Enter this traditional Welsh stone farmhouse through the front door; to the left you will find the informal living room with comfortable sofas and a warming wood burner, perfect for sitting and relaxing on those cold winter evenings. To your right, you will find the formal dining area, with a fireplace, and an array of serving dishes, and even a retro punch bowl, the perfect place to enjoy a celebratory home-cooked meal together. Leading off the same corridor you will find the first of two staircases, which benefits from a stairlift to support members of the family that cannot easily use the stairs to head to bed. There is also a ground floor wet room with WC, for people with restricted mobility. This wet room includes a shower seat and assistive support rails for the WC and shower area. Completing the left side of this marvellous property is the vast farmhouse kitchen which has a range style oven, a large and small fridge, dishwasher and a lovely dining area to have some breakfast overlooking the rear garden. As you continue to explore the ground floor, just off the kitchen, you will find the second living room with sofas and a Smart TV. Gather with all your family and play a game of charades after your evening meal. The formal living room is located at the front of the farmhouse, with countryside views, just off the second hallway where the main staircase is located. There is also a handy utility room for throwing down your beach clothes or muddy boots, and leads out to the hot tub area. The utility also hosts a washing machine for your convenience.

Heading upstairs, you will find four beautiful bedrooms which have been tastefully decorated, each with their own personality, and furnished to a high quality to ensure a restful night sleep. The first bedroom is a king size bedroom which has a solid oak bed and views over the huge rear lawn, the second bedroom is a spacious twin bedroom with full length fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is a cosy double with views to the front of the property and surrounding countryside. The final bedroom has a super king zip-and-link bed which can be made up as a twin upon request, this bedroom also benefits from an en suite shower room.

Externally, the property benefits from a small private patio area with undercover hot tub which can be enjoyed in all weathers, and towels are provided. There is a very large lawned garden for children to play, and pets to let off some steam. There is ample parking for up to 4 cars to the front of the property.

Highly recommend this property and booking company. The property is a great size for multigenerational holiday, 2 separate living rooms as well as a kitchen-breakfast room and separate dining room and 4 good size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has mobility adaptations including walk in shower room and stairlift should you need it. It’s in a great location for exploring Carmarthen town centre and amenities and numerous beaches in the county and across the boarder into Pembrokeshire. The property itself was in great condition clearly renovated and modernised sympathetically with everything you could need including a hot tub. The owner was on hand and friendly but not intrusive and keen to resolve any issues. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

We had a fantastic stay as a family of 7 + 1 dog. The house was absolutely spotless and everything was so well thought out to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Laura was a brilliant host always on hand if we needed anything but never intrusive. The hot tub was a lovely addition and having a roof over it meant we could use it whatever the weather. We will definitely be visiting again.

It was a good place, we had a good time and the owner was very communicative and very helpful.
We had issues with wifi not working during our stay, looks like it was an BT issue (BT were called and attended but couldn't rectify the issue). Which did rob us off some quality time in the evenings.
If not everything was really good.
I would recommend this place.
