We had a lovely stay in Pendine, the apartment was clean and well kept plus the view over the beach was amazing. Only 15 mins walk to the local amenities and 20min drive to Saundersfoot and 25 mins to Tenby. Would definitely recommend!

This is a lovely cottage in the grounds of a castle. A real escape from the modern world. A perfect place to holiday with our 8-month old daughter. We had early morning walks in the castle grounds and cozy evenings in with the fires lit. Internet was only capable of handling messages, but that added to the experience in our opinion. A few cobwebs could be cleared up, but otherwise clean and the beds were very comfy.

The house was immaculate - so clean and well equipped. Hanna had thought of everything. It was also warm and cosy and we were lucky with the weather, enabling us to sit outside on a few afternoons. The peaceful setting and wonderful views added to our great stay. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the boathouse, it was clean and tidy. The pool was about a 1 minute walk from the cottage, it was lovely to have the pool to ourselves. The cottage is well away from the farm house, so it’s very private. Would definitely recommend.

We loved everything about the barn and chaffhouse and the children are wanting us to buy a barn of our own. The barn is perfect and the area is stunning. We've been staycationing in Croyde for years and moving forward we have decided to make this our new staycation venue. Very Impressed. Comfortably accommodated our family - Mum, Dad and 4 children, 6, 4, 2 and 5 months.

Perfect cottage in a very secluded location. Host was fantastic, recommended lots of places to go and was really helpful throughout our stay. The private pool was really great but it was the location that was really special so many great places to go. House is perfect for four plus a dog with everything you could possibly need. Was great having our own garden and having access to a big field too. Definitely need ten days next time, too much to see in seven!

The location is up a hill and it's dark at night so I recommend you bring a torch if you're walking at night or coming by public transport.

Stayed for a week with my family over the summer. The Hidden Valley is beautiful - newly decorated, super comfy sofas and beds, kitchen fully equipped (they have thought of everything!), and the snug is a real bonus. It was fantastic to walk out of the bedroom door in the morning and enjoy the spectacular view. I'm a keen stargazer, and the dark skies were an absolute wonder. Got some great photos of the Milky Way and it was a real treat using my telescope. Location-wise, there are so many gorgeous beaches nearby (Tenby, Saundersfoot, Wisemans Bridge, Manorbier and Barafundle were our favourites), lots to do for the kids and for adults, and plenty of places to stock up on amenities just a short drive away. Loved every minute, thank you for a fantastic week!

We were in Laugharne for five nights in May and enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location is great: right across from the castle, with a café next door and a convenience store just around the corner.
The view from the living room was my highlight - perfect for castle enthusiasts! Lots of walking trails around and the area is full of birds!
It was helpful having two showers, and the small garden was a nice spot to sit out during warm evenings. The internet connection was reliable, even when two of us had to work remotely. The hosts were quick to respond and gave clear instructions.
We'd stay here again if we are in the area.

The Cottage was stunning and in a fantastic location. Mostly everything you needed was there even bath towels. The rooms were lovely and well presented. The place was welcoming and clean and the view over the river/estury was amazing. Such a peaceful location ideal for families right next to the town, walks, pubs, restaurants, shop, castle and the Dylan Thomas boathouse. Parking is limited around so the 6 car driveway was useful. Communication was excelkent too. We would really recommend.

A wonderful cottage which was beautifully furnished with everything you should need for a relaxing break away . Beds were so comfortable and was great that both bedrooms had en-suites . The lounge with the huge tv was lovely to relax in during the evening . Really convenient parking just opposite the cottage . A fantastic little place that we would highly recommend .

Stayed at Beudy Howel for a week for work with another colleague. Absolutely loved it, the cottage is immaculate in every way with everything you need for a long or short break.

The most stunning views of the harbour from the bay window make this a holiday to remember. Do bring binoculars to watch the boats coming and going.
The apartment is very comfortable with excellent beds and both a shower and bath.
You are very close to the centre of Tenby so shopping, eating and sight seeing are all within easy reach.
Do be aware that if you arrive in the summer (7/7 to 12/9 this year) you will not be able to unload outside the apartment until after 5.30 pm due to local traffic restrictions.

We absolutely loved the views over Laugharne...spectacular!!! We would never tire of that!! Also, a short walk down the hill from the bungalow and you are in the middle of Laugharne! Perfect 👌 There are a number of pubs and cafes to pick from, all very good and very friendly!! Dylan Thomas' house all 3 to visit and the writing she'd! Laugharne Castle!!

The hill up to the property is a bit steep and may not suit everyone but we were fine with it. The property was very clean and tidy throughout, and the kitchen was fully stocked for self catering. We had a thoroughly relaxing break and enjoyed Pendine. However, what made the break even more special was Ty'r Ardd. It was what we wanted and more. Accessible, exceptionally clean, comfortable, perfect size for a family of 4 & dog and the hosts were so kind and lovely.
We had an issue with the TV. The host came to the property to have a look, arranged an engineer and had it fixed within 12hrs!!!

Would 100% recommend and will 100% stay again.

Situated by a working farm, it is very quiet and peaceful. Hardly noticed the farm workings. It is on MOD land, thus you feel very safe as access to the area is very controlled. From 16.00 you can go to the beach, when we were their it was ourselves and four others. The accommodation is very spacious and spotless, although the internet is patchy.
For a quiet unwind this place is absolutely ideal.
For a great meal head to the Jabajak vineyard.

Excellent location (right on the harbour and near the town centre, but not noisy). Not a 'luxurious' accommodation, if that's what you're after, but perfect for a beach side holiday - practical, clean, cosy, well equipped. Lots to do, right on your doorstep, including an excellent Italian restaurant! We were very happy with our holiday there.

Sunnybank is to be highly recommended, Hazel was an amazing host & left us a beautiful welcome basket of goodies, it was much appreciated. Location is great, just what we wanted, nice & peaceful & the hot tub was very welcome after a long day exploring. Bed was so comfortable & the accessible shower & handrails were much appreciated by my husband.

Beautiful cottage, walkable to several pubs with food and a convenience store. Very quiet area, nice walks. Quite steep stairs with no handrail worth being aware of if any mobility issues.

Can not say enough about how amazing this stay was! From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable and right at home. Hazel was very welcoming and made sure we were ok and had everything we needed. She also gave some great recommendations on where to go to eat and and explore!
We stayed near valentines and on arrival was a beautiful welcome basket and valentines balloons, along with a valentines teddy! Such a lovely surprise!
The cottage was immaculate and all the little homely touches really made it even more special.
I could go on all day. We have already booked to stay for longer in the summer and along with the children! We can’t wait!

Absolutely beautiful cottage with everything you could need. We were the first guests to stay there and we absolutely loved it. We loved the garden and the horses in the field behind. The bed in the back room is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. We are already looking to book our next two breaks. The welcome pack was a really nice touch as well. Chocolate wine and even treats for the dog it was so kind. Thank you for making our break perfect.

Our stay was excellent in every respect. Most impressive was the professionalism of the management company, Great Welsh Escapes. When we encountered the unfamiliar Euro Cylinder Dead Bolt lock with horizontal key insertion, they responded promptly and patiently, even in the evening, which gave us great peace of mind.
The apartment itself is spacious and well appointed. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the location could not be better—convenient to restaurants, shops, beaches, and beautiful walking paths.
Although there was some construction nearby, it was limited to reasonable hours and did not detract from the overall tranquility. In every way, this was a delightful stay, and we would be very pleased to return.

It is so close to the village of Laugharne about a 5 minute walk if that, lots to do in the local area. Hazel and Hugh are wonderful hosts and they go above and beyond to ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Hazel gave us lots of ideas for things to do and places to explore which was great! The bungalow is a real home from home. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need, including lots of extra little touches that really sets this place apart from the others! Pendine beach is beautiful (pic below) we also drove a bit further up to New Quay where we hopped on a boat trip and saw lots of dolphins! 🐬 If you have children, we definitely recommend Folly Farm. We had a wonderful week in Laugharne. The house was spacious and light but still cosy. The views from the lounge were amazing, the castle was so beautiful and the changing tides meant the view of the estuary was always changing, absolutely breathtaking! We were able to easily walk to a variety of excellent restaurants, cafes and pubs, as well as all local Dylan Thomas attractions which we loved. A visit to the speed museum in Pendine was really enjoyable and only just over 10 mins by car. We would love to return to Laugharne again, it's a fabulous place. And the house was a very welcoming home from home which we were sorry to leave at the end of our holiday.

We stayed at Sunny Bank over the school Easter holidays. Two adults and our children 6 and 3. Plenty of information was sent in advance making finding the accommodation easy. We arrived to find a beautiful hamper of Welsh products and a warm welcoming home. Sunny bank has all the amenities you could need plus the luxuries of gowns and towels for the hot tub. The home was immaculately clean and a perfect place to come back to after a day out exploring the Welsh countryside. Hazel and her family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from popping in to show us how to work the hot tub to messaging to help me find a doctor for my daughter. She really makes every effort to ensure you have a wonderful time. Sunnybank is so peaceful and quiet, and if you enjoy the hot tub in the evenings it's a great spot to stargaze in the clear unpolluted skies.

Excellent place to stay if you are looking for the whole family accommodation. Everything’s available. Except of course you just need to bring your own shampoo and body wash. The rest is provided. Grocery shops are walking distance anyway. The location is perfect if you drive around especially going to the beach and other site seeing’s. But the accommodation for me is perfect. Safe and quiet.

Absolutely top notch. Gwalia House was perfect, home from home with far more than you would expect with a holiday let. Laugharne was fab with lots to do in and around the area. Can't recommend this place enough, thank you for making g our holiday perfect

We loved our weekend away at Maes Y Mel and will definitely be coming back in years to come! Our hosts Buddug and Lloyd were absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home. It was like a home away from home with all the amenities we needed to relax. Such a beautiful and tranquil location away from all noise and distractions. Thank you for hosting us, we had a fantastic time away in Wales.

Excellent place to stay, beautiful and cosy. House was spacious and nicely decorated.

A great location - as with every small town, parking can be an issue - we were out of season so local car park was ok.
Beware of the coastal path to Saundersfoot if it has been raining for a few months (we stayed in March) as it is really no longer a path, more of a water and mud assault course :-)
Tenby is Tenby - a fishing/seaside town town that seems to be able to hold its own well - enough locally to keep most folk happy - and locals seemed genuinely friendly

We had a wonderful stay. This cozy flat is warm, clean and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and just love the big fridge/freezer, excellent for our long stay. The wifi works well. We had a minor issue in the bathroom and it quickly fixed. The town Laugharne is lovely and welcoming and I only wish we can stay for longer.

Great house in perfect location with fantastic view of the castle.
Perfect for plenty of nice walks with several pubs also close by.
Both bedrooms being en-suite was great.

A beautiful cozy home with incredible views and a short drive to the beach.
Lovely fire place, modern kitchen with all you need. Sun room and great outdoor area. Would come again!
