Heading upstairs, you will find four beautiful bedrooms which have been tastefully decorated, each with their own personality, and furnished to a high quality to ensure a restful night sleep. Highly recommend this property and booking company. The property is a great size for multigenerational holiday, 2 separate living rooms as well as a kitchen-breakfast room and separate dining room and 4 good size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has mobility adaptations including walk in shower room and stairlift should you need it. It’s in a great location for exploring Carmarthen town centre and amenities and numerous beaches in the county and across the boarder into Pembrokeshire. The property itself was in great condition clearly renovated and modernised sympathetically with everything you could need including a hot tub. The owner was on hand and friendly but not intrusive and keen to resolve any issues. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

It was a good place, we had a good time and the owner was very communicative and very helpful.
We had issues with wifi not working during our stay, looks like it was an BT issue (BT were called and attended but couldn't rectify the issue). Which did rob us off some quality time in the evenings.
If not everything was really good.
I would recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay as a family of 7 + 1 dog. The house was absolutely spotless and everything was so well thought out to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Laura was a brilliant host always on hand if we needed anything but never intrusive. The hot tub was a lovely addition and having a roof over it meant we could use it whatever the weather. We will definitely be visiting again.

We stayed with friends at Castell Y Waun for a week during the Easter holidays - 8 of us altogether. The property itself was fantastic for our 2 families; spacious but cosy, and really clean. The bedrooms were all decorated beautifully and the beds so comfortable and the hot tub fabulous! We arrived to be met by the owners who were very friendly and we found a lovely hamper with welcome goodies - a lovely touch!
The location of the property was super - so close to many beautiful castles, wonderful countryside and stunning beaches.
The large garden was something that attracted us to the property, for the children and dogs to run around in, however whilst the garden had new fencing it was not strictly enclosed as the dogs could escape via the gates backing onto the fields - so just a warning to those with dogs that are mischievous! Aside from that, our week there was perfect and we’d highly recommend it; we had a brilliant holiday!

The property’s owner Laura and her family have an extremely beautiful home. Laura as a host was polite and respectful and friendly. We used almost all the facilities and everything worked flawlessly.
We had a lovely stay, we were a group of 8 including a senior citizen & an infant.
All of us were comfortable.
We cooked dined, enjoyed & had a wonderful time, made some great memories and if at all we plan to stay in South Wales again, we know this is the place to stay.
Highlights - Hot tub, a Snooker pool table, darts, outdoor seating with squeaky clean interiors. Kitchen, Bathrooms and utility systems were all very convenient and we felt right at home.
Some decent local food options and close to the main road as well, lovely beautiful location and easy access to nearby towns and beaches.
I did spill some coffee on one of their carpets, did make sure to clean it & promptly left a note to her; she left us a note to say thank you and not to worry about the same.
Overall- 5/5
