I booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 2 due to the job I was doing getting complete a day early.
The property was spotless, and we we're greeted at the gate by the host, which made things even simpler than how the photos show how to get into the house.
The house had everything you'd need for a lengthy stay. Shops and local amenities are about 5 mins away by car, 15 walking.
Can't comment on local pubs and restaurants as I never ventured out after being in the cold all day at work

Highly recommend this property and booking company. The property is a great size for multigenerational holiday, 2 separate living rooms as well as a kitchen-breakfast room and separate dining room and 4 good size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has mobility adaptations including walk in shower room and stairlift should you need it. It’s in a great location for exploring Carmarthen town centre and amenities and numerous beaches in the county and across the boarder into Pembrokeshire. The property itself was in great condition clearly renovated and modernised sympathetically with everything you could need including a hot tub. The owner was on hand and friendly but not intrusive and keen to resolve any issues. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

Brofallen is a gorgeous place to hang out with friends and family. The view from the sun room is worth spending a few hours looking at. The house is well stocked, well decorated and very comfortable to be in.

The house was warm and cosy on arrival. It literally has everything you need and a bit more to enjoy a fabulous stay!

We found the beds really comfy, enjoyed the living room and kitchen areas as this allowed us all to gather in one space (6 of us). Our group also really enjoyed the hot tub too! We loved all the little details that had been put into the home, it really was a great experience!

Would highly recommend a stay here. Beautiful views and lots of opportunities for star gazing in the evenings.

Stayed at this place a number of times while working in the area. I've worked away from home for nearly 10 years and this is by far one of the best I've stayed. From the warm welcome from Richard. To the attention to detail the place has. It isn't like a holiday let. More like a home for the week.

As a family of 6 with two you ger chikdren and two teenagers this has been the perfect holiday home for us. It's been spacious and comfortable for all. Its beautifully decorated and maintained and resourced to a very high standard. Communication throughout our stay has been amazing. We have loved morning coffee on the patio overlooking the views of the estuary and nights with the hot tub. Thank you so much for a lovely place home from home. Hazel could not of been anymore hospitable could she of tried. We had a stunning welcome pack and then Hazel went above and beyond with some eggs and after she spent a morning strawberry picking she even shared what she had gathered with us. The location is remote but perfect. Stunning bungalow with amazing and tranquil views from every window and the most well equipped air BnB I have ever stayed in. Honestly we did not want for anything. From a bbq, fans, torches, shower items, robes, towels - you name it. And the hot tub just topped it off!!
We struggled to get in touch with Welsh Escapes for check in info.
But please rest assured, Hazels place is well worth the money and Hazel is super friendly and super helpful. And the communication initially is with Welsh Escapes and not Hazel directly.

Bnb was lovely, travelled with a group of ten and fit us all comfortably. The kitchen was full of utensils, the bedrooms where very comfortable and clean with a tv in almost every rooms, the master bedroom en-suite is fabulous. Would definitely recommend for a big group of people for a peaceful getaway.

What a place the Great House is! We were two families with young kids and a dog and it was amazing, plenty of space for us all the kids loved exploring the different rooms at night with a torch!
The location was perfect with a short walk to Browns and the new pizza place, which is worth going to. We can’t wait to book again in the summer and make the most of the outdoor pool and walled garden! Thank you for an amazing stay.

We have just had a fantastic 4 night stay at Awel Taf and couldn't have asked for anything better. Perfect location to accommodate family for a wedding, excellent facilities and the owners were close at hand if we needed anything at all. Loved the welcome gifts which were an unexpected bonus 😀. Beautiful house and location! Hot tub and fire pit were lovely additions. Lots of things to do in the area and perfectly situated between the Brecon Beacons and pembrokshire. Only small thing I would say was that there was no tea bags, coffee was limited, no olive oil - Little things like this would make life much easier and don’t cost a lot! We were blown away with the views, absolutely lovely. The apartment was very warm and welcoming, clean and had everything we needed, and more. Great location for exploring the local area, Tenby and Saundersfoot not being too far to drive to. The Pendine Sands great for a day on the beach.

Unspoilt countryside, total privacy. Great to have a pool, jacuzzi bath and say to hello to the cows every morning whilst looking over the lake. We visited with our 8 month old and our 2 dogs. We all loved it. Even got a massage treatment at the property. Thank you!

Great place. Very clean. Felt at home. Only issue was that for a 3 bedroom home it only had 1 bathroom, albeit a very nice bathroom. Hosts were very responsive and answered questions quickly. I'd recommend this place again.

We stayed at Sunny Bank over the school Easter holidays. Two adults and our children 6 and 3. Plenty of information was sent in advance making finding the accommodation easy. We arrived to find a beautiful hamper of Welsh products and a warm welcoming home. Sunny bank has all the amenities you could need plus the luxuries of gowns and towels for the hot tub. The home was immaculately clean and a perfect place to come back to after a day out exploring the Welsh countryside. Hazel and her family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from popping in to show us how to work the hot tub to messaging to help me find a doctor for my daughter. She really makes every effort to ensure you have a wonderful time. Sunnybank is so peaceful and quiet, and if you enjoy the hot tub in the evenings it's a great spot to stargaze in the clear unpolluted skies.

Had a fabulous time…Such a lovely, well equipped house. Really tastefully designed and in a perfect spot in Laugharne. We will definitely be back and counting down the days in the meantime!

A perfect place to stay over Christmas with two toddlers and a dog.
The Boathouse was exactly as described and decorated for Christmas when we arrived.
The pool was bigger than expected but perfect to use each day for kids working on their swimming and water confidence.
The host, Richard, was always available, friendly and chatty with the kids when they showed an interest in the animals.

A beautiful and comfortable flat with everything you could need. The flat is near the centre of Saundersfoot and has a beautiful view of the bay. It is very peaceful with easy access to the coast path for walks. I would be happy to stay here again.

What a beautiful cottage, in gorgeous surroundings. The cottage itself is exactly like the photos - spotless clean and so comfortable & cosy. Everything you might need is available in the kitchen and throughtout the property. The cottage is in a remote area, on a farm, so is extremely peaceful and relaxed. Paula, the owner of the property lives close by and is a lady! She gave great recommendations of places to visit. Overall a lovely trip away from home.

The hosts really do care about their guests and it shows. We hope to be back some day.
We would happily give Sunny Bank SIX stars if we could, but the rating system won’t let us!

A beautiful house In a lovely quiet village. We always go away for a summer family week with our grown up kids and their partners and this house was big enough for them to all have their space and a kitchen and outdoor space for us to come together for big family meals .we had poor weather and there upstairs starting area was good for film night The enclosed garden was good for our two dogs.

We have visited the area for many years and this was a fabulous apartment from which to explore, easy walking distance to town centre and to access the coastal paths. Place was immaculate with plenty of additional little touches in terms of advice and amenities that enhanced the experience. Apartment is easy to find, light and very spacious with everything you need and more.

I recently stayed at Frogmore in Laughne and had a fantastic experience. The rental was located in a beautiful area , including a great view of the nearby castle. The property itself was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also a very last minute booking and the contact at Great welsh escapes was incredibly helpful at accommodating us.

One thing I particularly appreciated was the attention to detail in the décor and furnishings. It was clear that the owners had put a lot of thought into creating a warm and inviting space that felt like a home away from home.

Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway . The location, amenities, and attention to detail made it a truly memorable stay.

Very easy instructions to follow to access the property and welcomed by the host Richard who as very welcoming . It was the most tranquil property, with beautiful views . So quiet and cosy. We had everything we needed and it was so nice to switch off and fully relax . With a very busy life , we just needed to have space and time, we had amazing use of the pool and sauna and loved the jacuzzi bath ! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely cottage in Laugharne. The cottage is spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. We never tired of the view across to the castle. Laugharne is a peaceful village with a fascinating history. There is a selection of cafes and pubs and a convenience store close to the cottage. There are some lovely walks from the doorstep and lots to do a little further afield if you have a car to explore Tenby and beyond.

This was an excellent house to stay in. Everything was very comfortable and was exactly like the pictures. We used it as a base to visit plenty of castles and go for walks around Carmarthenshire. As others have mentioned, taller people may hit the light fixture at the corner of the bed. Otherwise though, we would highly recommend it.

A beautiful cottage in a great location. It has been beautifully renovated with lots of attention to detail and felt modern but homely. It had everything you needed and was comfy and cosy. Having a designated parking spot was really handy and appreciated. We will definitely go back to Rhif Un in the near future.

Brofallen is an excellent property. Very clean and spacious. My Husband and I took our elderly and slightly mobility challenged parents here for a family birthday. They had no issues getting around the property. The thoughtful nightlights were a great touch.The property is as described, but the photos do not do it justice. The views are incredible and ever changing. The wild birds were a joy to sit and watch at the feeders. Great kitchen with pretty much everything you could possibly need. So peaceful and relaxing. Really comfortable beds, lovely dark skies. If you happen to meet the neighbours they are very knowledgeable of the local area and the history of the property.
I would highly recommend Brofallen for the peace and location. Great area for exploring.

We had a wonderful stay in Laugharne. The house was superb - very nicely and artistically decorated, very clean, comfortable, spacious, full of character and history. Good communication. We had a great time exploring all sorts of interesting places and did lots of walking, enjoying the stunning coastline. The house is centrally located in the village and virtually opposite three very good places to eat. Thank you for a very memorable holiday!

We had the most wonderful week at The Barn and Chaffhouse. Such a beautiful property, and amazingly well equipped! Every little detail had been thought of - plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery and (very importantly) wine glasses! Large, thick, soft towels. Powerful showers. Full suite of modern appliances. Beautiful log burner with wood supplied (although the heating was so good we only lit it once for effect!). Excellent wifi, smart tv with Netflix. Great views over surrounding countryside and we were lucky to see some action on the firing range - we didn’t find this noisy or intrusive at all, just exciting! Garden is nicely enclosed and really well kept. All in all, cannot fault this place. Looking forward to a return visit.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you’ve found it. This gem of a property is miles away from anything and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We spent 3 nights there and felt completely at home. With beautiful country walks literally from your doorstep, breathtaking views are only a few steps away!
Upon arrival, the property had everything you need, with a lovely welcome basket of goodies too. The wood burners are great too and kept the place toasty warm.
We stayed as a couple with our dog but the property will comfortably sleep 2 couples and has enough space that you’re not on top of each other either.
The hosts communicated effectively throughout the process and are thoroughly professional.

Clean, comfortable, beautifully equipped, a fabulous building in all repeats

I absolutely loved staying at Beudy. The beautifully converted barn looks even better in real life than the pictures. The kitchen is so well equipped, hot tub super reliable and comfortable, outdoor space is stunning and so well thought out, decor throughout space is so well curated, parking easy, location fabulous and hosts friendly and also allow for plenty of privacy. I fully recommend staying here :)

Lovely cottage with amazing views. The welcome goodies were very thoughtful and appreciated. The cottage has everything you need and is the best stocked Airbnb we have stayed in. Dressing gowns and towels are provided. Hot tub is large and private. The cottage is very clean and cosy. Would definitely stay again!

Our second time at a Great Welsh Escape’s property. Had a lovely time in a beautiful recently refurbished barn.

Our dog also loved the enclosed garden that wrapped around the property.

There a is a beautiful beach 5min down the road, got in a few good walks even in February. Can imaging in summer it would be a daily trip.

We had the best week at The Cors. We had everything we needed to hand. The house was perfect, the space and gardens were ideal. The communication was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. We loved visiting the nearby beaches and little village. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely house in a beautiful location surrounded by great views and only the sheep and birds for neighbours. Great for a quiet getaway.
House is nicely decorated with modern touches and comfortable. The large window in the reception room is great especially when slightly too cold to sit outside as it was on our stay.
For those with dogs. The garden is enclosed to a point however a small dog could probably get through the main gate and one part of the fencing had buckled slightly. I think our bernedoodle would have had a go at jumping that part given half the chance.

Excellent place, very clean and close to Tenby harbour (10 min walk)

Everything about this property is great. Hosts are very warm and takes guest's comfort very seriously. We were welcomed with Easter treats and a delicious welsh cake. The instructions booklet provided by host had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Property had nice positive vibe that you start feeling like dear home instantly.

The house is spotless, and nicely decorated. It's easy to access and efficiently organised. We had some initial problems getting the heating to work due to low pressure in the boiler but this was quickly resolved. It was convenient to be able to bring our dog, and the location itself is excellent for easy access to Tenby, Saundersfoot and nearby beaches. 5pm does seem quite late for a check in time - perhaps this could be more flexible?

We enjoyed our stay in Laugharne. The accommodation was clean and really well equipped - big plus for a blender, which you dont often get in Airbnb houses! The garden is very small and no garden furniture, but that was ok for us as we spent a lot of time by the sea and travelling around. There were games and toys for kids, which was great.
The castle and Laugharne seafront are lovely, but you do need a car to get around the surrounding areas as you may want to visit other places - Laugharne is small for a longer stay. There are no shops nearby, just newsagents so youll need to do shopping elsewhere. On another hand there's an amazing pizza restaurant nearby called Ty Glo. The pizzas and sundaes were really nice and the service and playlist were awesome! If visiting Laugharne, I'd recommend this accommodation for a family or even a group of friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Coedllys Cottage from 25th–27th August 2025. The cottage is delightfully, spotlessly clean, and set in a stunning countryside location with fantastic walking straight from the door. The swim spa and sauna were a real highlight and perfect for relaxing tired muscles after long walks. It’s also ideally located for easy access to beautiful scenic beaches and towns. The cottage is very well equipped and provided everything we needed for a peaceful, comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, making the whole stay effortless. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

We absolutely loved the views over Laugharne...spectacular!!! We would never tire of that!! Also, a short walk down the hill from the bungalow and you are in the middle of Laugharne! Perfect 👌 There are a number of pubs and cafes to pick from, all very good and very friendly!! Dylan Thomas' house all 3 to visit and the writing she'd! Laugharne Castle!!

Sunrise Super View , Hot Tub

We had a fantastic staycation experience!

Firstly, the good view we experienced was stunning, especially we witnessed a sunrise you had never seen before. The fact that i am specially mentioning it as it left a strong impression on me .

Additionally, the facility good amenities, including a spacious and clean home and a hot tub. These types of features can make all the difference in creating a relaxing and enjoyable staycation experience.

Overall, it was very positive and happy time we spent with family.
Thanks again as this stay will remain in our and my 6 year old girl memories forever.

Lovely place, this was our third stay. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to switch off and unwind.

Stayed a Sunnybank beginning of October for ten days. Immediately when you walk in you can see that the cottage is so clean and fresh. Everything you need for a holiday is there, just like home from home. The hot tub (which is very private) is excellent and so it the games room. The owners were easily contactable if needed. We would highly recommend this cottage. Although we didn't require, the cottage is also ideal if there is a disability shower wise etc. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

The house was lovely (ever better than the pictures indicated). The beds were comfy and the log burner was a treat in winter. We really appreciated how well the kitchen was supplied for cooking - lots of cutlery, utensils, tableware, and cookware which made it easy to eat in.

Everything you would ever want on a holiday was included. Place was spotlessly clean!

AMAZING! The bungalow had everything we needed and more! Views were beautiful from every window, we could have sat for hours just looking! The bungalow was spotlessly clean. beds really comfortable, nice, much appreciated welcoming gifts and the hot tub was great to relaxing in the evening. we found all the neighbours really friendly and all had time to chat and tell us places to visit. would 100% recommend and would love to visit again. Was amazing place to stay. I have booked my parents in to the same place in a couple of weeks. Views were amazing, the apartment was clean, very well equipped and also the little touches of the shortbread & prosecco was so kind

We loved staying at Drefach! The beautiful massive garden with the hot tub was the highlight of our holiday. We also enjoyed the spacious house that was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Everything thing was great....amazing views over the castle and the river Taff.
Even on a wet February morning the views where worth the money.
The whole property was clean and very modern.
The village is very close with all amenities BUT please try Ty Glo....this eatery was one of the highlights.....a jewel that's hidden from sight.

We booked this house for my partners parents and they were amazed by the views and how gorgeous the house was! They want to book it every time they come and visit.

We had a lovely family weekend at The Cors. The house was wonderful and everyone was very happy with their rooms and the communal spaces. This made for a very enjoyable time. The grounds were beautiful and wandering around was very peaceful. We used Laugharne as a base for exploring old haunts in West Wales but also spent some time revisiting the local area. Had a great Sunday lunch at Dexters, just a brief walk away. All in all a superb weekend.

Alles werkt. Lekker als je gewoon een vaatwasser en droger tot je beschikking hebt. En er lag zelfs hout klaar voor de haard.
het enige dat ik miste, was een theedoek.

We recently stayed at Footprints in Saundersfoot. The apartment is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for as a base and a place to relax.

Saundersfoot is a lovely part of the Pembrokeshire coast and closer to Tenby and other local attractions than we thought.

The beach is beautiful, large and so peaceful out of season. It's very easy to get a coffee to accompany your walk and there were many locals to converse with.

There's a good chance we'll be back!

we loved every moment staying here, it was so beautiful and very relaxing. we are very satisfied with everything provided for us! loved the cows in the mornings was definitely better than the segals haha but we loved every minute and would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely be coming back! thank you so so much for an amazing time.

Stayed at the Lloret property for 4 days over Christmas. Exceeded our expectations. GWE communicated well throughout and were keen to do all they could to ensure that we had a good experience. All the facilities at the property were in excellent condition. Beds very comfortable. Lovely views. Couldn’t fault it. Highly recommended.

Lovely spacious bungalow, with the added benefit of an annexe. This enabled us as a large family to spend quality time together. The property was clean & tidy with all utilities needed, the garden was wonderful for the kids and safe. The village was a short walk away and had a handy convenient store. Lots of activities within a 40 minute drive and Pembroke Castle was amazing.
Pendine sands is a 10 minute drive away and is a stunning beach.
Would definitely recommend this holiday destination.

Stayed in the smaller cottage with my wife and two children under 10. The cottage was lovely and cosy, surrounded by lovely grounds. Close to beaches and attractions. Loved our stay.

Location wise, you would be hard pushed to find a property to top this one. Fabulous views & easy walking distance to all that you need - beach, cafe, shops, restaurants etc. Parking is in public car park but we didn't use the car the whole time we were there so not an issue.

Excellent from start to finish, the place was exactly as listed and really modern which was great!! My one critique would have been to have dog bowls as we actually forgot ours but not a major issue and honestly we had the best time all weekend!! Decor was lovely and really modern which I like as it felt super fresh and clean inside. Really clear instructions and everything around check in went smoothly, we were a little late checking out but again really lovely host said it’s fine and just waited 10 mins for us to leave. Excellent service and also lovely garden even though the weather wasn’t great having the private space for the dogs was really needed and welcomed. Love it all thank you so much
