Sleeping up to 12 guests, this impressive home blends traditional charm with modern luxury, and is the perfect holiday cottage for multi-generation families, special celebrations, or friends gathering together.

At the heart of the farmhouse is a fantastic entertaining space laid out as a huge conservatory, with a dining table ideal for long dinners, games nights and laughter into the evening.

The large, well-equipped kitchen features all the modern conveniences alongside a characterful Rayburn, creating a warm and sociable space to cook, ideal for cooking hearty breakfasts before a day of adventure, or rusting up gorgeous evening meals, and there is a further dining space. If you have a special occasion, why not hire a private chef for a night?

A stunning separate living room with a cosy log burner offers the perfect spot to curl up after for relaxed evenings and quality time together. There is a double sofa bed available upon prior arrangement.

Each of the four generous bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort. All bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms, and are laid out as 2 king bedrooms, one twin, and a further bedroom with a double bed and additional triple sleeper bunk bed (double at the bottom and single on top). In addition to the ensuite shower rooms, there is a ground floor bathroom with a luxurious jacuzzi bath for that extra touch of indulgence.

For year-round enjoyment, guests can take advantage of the large private indoor swimming pool and sauna, making this property a true retreat whatever the season. This pool has allocated private times for the Farmhouse (2 hours morning and evening, and shared at other times with one small cottage onsite)

Outside, the beautiful fully enclosed garden with outdoor furniture provides plenty of space for relaxing, playing games, and enjoying the surrounding countryside.

Other things to note
- The farm prides itself on trying to reduce carbon footprint. They have successfully installed solar panels to generate electricity to operate the farm and also have a ground source heating system which provides heating for The Boathouse and for the swimming pool.
-The property is pet friendly - there is an additional charge we request from you of £25 per stay
- A sofa bed is available but must be arranged before arrival to provide bedding
-There is a travel cot bed and highchair available upon request

Penwuch Farm is located just over a mile outside the small town of St Clears.

St Clears is a charming town with a good choice of coffee shops, a handful of pubs and restaurants.

It is a small town perfectly located to explore Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. It is 4 miles to Laugharne and 9 miles to Carmarthen. Carmarthen, Wales oldest town, is a market town with a large variety of independent shops and plenty of lovely eateries. There are also plenty of woodland walks and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path starts nearby and there is easy access to the Brecon Beacons.

There are also a good choice of outdoor activities available in the area, ranging from horse riding, coasteering, to a variety of water sports, abseiling, orienteering, caving and gorge walking.

There are many beautiful rugged beaches in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, along with the more popular coastal resorts of Pendine, Saundersfoot and Tenby.

There is an abundance of interesting attractions locally, including Castles, historic houses and National Botanical Gardens to name a few.

If you are a "foodie" then there is a fantastic choice of restaurants within a 20 - 30 minute's, from family friendly to Michelin Star Restaurants.
