Everything was really lovely & felt just like home from home.we really didn't want to leave.

We soon settled in & felt very relaxed the whole time. The beds were very comfy & all slept very well. The bathroom/ensuite were lovely & showers excellent. We never got bored of looking at the view. The location was perfect to walk into Tenby centre.

I would highly recommend Sea Gem to friends & family.

From booking the property for our holiday to checking out today everything has been superb. All messages and enquiries were responded to promptly and courteously. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and we were able to explore the length and breadth of south west Wales. The facilities at the property were five star. Couldn't fault anything. Bendigedig!

Absolutely superb. Charlotte didn’t miss a detail and I was just in awe of her thoughtfulness towards our whole family, with stashes of toys hidden throughout the barn. The woodland and farm are as beautiful as the barn with ingenious play ideas throughout; we needn’t have gone any further all week! But it is an ideal spot to venture out to Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. We were a family, but it would be a wonderful couple’s getaway too.

Beautiful house in a stunning location with amazing views over the estuary. We stayed as a group of old school-friends and decided to spoil ourselves by having a bedroom each! The kitchen/dinner/living room is great as it keeps the group together when someone is preparing food. The conservatory was also lovely when someone needed time out. It's ideally located in the centre of Laugharne village, really close to the amenities. Most of the group were able to arrive by public transport, although there was plenty of space in the car park had more of us travelled by car. Loved all the Welsh art on the walls and touches like the Eisteddfod chair in one of the bedrooms. The portholes in the bedroom doors in the attic were quirky too. The only suggestion would be to sort the key lock as it was jammed! Diolch yn fawr for a memorable stay. We would definiely recommend to other large groups.

Beautiful and very spacious cottage with astonishing view from sun room. Really great time spent with families together. I wish I could have booked for longer. Very good service from Great Welsh Escapes. They also posted a jacket left behind immediately. I will highly recommend this place.

Very nice accomodation , it is in the country, but shops and restaurants at 5 minutes distance by car. Populair Tenby is about a 30 minutes drive. Hosts are very friendly, the house is set up with everything you need. Absolutely fantastic!

This is a lovely cottage, remote and surrounded by amazing scenery, with fantastic walks straight from your doorstep, including the Beacons Way, which you can take to very romantic nearby castle ruins. Perfect for those who are looking for a peaceful retreat. We did several fantastic hikes and didn't use our car throughout the week (make sure you get your groceries delivered or come well-prepared). Our dog loved it, and we all had a wonderful time. The cottage is well-equipped and nicely decorated, with a great bathroom and wonderful views from the living room. Excellent sound system made for great movie nights, star gazing (if weather allows) is superb. Can highly recommend if you are looking for a few days away from it all.

Paula and Edward the owners were wonderful! The house was very clean with all the amenities you need. The setting is beautiful and very peaceful. Between the hosts and the home they made it a perfect vacation! We do hope to return!

Great accommodation for a family getaway. Clean, friendly and fabulous location as easy to get to the town centre and Tenby, Manorbier etc .
We felt really safe and enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Well what can I say about our stay at the bungalow apart from WOW! It’s is definitely modern and it is situated perfectly with beautiful views throughout the whole bungalow.

It has everything you need from comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, spacious kitchen plus of course the large hot tub, you can't help but enjoy yourselves.

It was clean, with plenty of bath towels and beach towels for the hot tub! There was coffee, tea, scones and Prosecco which was a lovely touch.

I would highly recommend.

We, a family of four and a dog had a wonderful time at Brofallen. It was very comfortable and well-equipped, everything that you could possibly need. It was in such a relaxing quiet spot with amazing views. You do need a car to appreciate the places all around, but there are lots of scenic places to visit that are good for kids and dogs. It was a lovely holiday had by all.

Loved our long weekend at the cottage. Laugharne was a delight. As described cottage. Did not disappoint in any way. So glad we booked there.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and feels like a home from home.

We absolutely loved our 6 day stay here. Felt right at home immediately. The lake is absolutely beautiful, and all the wildlife that visits is so wonderful. There's birds of all kinds. We saw Canada geese swoop in everyday and the Greylag geese had their little chicks swimming with them from the island. There's bats that come zipping right past your face if you stand outside at dusk. It's so peaceful and picturesque. There's so much to do, we didn't even get around to visiting Carmarthen! We would love to come back in the future

Amazing huge house. Had a great time with all the family, rooms large enough for us all to sit together and the house was large enough for us all to have space. Kids and I really enjoyed the pool.

Beautiful location with stunning views. Bungalow was really clean and had everything we needed and more. Great base to explore the coastline.

Hazel could not of been anymore hospitable could she of tried. We had a stunning welcome pack and then Hazel went above and beyond with some eggs and after she spent a morning strawberry picking she even shared what she had gathered with us. The location is remote but perfect. Stunning bungalow with amazing and tranquil views from every window and the most well equipped air BnB I have ever stayed in. Honestly we did not want for anything. From a bbq, fans, torches, shower items, robes, towels - you name it. And the hot tub just topped it off!!
We struggled to get in touch with Welsh Escapes for check in info.
But please rest assured, Hazels place is well worth the money and Hazel is super friendly and super helpful. And the communication initially is with Welsh Escapes and not Hazel directly.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location. Perfect for our birthday celebration and the three generations who attended. We had everything we needed and more.

This place was perfect for me and my friend.
It was perfectly clean.. simple and equipped well enough to cook and prepare food.
The beds were comfortable and 2 bathrooms . Table and chairs outside for eating when the sunshines.
The restaurant in the attached hotel is a must try.. great food and lovely friendly service.
Short drive to the beach.. but as far as i know.. no pubs/shops to walk to ..but beautiful places for walking..

A fabulous property, full of character. Spacious, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. In centre of Laugharne so great for exploring the town. Welcome gifts on arrival much appreciated. Great Welsh Escapes were helpful and quick to respond to our queries, we would be happy to use them again.

Lack of parking at property could have been an issue but we had no problems parking in the small, nearby carpark.

A wonderful and beautiful home, with a very cost and relaxing feel. It is great for wanting to get away from the buzz of people with a fantastic beach less than 5 mins away. Very well presented and a great place to stay. Enjoy, we did!!

I want to give 5* for this accomodation, we will return in the summer .

We had the best stay at Wildhaven. It is totally private with a great enclosed garden. The walks from the doorstep were stunning, you could spend a week there and not have to go out in the car! We loved seeing the sheep on the hills, as well as the birds of prey and hares. The cottage is incredibly comfortable and clean, we really didn’t want to leave! It’s a great place to stay whether you’re alone, a couple, a family or with your dog. Thank you for a very relaxing holiday!

we enjoyed a fantastic stay in Llanstefan. beautiful location, a couple of great pubs and a lovely little pizza parlour. the house was clean, spacious and well stocked, just what we needed. highly recommended!

Apartment clean enough and well equipped. Lovely balcony and views. Everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The guest book is great and has all the details you need. Hosts were friendly and responsive when recommending places for food.
Not much to do around the location but easy enough to get into Saundersfoot and Tenby.
Luckily no one was staying in the apartment above us but I didn’t see a mention of this when booking. Car park space right outside which is good and then an overflow car park for any extra cars.

Beautiful. Fabulous kitchen and outdoor space. Very comfy beds and excellent showers.
My only slight criticism is the lounge sitting area isn’t very comfy. Thankfully we were only 2 people but would have struggled with 4/6.

We have a lovely holiday despite the rainy weather! The place is very comfortable and was super clean. The welcome basket was very much appreciated and a lovely gesture. The surrounding areas are lovely, very calm and secure area.

Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Hosts very pleasant and welcoming. Beautiful flowers around the secluded patio. It is just outside Pendine on a narrow twisting road so the location isn’t absolutely ideal, but it was very peaceful with lots of bird life to watch and lovely sunsets! Would definitely recommend.

Our second time at a Great Welsh Escape’s property. Had a lovely time in a beautiful recently refurbished barn.

Our dog also loved the enclosed garden that wrapped around the property.

There a is a beautiful beach 5min down the road, got in a few good walks even in February. Can imaging in summer it would be a daily trip.

What a fantastic place to stay, the Barn is beautifully styled, clean and homely. The location is great for short car rides to the beach, woods and shops. Loved seeing all the animals wondering around, hosts were so welcoming and even gave a basket of home grown vegetables!

We stayed for 3 nights here as an extended family. Welcome pack on arrival - House had everything we needed as a large group (10). Games facilities were amazing - all in a self contained area and hot tub put to good use overlooking beautiful Welsh scenery.

Lovely spacious and well equipped house in a beautiful setting. It offered everything we needed to settle in and relax for a long weekend, with the ability to verge out for local walks to the beach and castle. Would recommend for large groups - great outdoor area as well as large drive for parking.

Very cosy and tidy house. Very quiet surroundings and a bit to drive for the more interesting to-dos (beaches, castles/houses/gardens) of the region.

We had a great stay, the hosts provided snacks and drinks which were ready and waiting when we arrived.

The property is beautiful, contained all essential amenities and the host provided a lovely welcome hamper that was very much appreciated.
A very good size garden that the children really enjoyed playing in when the weather allowed.
The property itself worked perfectly for myself and two children. Very clean and modern and a great size. Having the large utility room with toilet/shower was great addition.
The host was very good at communicating and provided great detail about the property and local attractions on arrival. I'd very much recommend.

This is a beautiful barn conversion, you can really see the owners have put a lots of thought and effort into the finishing details. The location is perfect, peaceful and quiet but only a 30 min walk into Carmarthen.

The host was friendly and welcoming and the hot tub was fantastic.

What a fantastic place and an amazing base to explore Pembrokeshire. We arrived in the most wonderful grounds of Upton Castle and were welcomed by our friendly hosts who gave us all the necessary information to make our stay easy. The grounds are picturesque and the house is quiet and peaceful. There is everything you need and nothing you don’t, so don’t expect ultra-fast broadband but do expect wonderful nights by the fire roasting marshmallows, playing games, and doing things ‘offline’. Within 15/20 mins you have amazing beaches like Barafundle and Coppet Hall, towns such as Tenby and Narberth, castles, shops, National Trust sites, and nature. A little further afield you have St Davids, Fishguard, Cardigan, and Scomer Island but all very accessible from this great location. Our whole family thought the 10 day break was amazing and we are itching to get back.

Great place to stay. We stayed with extended family and 2 children with everything we needed available. Would stay again.

I would highly recommend this cottage for a relaxing stay in a beautiful area. Paula and Edward were such wonderful hosts and we felt very welcome and at home instantly. The cottage is spacious, cosy, clean and charming. The bed was comfortable and a peaceful night sleep was a guarantee. Views from all windows of the cottage were idyllic! We had a mix of weather during our holiday which allowed us some enjoyable and restful time in front of the log burning stove - bliss!
The location is brilliantly situated close to lots of good walking trails, a short drive to many charming towns and villages and the water.

I work in the private yacht industry so I am used to high standards, the old school house exceeded my expectations it was immaculately clean every detail was first class,the welcome hamper was such a lovely touch.
The area is so perfect for a family holiday the beaches,castles and countryside so much choice.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Bank with two children, the bungalow is lovely. It feels like everything is brand-new and we are the first people to stay there, everything was so clean!
We loved:
- The hot tub!
- The fluffy white towels
- The cleanliness
- The location
- The unexpected welcome hamper!
- The views
- The board games for the kids
There is loads to do in the area, we were here for a week and went to:
- Folly Farm
- Local beaches which are all fabulous, especially Llansteffan with the fish & chips
- The National Bird of Prey Centre
- Pembrey Country Park
- Gwili Steam Railway
- Tenby
I highly recommend staying here it is a wonderful place, really well located, and the hosts Hazel and High are so nice and have such a great attention to detail.

The accommodation was as described in the listing. Spacious and comfortable with every amenity. In an excellent location for a peaceful stay and easy access to all the surrounding areas and the holiday destinations farther afield.

Had a fantastic stay at The Cors for a second year here. Its an fab place to stay & we had a good chill out. Will hopefully go in 2023.

A beautiful house In a lovely quiet village. We always go away for a summer family week with our grown up kids and their partners and this house was big enough for them to all have their space and a kitchen and outdoor space for us to come together for big family meals .we had poor weather and there upstairs starting area was good for film night The enclosed garden was good for our two dogs.

I booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 2 due to the job I was doing getting complete a day early.
The property was spotless, and we we're greeted at the gate by the host, which made things even simpler than how the photos show how to get into the house.
The house had everything you'd need for a lengthy stay. Shops and local amenities are about 5 mins away by car, 15 walking.
Can't comment on local pubs and restaurants as I never ventured out after being in the cold all day at work

Absolutely beautiful setting for us. Felt quite and out the way but still close enough to grab groceries. We had a car so we was happy to drive to the top beaches in wales each day from here was around 50 minutes really happy with our pick with this one Highly recommended

All you could need. Home from home. Clean and tidy. really friendly hosts. Couldn't ask for more

In house was everything what we need. Was very cosy, clean and we felt like in own house from first hour

This house deserves its name ‘Great House’.
Every room is spacious … and there are a lot of them over 4 floors! Special mention for the magnificent bathrooms!
Rooms full of furniture, splendid paintings and impressive pottery on display.
As for the basics: the house was spotlessly clean, gas central heating is very effective (plus a log fire), the huge beds are very comfortable and the kitchen comes well equipped.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean and the weather was amazing during our stay; so we enjoyed the lovely views out to sea. It is worth pointing out that although a fifteen minute walk to the harbour this is all downhill and therefore quite a steep walk back uphill!.The living area is fronting the road which was quite busy and noisy at times with the windows open, although the bedroom to the rear was quite and very comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay and the flat was well situated for exploring the surrounding area.

We stayed at Sunny Bank over the school Easter holidays. Two adults and our children 6 and 3. Plenty of information was sent in advance making finding the accommodation easy. We arrived to find a beautiful hamper of Welsh products and a warm welcoming home. Sunny bank has all the amenities you could need plus the luxuries of gowns and towels for the hot tub. The home was immaculately clean and a perfect place to come back to after a day out exploring the Welsh countryside. Hazel and her family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from popping in to show us how to work the hot tub to messaging to help me find a doctor for my daughter. She really makes every effort to ensure you have a wonderful time. Sunnybank is so peaceful and quiet, and if you enjoy the hot tub in the evenings it's a great spot to stargaze in the clear unpolluted skies.

The amazing views, of the Harbour and North beach, from the bay windows is what makes this property so special. Great location, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen!

Ideal place to spend a week with the family. The Cors has very impressive gardens and a peaceful location with uniquely styled rooms. An excellent location for walks , pubs, castle & Dylan's Boathouse.

An absolute gem of a place. Spotlessly clean, immaculately presented and everything we needed for our 6 night stay. The location was perfect for touring South West Wales. The hosts were fabulous, offering us tips for places to visit and leaving us beautiful Welsh Cakes to welcome us. A fabulous restaurant 5 minutes walk away, offering delicious food. We couldn't have wished for anything more. Beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you 😊

Fabulous cottage with tasteful modern interior design maintaining a rustic charm. Located in the heart of Laugharne a stone's throw from eateries, local shop and Dylan's famous watering holes The Three Mariners and Brown's Hotel. A short stroll to the waterfront, views axross the estuary and the Boat House.
We loved the log burning stove, huge sofa and TV and comfortable beds! Being able to bring our little dog was a bonus as was the allocated free parking.

It was well equipped with all the necessities, and when we did have a request it was dealt with promptly. It was single level and had a great laundry room.

the only criticism is there was inadequate storage for the suitcases in the bedroom.

Comfortable, cosy cottage in beautiful Laugharne. Cottage well equipped, warm and a lovely place to relax after busy days out. Great location in the centre of the town. Short walk to the Castle and shop/pubs/cafes. We ate twice in the Portreeves Restaurant which did great food and wine. Browns Hotel also good. Enjoyed the Dylan Thomas Boathouse and writing Shed and his Birthday Walk. Highly recommend a stay at Chapel View.

Fantastic place within walking distance of the centre of Saundersfoot (near the top of a hill). Fabulous views. Beautiful, property, very well maintained and every possible piece of equipment provided. Really home away from home.
Extremely responsive owner. We had a slight problem with the microwave door not opening but were very willing and able to manage without it for our short stay, yet the property owner went out of her way to respond quickly to try to rectify it even in the brief time we were there.

Stayed in Great Welsh Escapes for two days and had a lovely time. The owner would message regularly asking if everything’s okay and the farm owner Richard on site was very helpful.

Had a lovely stay, the team at Great Welsh Escapes were always there and proactive in reaching out. They also messaged to check we had found everything OK.

Cottage was beautiful and well-equipped. Lovely village location. Parking was not always possible right outside the cottage but within a couple of minutes walk (literature in the cottage shared suggested parking locations).

We didn’t use the garden but it could do with a bit of tidying up … will be lovely if/when that is done though.

Would very much recommend this cottage as a beautiful, relaxing base for the area. A home from home.

Once again we had a wonderful stay at the Great House in Laugharne.
The house is spectacular and so historic. It is situated very conveniently in a great location, near to pubs and restaurants in a beautiful village.

Can prepare our own food like at home. All the facilities were provided. Really enjoyed the hot tub. friendly owners.

Everything is perfect.

We stayed for one week and had a great time. Everything was as expected. All amenities were clean and fully functional. The places we wanted to explore were all within reach of an hour drive by car. A supermarket, pubs and takeout food is just a 10-15 min walk away. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to eat at any of the places as we either cooked ourself in the fully equipped kitchen or had dinner when we were out and about. There’s just one thing we would’ve wished for: blackout curtains in the bedroom.

AMAZING! The bungalow had everything we needed and more! Views were beautiful from every window, we could have sat for hours just looking! The bungalow was spotlessly clean. beds really comfortable, nice, much appreciated welcoming gifts and the hot tub was great to relaxing in the evening. we found all the neighbours really friendly and all had time to chat and tell us places to visit. would 100% recommend and would love to visit again. We liked that the owners had clearly thought of everything. There was so much to hand, equipment wise and lots of home comforts. We took our own tea and coffee for instance but there was a great selection already there also plenty of condimentswhich we didn't expect. Footsteps is a very clean and modern apartment but still felt cosy. The bed was very comfortable and noticed when stripping the bed a think mattress topper was in place. Bliss! There is a lovely view of the sea from the living/ kitchen area. The location is perfect too, just a short downhill walk into Saundersfoot and about a forty minute walk into Tenby. We sat and watched TV one night and it felt like being at home.

We wished we could have stayed longer!

The house was amazing we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My daughter loved the Jacuzzi, myself and my wife love cooking so the kitchen was without doubt perfect and as a family entertainment wise the TV was perfect to relax chill and enjoy a few Xmas movies. I would definitely be back again !

Round Park est un beau gîte, bien placé avec une belle opportunité de visiter un pays charmant. Nous ne connaissions pas et avons été charmés par les paysages, les plages (fraîches), les châteaux et ballades à faire avec plein d activités possibles. Un bel endroit pour des vacances loin de la canicule de notre sud ouest français.

The whole place was fantastic, Hazel has thought of everything. From the welcome pack to the personal greeting nothing was too much trouble.
The grandchildren had a great weekend and the hot tub and games room were the cherry on top.

Awesome Taf is a great location to be when visiting carmerthen , it is actually withing 25 mins drive to Oakwood theme park, 24mins to Dinosaur park, Heathertons etc and 3.5 miles to Pembroke Castle and very close to McDonald's. The host was very nice, the house was 100percent very clean. Very comfortable felt like home.

The Cottage, Laugharne offers a huge, warm Welsh cwtsh. Set on the stunning estuary, the house with its magnificent rooms and facilities is an absolute gem, for groups and families. Highly recommended!

Graham and Mona the hosts were really welcoming and super helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after without being intrusive. This was much appreciated. Thank you.

Wildhaven was the best cottage we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many. The views were absolutely stunning and the cottage was large and beautifully furnished. The beds were really comfortable and each bathroom luxurious. The garden was large, fenced, but sadly not secure enough for a determined Cocker Spaniel. It's isolation meant the only sounds were the mountain sheep and the early morning wake up call from the local crows. Our host, Jess was regularly in contact which was so helpful. Our week at Wildhaven has had such a positive impact on us that we will be back next year.

This is truly a magical place to stay. You feel like you are the only ones in the woods. The position is perfect. Surrounded by trees, the estuary, fields. The house is very characterful and quirky. Beds super comfy and upstairs very well decorated and clean. Downstairs is a little tired maybe but that can be my only negative. Hosts very very helpful. Loved my two weeks stay .

Every single small detail had been considered. So peaceful with stunning views. Glorious sunrise and sunsets. Very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

A few USB sockets would be good.

We decided to treat ourselves to a beautiful home for a few days and the Old School was perfect. Easy to find, excellent communication from Jess, problem with bathroom light that was quickly rectified whilst we were out and about.

Laugharne is small but peaceful with all amenities you may need (if you need to do a large food shop however I’d do this before you arrive as the convenience store is very limited in terms of veg / selection etc).

superb spot from which to explore West Wales. apartment was clean and modern. would thoroughly recommend

Location and the property was very nice and we liked the courtyard area the garden was very pretty.

The road outside the house was very busy, we come frome a quiet location and we did notice the traffic coming past.

The cottage was very central and close to restaurants and bars. Lovely place.

Attended for 2 nights as a valentines gift for my girlfriend. Absolutely beautiful location, owners were so friendly and the house was absolutely immaculate not a spec of dust. Everything we needed and more lots of amenities house is in a great location hottub was so clean the house smelt amazing. Can't praise this place enough. Extremely reasonable price we will be coming back for sure!

Our little dog really liked running around the garden too.

Beautiful stay for our Welsh weekend away. The BnB itself was exactly as photographed, spotless with stunning modern interior and a handy, compact, ‘everything-you-need’ kitchen area. We decided to cook both evenings, and made use of some lovely freshly harvested vegetables left for us in a whicker basket on the side - a really nice touch. 🥦🌽🍅
The Hottub was perfect in every way, theraputic, relaxing and perfect under the stars at night. Similarly, the bathroom was just as great with a strong over head shower, and 2nd handheld option. We also enjoyed finding some amusement from watching the young goats and chickens in their run nearby the back of the BnB. 🐐🐓
A really perfect stay and one we will definitely keep in mind for our future trips to Wales. Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Llais y Mor in Llansteffan is a gorgeous house with lovely gardens. Would highly recommend this property. Everthing was just perfect.

Really amazing property perfect location for small family if you want to get away for peace and quiet and relax.

I want to give 5* for this accomodation, we will return in the summer .
