Wonderful property in a stunning setting. Everything. You needed and more. Host was extremely friendly and we had a lovely wecome pack and card.

That we had only booked for 4 nights.

Fabulous cottage, the owners had thought of everything. Very comfortable, immaculate, perfect location for exploring and would recommend it to anyone. We had a great time and would certainly go back again.

lovely cottage with spectacular views from the living space. Very warm and cosy. spotlessly clean and very well equipped. the bathroom door to the ensuite needs some attention as its very difficult to operate. someone else mentioned a smell of damp downstairs and we did notice this too although a quick blast of opening the downstairs patio doors helped a lot. we would absolutely stay again.

This is a beautiful barn conversion, you can really see the owners have put a lots of thought and effort into the finishing details. The location is perfect, peaceful and quiet but only a 30 min walk into Carmarthen.

The host was friendly and welcoming and the hot tub was fantastic.

Everything about it. Fantastic place in a beautiful location. The Cors has everything you need. We were 6 adults and 3 children. Loads of room. Pool table, bar, cinema room. Can't fault this place. Truly stunning. Jac was great with communication and I'm sure would do anything for you. Loved every minute of the stay.

Sunny Bank is an outstanding place to stay for a short or long break as it is remarkably well equipped with everything you require.

Immaculate throughout, extremely spacious making it easily accessible for disabled and wheelchair users .

Outside, the gardens are accessible, there are seating areas with extensive views across the countryside.

A hot tub to relax in the day or night ..just perfect.

On arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the
"Welcome Hamper" and Fresh goods milk ,juice eggs etc .
This was a delightful thought and very much appreciated. Thank you Huw and Hazel for all your help.

Beautiful cottage, walkable to several pubs with food and a convenience store. Very quiet area, nice walks. Quite steep stairs with no handrail worth being aware of if any mobility issues.

We thoroughly enjoyed. All the little extras made it that much more special, we will be coming back. Truly a home from home.

Absolutely beautiful holiday stay we went away for our anniversary and we loved it , 💕 amazing welcome, really comfortable modern and spotless. We loved the hot tub too , We’ve already booked again . Wonderful hosts and amazing views of the estuary and town, met loads of people laughnies ( from Laugharne ) everyone was really friendly.
We had a fab time , it’s really near to the square where there are pubs , restaurants and lovely walks. Great place to relax and chill 🧘‍♀️ plenty to do and see and we did it in style. 🙏🩷🐶

Cannot rate this property highly enough. Great Welsh Escapes were very communicative and the host left a beautiful hamper as well as chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco! What an unexpected treat and given the condition and quality of the accommodation not even necessary. The property was filled to the brim with thoughtful household necessities. You LITERALLY need clothes food and personal toiletries to stay at Sunnybank. Fantastic place! Will definitely recommend. Thank you 💯👌🏼

Lovely place, very spacious, clean, and impeccably styled. Our hosts were so gracious, sharing information with us when asked, fresh eggs from the farm chickens, and general conversation. The location was very peaceful and beautiful. As a bonus, we visited the farm goats everyday.

Excellent from start to finish, the place was exactly as listed and really modern which was great!! My one critique would have been to have dog bowls as we actually forgot ours but not a major issue and honestly we had the best time all weekend!! Decor was lovely and really modern which I like as it felt super fresh and clean inside. Really clear instructions and everything around check in went smoothly, we were a little late checking out but again really lovely host said it’s fine and just waited 10 mins for us to leave. Excellent service and also lovely garden even though the weather wasn’t great having the private space for the dogs was really needed and welcomed. Love it all thank you so much

The property at Frogmore was immaculate and everything seemed new. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Frogmore and Laugharne.

Beautiful cottage done up to a very high standard and had everything you need. Perfect location for exploring Wales.

Had a fantastic family stay in the old school house. The facilities are high spec with a well equipped kitchen, in fact I’m now on the unit for a new bathroom following our visit.!
The only down side was that there are no draws or wardrobes in the bedrooms and therefore we were living out of suitcases for the week.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A wonderful place - the house and the area! Perfectly clean and cosy with everything you need.

It was a perfect house to welcome our family. Everything was perfect - even better than the photos. The house is truly special, like stepping back in time, but with all the mod cons. Everyone loved it.
The host kindly kept the pool heating on, even at end of October, so that was special for the kids.
The surrounding area is very beautiful, so perfect location.

Laugherne is well worth a visit, unspoiled, clean and tidy with stunning views of the castle and estuary. Go inside the castle grounds, they're a beautiful surprise. Our holiday home for 3 nights was lovely - peaceful and clean with everything you need and we managed to park right outside the front door which we needed. There's a small courtyard but it was in the shade, so we walked 2 mins across the road to sit looking at the castle with a glass of wine as the sun went down.

Property was clean and well equipped.
Very spacious with plenty of cutlery and China.
We were extremely happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Chapel view is a lovely cottage, super clean and comfortable. Easy parking outside the cottage and within walking distant to shops and places to eat. If you want to stay in and cook the cottage has everything you need.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Sunny Bank, an idyllic and private with every single thing you can imagine. We were provided with a full tea service and dinner set, basics for breakfast, bathrobes and towels for the stay as well as towels for the hot tub. I honestly think every possible amenity was thought about and provided. The cottage is on a family farm and you have complete privacy, esp in the hot tub which made the stay perfect for us.
The owners live down the road and when we told them the engine light had come on, on the car, and we needed to find a garage they came over and sorted the car, we needed oil but they also added screen wash and coolent and gave further advice. They went above and beyond.
You also don't have to worry about the hot tub, they come and treat it for you daily.
These are truly good people

Stayed for a few days at The Cors. An amazing Arts and Crafts house in Laugharne. A beautiful large garden, lost in time, an oasis of tranquility, yet just minutes from the village and Dylan Thomas' Boathouse. The bedrooms are individually designed, all with big flat screen TVs and modern bathrooms. I highly recommend staying in this extremely romantic, charming and comfortable house.

It's a nice sized, comfortable house with good facilities. Quiet but in walking distance of Tenby.

Well what can I say! This accommodation went above and beyond our expectations completely, it is an absolutely stunning property equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday! It is also completely disabled friendly which is a lovely touch of inclusivity. We would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in the area. The owners are such kind people also ( The hamper your greeted with is a beautiful touch also ). Super comfy seating areas and beds, lots of cupboards and wardrobes for storing your holiday essentials and the kitchen is completely fully equipped with everything you could possibly need! Our kids LOVED this holiday aswell as me and my husband, we can't say thankyou enough honestly! 5 stars from us 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This property is at the top of a hill with a gorgeous view of the countryside. There is an outdoor garden area with a lawn that was perfect for our grandson to run and explore. The unit is spacious with all you need to cook, wash clothes, and relax. This was our favorite place to stay during our holiday.

This did not bother us, but there are no shops or restaurants in the village. You need to make a short drive to nearby villages for supplies.

The property had everything, and more, we could have wanted/needed. The property was lovely and clean as well. The hosts did check checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, which was nice.

Such a lovely apartment! Perfectly situated for exploring the coast, but also cosy enough for hunkering down and getting cozy in bad weather! The apartment was easy to check into and the complex is really peaceful. Saundersfoot is a gorgeous friendly place definitely worth staying in.

We enjoyed a lovely week at this beautiful cottage! Plenty of space for kids and dog both inside and outside. It was just a short drive to Freshwater West beach for awesome sand, surfing and rock pools. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday.

The whole place was fantastic, Hazel has thought of everything. From the welcome pack to the personal greeting nothing was too much trouble.
The grandchildren had a great weekend and the hot tub and games room were the cherry on top.

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Schon der Empfang mit einem Korb mit walisischen Lebensmitteln und Getränken im Kühlschrank war außergewöhnlich und sehr erfreulich. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr nett. Das Haus ist extrem sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, es fehlt einfach nichts.

Das ganze Haus ist behindertengerecht gebaut, so auch die Badezimmer.

Alles ist wie auf den Bilder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine sehr gute Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, mitten in der Natur mit toller Aussicht und ideal für viele Tagestouren.

Wir waren sechs Nächte dort und haben noch lange nicht alles gesehen.



Ein sehr schönes Haus für Entspannung und Ausflüge.

We had a lovely 4 night stay. The cottage was very comfortable and the setting was ideal - peaceful and with stunning views, especially at sunset. Paula was very welcoming and made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and to return.

Family of 8 - 4 adults and 4 kids and all enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everybody and having a 2nd lounge is great for when the children want to make some noise.
House is well maintained and gardens great for kids to play.
House is well appointed and hosts (GWE) made contact after check in - we had to solve a beeping dishwasher with some salt but that was it in terms of issues.
New pans were dropped off during our stay following previous guest feedback.
Really great stay and would happily return there or to another property managed by the host.

FOOTPRINTS is a lovely flat in a great location , the walk to the beach just opposite is amazing. The flat is immaculate, well decorated, great storage space and has everything needed for 2. can not fault it in any way .
The owner was helpful and very friendly.

Gwalia House is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Laugharne is a fascinating village with a stunning castle, the Dylan Thomas museum, and the coastal path all on your doorstep. There are shops, pubs and places to eat within walking distance and great beaches a short drive away. Great Welsh Estates were so helpful and posted us some things we'd left behind. Highly recommended.

A fantastic property made for a great holiday. Hanna was an excellent host, always responsive and full of recommendations for places to visit. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again. Our entire family loved the stay.

The apartment was amazing. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Everything you needed was provided down to an array of herbs and spices to produce any meal if you wanted. The bed was very comfortable bathroom large and spotlessly clean throughout.

We loved our weekend away at Maes Y Mel and will definitely be coming back in years to come! Our hosts Buddug and Lloyd were absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home. It was like a home away from home with all the amenities we needed to relax. Such a beautiful and tranquil location away from all noise and distractions. Beautiful house and location! Hot tub and fire pit were lovely additions. Lots of things to do in the area and perfectly situated between the Brecon Beacons and pembrokshire. Only small thing I would say was that there was no tea bags, coffee was limited, no olive oil - Little things like this would make life much easier and don’t cost a lot! What a place the Great House is! We were two families with young kids and a dog and it was amazing, plenty of space for us all the kids loved exploring the different rooms at night with a torch!

AMAZING! The bungalow had everything we needed and more! Views were beautiful from every window, we could have sat for hours just looking! The bungalow was spotlessly clean. beds really comfortable, nice, much appreciated welcoming gifts and the hot tub was great to relaxing in the evening. we found all the neighbours really friendly and all had time to chat and tell us places to visit. would 100% recommend and would love to visit again. We had a great first experience of Pembrokeshire whilst staying here.
The bungalow was lovely and spacious. We enjoyed opening the large bifolds and watching the sunset.
The location was great and allowed us to explore the local beaches and further afield. We were very lucky with the weather!
Our only recommendations would be to review the quality of cooking utensils. We had to buy a bread knife as the one provided was blunt. I would also suggest some better quality pillows in the master bedroom. We had two pillows in 1 pillowcase case which was uncomfortable.
Besides the couple of recommendations, we had a great stay and would recommend!

We have stayed at Sunnybank twice now. First time as a couple and we couldn’t wait to return for our family holiday! 5 stars is not enough, I would give so many more if I could! Hazel and Hugh are wonderful hosts and they go above and beyond to ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Hazel gave us lots of ideas for things to do and places to explore which was great! The bungalow is a real home from home. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need, including lots of extra little touches that really sets this place apart from the others! Pendine beach is beautiful (pic below) we also drove a bit further up to New Quay where we hopped on a boat trip and saw lots of dolphins! 🐬 If you have children, we definitely recommend Folly Farm. This is really a special cottage in an incredible and unique setting. The building itself is really well maintained and sits on a parcel that gives great vistas from all around. The view of the estuary never disappoints. And, the church ruins that sit near the corner of the property are a special site (sight?) to see. :-). The owner is very friendly and extremely responsive and is keen to make sure every guest has the best experience. I was very comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. Highly recommend!!

A warm and friendly welcome set us on track for a lovely time at Oysterlow Cottage. We were very comfortable and enjoyed really stay. It was a working farm, but the owners were not too busy to chat and help us to enjoy our break. The cottage was well presented and equipped. Lovely and clean.

We had a lovely 6 night stay in the Coach House with our elderly dog. It was very quiet, with close parking and a view out over a horse field. The fenced garden was very practical for the dog and pleasant to have a coffee in. The accommodation was cosy and comfy and we liked having the option of using the pub/restaurant as well. There was plenty to see and do in the area. The owner was very reactive to any questions we had. We thought this was very good value.

The house was amazing we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My daughter loved the Jacuzzi, myself and my wife love cooking so the kitchen was without doubt perfect and as a family entertainment wise the TV was perfect to relax chill and enjoy a few Xmas movies. I would definitely be back again !

We had a lovely holiday in Saundersfoot, the house Ser Ar Y Bryn had all what we needed, a secure garden, ( for a dog) very comfortable beds hot shower and comfy furniture to relax of an evening, although the kitchen had everything you needed, we ate out most of the time, Saundersfoot was only a short walk( although quite a steep hill) we didn’t mind the hill . Communication with Ruth was excellent. We would definitely stay again. Thanks

Awesome Taf is a great location to be when visiting carmerthen , it is actually withing 25 mins drive to Oakwood theme park, 24mins to Dinosaur park, Heathertons etc and 3.5 miles to Pembroke Castle and very close to McDonald's. The host was very nice, the house was 100percent very clean. Very comfortable felt like home.

Nothing really, just a little inside but not bad at all.

We absolutely loved our 6 day stay here. Felt right at home immediately. The lake is absolutely beautiful, and all the wildlife that visits is so wonderful. There's birds of all kinds. We saw Canada geese swoop in everyday and the Greylag geese had their little chicks swimming with them from the island. There's bats that come zipping right past your face if you stand outside at dusk. It's so peaceful and picturesque. There's so much to do, we didn't even get around to visiting Carmarthen! We would love to come back in the future

A beautiful place to stay. Lovely accommodation (warm, lots of room, lovely bedroom, very clean and well kitted out). Would recommend, and would happily stay here again.

Although it's in MOD land, that didn't get in the way as we spent most of our daytime before 4pm, at a nearby beach at Pendine. Also we wanted somewhere out of the way, that would be quiet, without other holiday makers around. The owners have gone to a lot of effort with nice touches and quality of kitchen facilities was important to us as we prefer having evening meals made by ourselves. The walk in shower and bathtub is big. We enjoyed the fire pit outside at night and everything here was high quality.

Lovely peaceful place, just what we wanted to rest and recuperate. Beautiful walks we enjoyed with our dog. Easy to get to the Welsh coast for nice days out. Sitting near the fireplace with a warm fire was a treat. Cute cottage with character, with lovely private outdoor space.

We stayed at Sunny Bank over the school Easter holidays. Two adults and our children 6 and 3. Plenty of information was sent in advance making finding the accommodation easy. We arrived to find a beautiful hamper of Welsh products and a warm welcoming home. Sunny bank has all the amenities you could need plus the luxuries of gowns and towels for the hot tub. The home was immaculately clean and a perfect place to come back to after a day out exploring the Welsh countryside. Hazel and her family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from popping in to show us how to work the hot tub to messaging to help me find a doctor for my daughter. She really makes every effort to ensure you have a wonderful time. Sunnybank is so peaceful and quiet, and if you enjoy the hot tub in the evenings it's a great spot to stargaze in the clear unpolluted skies.

The house was everything we needed, absolutely perfect for a family holiday. Plenty of space for all! We loved it and would love to return again another year!

Our second time at a Great Welsh Escape’s property. Had a lovely time in a beautiful recently refurbished barn.

Our dog also loved the enclosed garden that wrapped around the property.

There a is a beautiful beach 5min down the road, got in a few good walks even in February. Can imaging in summer it would be a daily trip.

Looking forward to future breaks.

Lovely spacious and well equipped house in a beautiful setting. It offered everything we needed to settle in and relax for a long weekend, with the ability to verge out for local walks to the beach and castle. Would recommend for large groups - great outdoor area as well as large drive for parking.

Perfect cottage in a very secluded location. Host was fantastic, recommended lots of places to go and was really helpful throughout our stay. The private pool was really great but it was the location that was really special so many great places to go. House is perfect for four plus a dog with everything you could possibly need. Was great having our own garden and having access to a big field too. Definitely need ten days next time, too much to see in seven!

A fabulous house. Lovely views over countryside in the back garden. The location is excellent you can get everywhere in the area very easily. We were family of 6 and everything worked so well. The weather was on our side and the beaches and facilities were amazing. Coppett Hall our favourite beach. Would book again.

Outstanding accommodation, the location in particular provided breathtaking views.
The house itself is very well equipped and there is nothing that you need to buy to make your stay comfortable. A welcome pack of chocolates, biscuits, wine, milk and butter were very much appreciated.
The layout of the property is perfect for a family or couples looking for a relaxing break.
The grounds are perfect for explorative energetic children, our son particularly loved his morning visit to the cows.
I cannot recommend this place enough, it’s an absolute steal and we will definitely be back!

Lovely interior with plenty of space and lots of helpful and thoughtful touches which made self catering much easier. Great location to explore South Wales

The property is spacious, stylish and well maintained. Rear garden was a nice space and if we had had more time we would have made good use of the decking area overlooking fields at the back.

The view, cleanliness, and facilities.

Having the right code upon arrival seemed to be an issue. Maybe my fault for not understanding the procedure.

We always love coming to Lloret and our dogs make good use of all the nearby beaches. The hot tub is well maintained and it’s a joy to use it. It’s a great base to reach Pembrokeshire and Laugharne is a little gem

The cottage is beautiful with a nice private garden overlooking wild land down to the sea

Nothing. Be aware it's probably better to have a car as the village does not have any shops nor pubs

We really enjoyed our stay in Tenby, the property was great and really roomy. We would definitely return. The only negative I would say is the camera in the back garden, it felt a little intrusive when you're trying to relax.
