Moir Cottage is located in the heart of Laugharne and is a traditional double fronted stone cottage, which has been modernised and furnished to a high standard. This property also benefits from a hot tub and enclosed garden with dining furniture.
Enter the internal porch straight into the cosy dining room with open plan staircase, perfect for gathering around for family entertaining, whether it be playing board games or enjoying a meal.
The living room with large comfortable sofas and Smart TV is perfect for a cosy night in, with a well equipped kitchen with all mod cons and separate utility room. From the utility room exit to the fully enclosed garden, with steps leading up to the gravelled area with hot tub, and garden furniture with some decking.
Heading back through the house is the staircase to the deceivingly spacious first floor which has two lovely king size bedrooms and one bedroom with a small double. The bathroom is modern with a bath and separate shower.
This property is the perfect family getaway or friends getting together, with so much on your doorstep.

Laugharne is perhaps best known for its associations with Wales' most famous poet, Dylan Thomas, however, there is much more to Laugharne than just Dylan Thomas.
Laugharne is a small town sitting on the estuary of the Taf River and offers stunning estuary walks, including the infamous Dylan Thomas Birthday Walk. There are also plenty of woodland walks and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path starts nearby.
It is an ancient town steeped in history, and a popular tourist destination with many great attractions in the area. With its easy accessibility to the M4, and prime location, also makes it a great base to visit Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.
The Boathouse, where Dylan and Caitlin lived with their children, is now a heritage centre. Overlooking the estuary are the dramatic ruins of a Norman Castle, a popular visitor attraction. Laugharne has a good choice of cafes and restaurants.
There are also a good choice of outdoor activities available in the area, ranging from horse riding, coasteering, to a variety of water sports, abseiling, orienteering, caving and gorge walking.
There are many beautiful rugged beaches in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, along with the more popular coastal resorts of Pendine, Saundersfoot and Tenby.
There is an abundance of interesting attractions locally, including Castles, historic houses and National Botanical Gardens to name a few.
For the younger generation we are a short drive away from the likes of Folly Farm, Oakwood, Manor House Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities and Dinosaur Park to name a few.
