Had an absolutely wonderful time at Sunny Bank, an idyllic and private with every single thing you can imagine. We were provided with a full tea service and dinner set, basics for breakfast, bathrobes and towels for the stay as well as towels for the hot tub. I honestly think every possible amenity was thought about and provided. The cottage is on a family farm and you have complete privacy, esp in the hot tub which made the stay perfect for us.
The owners live down the road and when we told them the engine light had come on, on the car, and we needed to find a garage they came over and sorted the car, we needed oil but they also added screen wash and coolent and gave further advice. They went above and beyond.
You also don't have to worry about the hot tub, they come and treat it for you daily.

Saundersfoot and surrounding areas are beautiful. This flat is the perfect base for making the most of it with its sea view and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will gladly return to this location.

Lovely spacious bungalow, with the added benefit of an annexe. This enabled us as a large family to spend quality time together. The property was clean & tidy with all utilities needed, the garden was wonderful for the kids and safe. The village was a short walk away and had a handy convenient store. Lots of activities within a 40 minute drive and Pembroke Castle was amazing.
Pendine sands is a 10 minute drive away and is a stunning beach.
Would definitely recommend this holiday destination.

Location and the property was very nice and we liked the courtyard area the garden was very pretty.

The road outside the house was very busy, we come frome a quiet location and we did notice the traffic coming past.

Amazing home from home with all you need and more, just with better views. This cottage has so much space and everything you could need. Great central location with little bits of magic like Llansteffan beach 10mins away. Also try the Fox n Hounds for Sunday lunch platter - yummy.
Hosts are just the best so treat this place with respect.

Ideal place for those looking to get away from it all in a quiet, secluded spot but not too far from the local town/shops and a great base to drive to surrounding beauty spots and places of interest. Also great for dogs, with a large, private area for them to run around. We really enjoyed our time here and would return in future.

The host Hazel was so attentive, she came up to ensure we arrived safely. The attention to detail within the home was outstanding. We had a welcome hamper & a bottle of Prosecco with a greeting card. We have a baby & she had made sure there was everything we needed for him even down to baby bath sponges, baby soap & sudocrem!



The hot tub was amazing, all the beds were really comfortable, so much space within the bungalow and it was spotless when we arrived. We could not have asked for a better stay and we will 100% be back when we visit family in Wales again!

This house is even more beautiful than the pictures, we had a wonderful stay.
The bedrooms are all stunning and the beds very comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms for a big group, with one on every floor. The house is very spacious and even with 10 people we didn’t feel as if we were on top of each other, as there are plenty of areas to relax in.
There are several great pubs within walking distance (closest is a 2 minute walk) and the general surroundings are stunning, with a great view from the house. Short drive from lots of great walks and beaches as well.
We would love to stay again if we’re in the vicinity. Highly recommend.

A lovely home in a beautiful location, friendly and responsive owners.

The views of the harbour from the bay window are absolutely stunning and there is plenty going on in the sea to keep you entertained. We only wish we'd thought to bring binoculars! The apartment is very comfortable with great beds and both a shower and bath and the location is close to all amenities. There is a large lift. In the summer you can only drop off luggage after 5.30 pm due to traffic restrictions.

We chose this beautiful home for my 60th birthday celebration with all my family and it did not disappoint us. The property was spacious and so very well equipped throughout. There is plenty of car park space too. The 5 bedrooms with 3 of the 4 double bedded rooms having en-suite bathrooms with a family bathroom for the other double and twin attic bedroom. Unfortunately the 3 nights stay wasn’t long enough and wished stayed longer. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jac for the welcome pack of local produce together with my 60th balloon which was an added touch much appreciated. The bar and pool table were used each night. It was a great way to celebrate with my family thank you for everything

A beautiful and unique place to stay - check the photos on their website listing to see what I mean! Really comfortable and cosy - perfect for a family or couples wanting to take time out to explore the local area and chill in a relaxed setting. The Old School is equipped and furnished to a high standard; the beds and linen are amazingly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen has a great range cooker and great breakfast conservatory area - loved eating here in the mornings. Down the road in one direction is the town of Laugharne with it's interesting castle, great estuary views and range of restaurants and pubs serving a wide range of foods. In the other direction is the stunning town of Pendine with its sweeping beach and cliff top walks. Tenby is less than 40 mins away, making this property the perfect location.

We had a fantastic week in Laugharne at Gwalia House. The accommodation was fantastic, spotlessly clean and exactly as described and was perfectly located to enjoy all the Laugharne and the surrounding area has to offer. Laugharne itself is gorgeous and such a friendly place, we especially liked Poon over the road! The hosts (Great Welsh Escape) were very communicative and even responded to questions on bank holiday! We loved Gwalia House and definitely hope to be back.

We loved staying at this place! The upstairs living area was clean and tidy- loads of dishes and containers we could use. TV was a great size to cosy up on the couch and watch the sunset over the castle. We were there on the day the market was- which was nice. There is a great hour long coastal walk which is beautiful. Check out the days the Laugharne Castle is open- because for a couple days a week it’s closed and when you’re staying near by- you’ll definitely want to check out the castle you see each day.
Loved that both rooms had a private en-suite too and that there was an additional loo upstairs. Highly recommend this place to stay

Stayed for a few days at The Cors. An amazing Arts and Crafts house in Laugharne. A beautiful large garden, lost in time, an oasis of tranquility, yet just minutes from the village and Dylan Thomas' Boathouse. The bedrooms are individually designed, all with big flat screen TVs and modern bathrooms. I highly recommend staying in this extremely romantic, charming and comfortable house.

The bungalow is in a beautiful location with stunning views of Laugharne. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable short break. The bungalow was immaculate inside and the addition of a hot tub was a real luxury.
We met the owner who was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

We fell in love with the Farmhouse and the views. On rainy days we stayed in the cozy home and relaxed. On sunny days we hiked and explored castle ruins. An amazing Welsh property

A lovely, modern cottage right in the heart of Laugharne, Chapel View is a good size for two, with a patio garden that is a real sun trap in the morning. Luckily we had great weather so didn’t spend that much time indoors but for those not so fortunate the cottage is a very nice place to be. Easy to book through Great Welsh Escapes who provide plenty of support and who attended to a minor issue we had speedily and efficiently.

Stayed here for a weekend with my colleagues. Perfect location, beach and shops within walking distance. Had an amazing stay, had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend!

Had a fantastic family stay in the old school house. The facilities are high spec with a well equipped kitchen, in fact I’m now on the unit for a new bathroom following our visit.!
The only down side was that there are no draws or wardrobes in the bedrooms and therefore we were living out of suitcases for the week.

This house is magnificent - a feast for the eyes if you enjoy this period of architecture. The house is enormous and but warm and comfortable at the same time. Lovely cottage with all modern comforts incl.uding dishwasher and smart TV. Felt right at home as soon as we arrived.
The cottage is recently built but in keeping with the period cottages and houses of King Street, Laugharne. Beautiful peaceful area with good shops and pubs and restaurants. Even has its own castle. Plenty to see; TV series "Keeping Faith" was filmed there and writer/poet Dylan Thomas lived there.

Well what can I say! This accommodation went above and beyond our expectations completely, it is an absolutely stunning property equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday! It is also completely disabled friendly which is a lovely touch of inclusivity. We would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in the area. The owners are such kind people also ( The hamper your greeted with is a beautiful touch also ). Super comfy seating areas and beds, lots of cupboards and wardrobes for storing your holiday essentials and the kitchen is completely fully equipped with everything you could possibly need! Many, many thanks to Hazel and Hugh for a lovely stay in your beautiful cottage. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The cottage was completely immaculate, making us feel like we were the first guests ever to stay there. Walking through into the kitchen, we were greeted with delicious Welsh goodies in a thoughtful and much appreciated welcome-hamper, (including milk and juice in the fridge for the all-important post-travelling cuppa), and this pretty much set the tone for the perfect break-away!
From the super-comfy beds, which induced us all to lie-in of a morning, to the fabulous hot-tub with breathtaking views, which allowed us quality re-connecting time as a family with two teenagers, Sunnybank Cottage was perfect for a relaxing break as a family. We genuinely couldn't have asked for me - thank you for sharing your beautiful corner of the world with us.

The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The house was incredible, it had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The gardens were beautiful. We had 4 young children and a dog in our party and so had to keep a really close eye on them as the garden wasn’t fully enclosed and had a couple of ponds. This wasn’t a problem for us at all but other guests may be interested to know about this. Jac was a great host, he responded to messages very quickly and gave us lots of tips about the area etc. The location is great, the village is lovely and a short drive to beautiful beaches. We are looking forward to going back!

Wow what a place !! Totally remote ! Beautiful scenery , a secure garden for the dog (sheep next door) I walked the perimeter to make sure dog was secure which he was . You can only find the property by what3words. I was very impressed that Asda delivered the shopping which meant no supermarket visits, which are miles away. The cottage is warm and cosy ,it felt very homely , wonderful views from the living room , watching an ever changing weather across the hills all in front of a log fire. Would 100% visit again and recommend it if you like to get away from the rat race. The red kites were entertaining and regularly flew close to the cottage. The ponies are gorgeous. The sheep numerous !!!! There are lots of walks without using the car.

Sunnybanks is in a wonderful location with stunning views across the Welsh countryside. Great base to visit beaches, walks and tourist attractions.
It's very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, like home from home! Sunnybanks was spotlessly clean, the rooms are very well decorated light and airy.
We had wonderful evenings playing games on the lawn and enjoying our meals al fresco.
We would definitely recommend, we shall be returning for another great break.

This property is at the top of a hill with a gorgeous view of the countryside. There is an outdoor garden area with a lawn that was perfect for our grandson to run and explore. The unit is spacious with all you need to cook, wash clothes, and relax. This was our favorite place to stay during our holiday.

This did not bother us, but there are no shops or restaurants in the village. You need to make a short drive to nearby villages for supplies.

Our family really enjoyed the peaceful setting. the cottage is perfectly set up. we had everything we needed. The swimming was amazing and we had it all to ourselves. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is definitely the place for you.

A lovely house, with fantastic gardens. Perfect place to stay and relax for a week with three generations of our family getting together. Minutes walk into town, plenty to do in the area and it’s such a nice place to stay you’ll be happy just staying in, even when it’s raining. If anything, it’s even nicer than it looks in the photos - though we were also lucky with the sunshine.

Location allows trips to Pembrokshire / Brecon Beacons / Gower in around ~1h one-way - we found it very convenient.

Can’t fault it.

The house was in a perfect location to view the castle and estuary. It is beautifully furnished and was exceptionally clean. It's an upside down living arrangement with the lounge and kitchen upstairs to make the most of the view and bedrooms on the ground floor Everything was thought of and a welcome pack of shortbread, waffle biscuits and prosecco was so appreciated.

Nothing! The house had been shut up so there was a slight musty smell when we first arrived but as soon as we opened the windows it was fine and in no way detracted from the lovely surroundings.

Overall, great place to stay at. The pictures appeared as if the property was very spacious however the rooms were smaller than we expected.

We had a great family reunion with 8 people in a lovely house with fantastic views over Laugharne. A wonderful place to stay.

Gwalia House is a beautifully presented house that puts one in the lap of luxury while still retaining it original Georgian feel. All of the rooms are lovely with every bedroom being en suite. The big kitchen-diner is great for day-time hanging out. Laugharne itself has so much to offer by way of restaurants, walks and places of interest. And as always brilliant, seamless organisation by Great Welsh Escapes. We'll definitely booking again.

The steep driveway and narrow lanes we walked a lot so coming back driveway was a struggle for the elder ones in the group could probably have done with a handrail along driveway wall but nothing really negative great property all round

We had a lovely holiday in Saundersfoot, the house Ser Ar Y Bryn had all what we needed, a secure garden, ( for a dog) very comfortable beds hot shower and comfy furniture to relax of an evening, although the kitchen had everything you needed, we ate out most of the time, Saundersfoot was only a short walk( although quite a steep hill) we didn’t mind the hill . Communication with Ruth was excellent. We would definitely stay again. Thanks

Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Hosts very pleasant and welcoming. Beautiful flowers around the secluded patio. It is just outside Pendine on a narrow twisting road so the location isn’t absolutely ideal, but it was very peaceful with lots of bird life to watch and lovely sunsets! Would definitely recommend.

Location wise, you would be hard pushed to find a property to top this one. Fabulous views & easy walking distance to all that you need - beach, cafe, shops, restaurants etc. Parking is in public car park but we didn't use the car the whole time we were there so not an issue.

Hazel really does go above and beyond, we stayed for a romantic weekend and the house is so quiet and serene and peaceful. Hazel popped round on our arrival to show us everything and talk us through the local things to see and do, really super helpful. The hot tub is simple to use, the surroundings are beautiful, clear sky for sunset in the horizon as well as completely clear starry nights.

100% couldn’t recommend this place more, well defo becoming back!

A warm and friendly welcome set us on track for a lovely time at Oysterlow Cottage. We were very comfortable and enjoyed really stay. It was a working farm, but the owners were not too busy to chat and help us to enjoy our break. The cottage was well presented and equipped. Lovely and clean.

I absolutely loved staying at Beudy. The beautifully converted barn looks even better in real life than the pictures. The kitchen is so well equipped, hot tub super reliable and comfortable, outdoor space is stunning and so well thought out, decor throughout space is so well curated, parking easy, location fabulous and hosts friendly and also allow for plenty of privacy. I fully recommend staying here :)

We had a wonderful stay at Coedllys Cottage from 25th–27th August 2025. The cottage is delightfully, spotlessly clean, and set in a stunning countryside location with fantastic walking straight from the door. The swim spa and sauna were a real highlight and perfect for relaxing tired muscles after long walks. It’s also ideally located for easy access to beautiful scenic beaches and towns. The cottage is very well equipped and provided everything we needed for a peaceful, comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, making the whole stay effortless. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

We decided to treat ourselves to a beautiful home for a few days and the Old School was perfect. Easy to find, excellent communication from Jess, problem with bathroom light that was quickly rectified whilst we were out and about.

Laugharne is small but peaceful with all amenities you may need (if you need to do a large food shop however I’d do this before you arrive as the convenience store is very limited in terms of veg / selection etc).

A lovely cottage nestled around farm lands all around. we had a great time away from the usual hustle. Having exclusive access to the pool was a bonus for our stay. Certainly worth the money!

Great location. Apartment was lovely everything thing you needed under one roof it was like home from home.will go back soon.

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. Superb view and location. Very quiet but only minutes away from restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again.

We had a pleasant long weekend here. The house is lovely, especially the kitchen and dining room. The beds were also super comfy which was nice. The only minor improvements would be that the sofa needed a good clean and there was a broken chair in the dining room. Other than that, our stay was lovely and we would definitely stay again. Location was great, only being a 10 minute walk down to the beach.

Beudy Howel was a beautifully renovated property. It was light & airy and exceptionally well appointed. There was a thoughtful welcome package. Lots of easy to follow instructions and lists of restaurants & beaches. I would highly recommend staying here, it was lovely & quiet.

A fantastic short break. The photos of the property do not do it justice. Close to Tenby town and the beaches. A well equipped kitchen - home from home. Would certainly book to stay here again.

The house was beautifully furnished, spacious, clean and tidy. Views from the terrace and the windows across Laugharne to the castle, and of the tidal estuary were incredible.
Everything we needed was provided, and we definitely return to Lloret.

We felt at home. It was really cosy and the views were serene. The maps and the leaflets helped us to find the good spots to visit. My children and parents loved the space. We will be definitely back again.
