiful cottage! Plenty of space for kids and dog both inside and outside. It was just a short drive to Freshwater West beach for awesome sand, surfing and rock pools. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday.

Just an astonishing house, I think the most beautiful place I've ever stayed - the photos, beautiful as they are, don't quite do it justice. The restoration work on this old Georgian house has to be seen to be believed. Our teenagers loved the pool, the outside area and barbecue are wonderful, the bedrooms are breathtaking and very comfortable. Laugharne is wonderful and very friendly, and there are beautiful walks on your doorstep. I wouldn't have changed a thing.

It was very clean and had everything you could wish for. They really have thought of everything it was amazing. The hot tub was appreciated after a busy day exploring.

Hillside location with wonderful view of river Towy estuary. Property is immaculately and comfortably presented with every facility for four adults and two children.

Location wise, you would be hard pushed to find a property to top this one. Fabulous views & easy walking distance to all that you need - beach, cafe, shops, restaurants etc. Parking is in public car park but we didn't use the car the whole time we were there so not an issue.

Amazing property in a stunning location! The home had everything we could possibly need. The kids absolutely loved the games room and outdoor space, while we enjoyed watching the tractors go by. We already miss it and hope to return one day.
The beautiful local beaches are just a short drive away, and there are supermarkets nearby for convenience. The hosts were extremely helpful and informative, and the welcome basket was a lovely touch.

What a wonderful, peaceful experience we have had staying here at Old Oak Barn, the cottage is beautiful, picturesque walking grounds surround the barn. Look out for the little surprises! This was a really wonderful place to stay. It was the perfect balance of feeling cosy and homely while also feeling like you’re in a professionally run accommodation (no personal items around, fresh rolled towels on the bed, all the essential soap/shampoo/cleaning products/kitchen items/seasonings etc.). The decor is incredibly stylish and very good quality (let down only slightly by the sofas upstairs not being the most comfortable). The house was spotless and one small issue we had with a broken appliance was fixed the next day. As others have said you’re right in the middle of a beautiful town with lots to see and do for somewhere relatively small. Highly recommend and hope to return (especially when the added features in the basement have been completed).

We have just had a fantastic 4 night stay at Awel Taf and couldn't have asked for anything better. Perfect location to accommodate family for a wedding, excellent facilities and the owners were close at hand if we needed anything at all. Loved the welcome gifts which were an unexpected bonus 😀. We really enjoyed our stay in Tenby, the property was great and really roomy. We would definitely return. The only negative I would say is the camera in the back garden, it felt a little intrusive when you're trying to relax.

We always go away for a summer family week with our grown up kids and their partners and this house was big enough for them to all have their space and a kitchen and outdoor space for us to come together for big family meals .we had poor weather and there upstairs starting area was good for film night The enclosed garden was good for our two dogs.

It is just outside Pendine on a narrow twisting road so the location isn’t absolutely ideal, but it was very peaceful with lots of bird life to watch and lovely sunsets! Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Chapel View in Laugharne, Carmarthen was excellent. The cottage is ideal for two and decorated in modern style and comfort. It is well located in the centre of the upper town and is secure and quiet thanks to double glazing. We really enjoyed Laugharne and the surrounding area.

The place itself was amazing — located on top of a hill with breathtaking views. 🌅 You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes ⛱️, reach the shops downhill in around 7 minutes, and there’s even a cozy pub on the beach just a 15-minute walk away. Perfect balance of peace and convenience!

We had a much needed, relaxing week in Tenby in some really sunny April weather. The flat's location is very central and has a great view of the harbour. We had all of the amenities we needed and would consider returning to Tenby again!

We have had the most amazing time at Cliff Haven for my daughters Birthday. The view is breathtaking, the property has everything we needed. We are sad to leave & will definitely book again! 5*. Thank you! X

An amazing property in a very quiet, rural setting. The property is spacious, quaint and very much an older character style house with an amazing, large garden. We took a croquet set and had plenty of space for that. Our small dog had her own 'holiday' in the garden. The house is well equipped, plenty of hot water, beds are comfy, bedlinen is fresh and good quality. Plenty of towels and also soap in every bathroom/sink. The house is not immediately near shops but its not too far to the nearest Co-op or Tesco at Pembroke Dock. The host is very helpful and responsive.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location. Perfect for our birthday celebration and the three generations who attended. We had everything we needed and more.

We enjoyed our stay in Laugharne. The accommodation was clean and really well equipped - big plus for a blender, which you dont often get in Airbnb houses! The garden is very small and no garden furniture, but that was ok for us as we spent a lot of time by the sea and travelling around. There were games and toys for kids, which was great.
The castle and Laugharne seafront are lovely, but you do need a car to get around the surrounding areas as you may want to visit other places - Laugharne is small for a longer stay. There are no shops nearby, just newsagents so youll need to do shopping elsewhere. On another hand there's an amazing pizza restaurant nearby called Ty Glo. The pizzas and sundaes were really nice and the service and playlist were awesome! If visiting Laugharne, I'd recommend this accommodation for a family or even a group of friends.

We had a thoroughly relaxing break and enjoyed Pendine. However, what made the break even more special was Ty'r Ardd. It was what we wanted and more. Accessible, exceptionally clean, comfortable, perfect size for a family of 4 & dog and the hosts were so kind and lovely.
We had an issue with the TV. The host came to the property to have a look, arranged an engineer and had it fixed within 12hrs!!!

Would 100% recommend and will 100% stay again.

The Barn and Chaffhouse was perfect for our getaway Christmas break- so quiet and peaceful, the open-plan living area was beautiful and the facilities were outstanding. We loved the remote location and walking on the nearby beaches. The house was warm and cosy- a really relaxing break.

Everything about it. Fantastic place in a beautiful location. The Cors has everything you need. We were 6 adults and 3 children. Loads of room. Pool table, bar, cinema room. Can't fault this place. Truly stunning. Jac was great with communication and I'm sure would do anything for you. Loved every minute of the stay.

Amazing place with fabulous views. Host has thought of every scenario for those that stay there. Unable to fault the place. It’s a peaceful stunning area. Host friendly and responsive. Hot tub time was magical and great as the sunsets. The patch of fake grass proved a hit too.
Kitchen was spacious and plenty of cupboard space.
Stayed over Christmas and the small Xmas decoration was a nice touch.
Would certainly recommend if you’re after an escape from the hustle of normal life. Would love to go back again in the future. 5 star place all over

We recently stayed at Footprints in Saundersfoot. The apartment is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for as a base and a place to relax.

Saundersfoot is a lovely part of the Pembrokeshire coast and closer to Tenby and other local attractions than we thought.

The beach is beautiful, large and so peaceful out of season. It's very easy to get a coffee to accompany your walk and there were many locals to converse with.

There's a good chance we'll be back!

Excellent location (right on the harbour and near the town centre, but not noisy). Not a 'luxurious' accommodation, if that's what you're after, but perfect for a beach side holiday - practical, clean, cosy, well equipped. Lots to do, right on your doorstep, including an excellent Italian restaurant! We were very happy with our holiday there.

Place is very big, nice, cozzy and clean. Just check-in is late and check-out is early. Worth the money.

It was perfectly clean.. simple and equipped well enough to cook and prepare food.

Everything was as expected if not better. We enjoyed the views from the windows in all rooms and especially from the hot tub. The castle is lit up at night which adds a great background when relaxing in the bubbles. The open plan kitchen lounge and dining room layout of the house was ideal for us with kids. The house was lovely and clean and the welcome gifts were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Large, clean and private indoor heated pool plus sauna. Very tranquil location overseeing the lake. There are not other guests as there is only one property for holiday makers so it is very private feeling just like a second home. There are everything needed in the house.

Occasional flies in the house and farm smell outside 😄 but no smell in the house.

Family of 8 - 4 adults and 4 kids and all enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everybody and having a 2nd lounge is great for when the children want to make some noise.
House is well maintained and gardens great for kids to play.
House is well appointed and hosts (GWE) made contact after check in - we had to solve a beeping dishwasher with some salt but that was it in terms of issues.
New pans were dropped off during our stay following previous guest feedback.

Our family of four with a 3 year old and infant really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing with a beautiful setting, perfectly walkable to activities, shops, restaurants and the beach. The amenities were just as described and access was easy. We cannot wait to return!

So warm and cosy and a total home from home experience! We made use of the board games Charlotte left out and went for walks in the private woodlands. The younger children loved the swings, the fairy doorway and the mud kitchen! Charlotte had left a beautiful tree and other Christmas decorations. We loved the big open living space which was ideal for having family visiting. They also loved the barn! We very much hope to return next year.

Saundersfoot and surrounding areas are beautiful. This flat is the perfect base for making the most of it with its sea view and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will gladly return to this location.

Really enjoyed staying at tranquil house by the lake. Very cosy and well maintained, it was a great place to unwind for few days. didn't use the pool but having the sauna available during the winter was nice. Communication from Jess was great and spoke to the owner on site who was very friendly also. The Boathouse would be even better in the summer to be able to sit out and watch ducks swim around.

The house itself is very well equipped and there is nothing that you need to buy to make your stay comfortable. A welcome pack of chocolates, biscuits, wine, milk and butter were very much appreciated.

The grounds are perfect for explorative energetic children, our son particularly loved his morning visit to the cows.
