This charming and newly renovated dormer bungalow is perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.This delightful home comfortably accommodates 8 guests, offering a blend of modern amenities and cosy comfort.

This property benefits from off street parking for 3 cars, and has a large welcoming hallway that leads to the inner hallway with a lovely ground floor double bedroom with ample storage, a utility room with washing machine (drier in outside storage), along with a bathroom with shower over.

Back in the main hallway you will find double sliding doors opening to a bright and airy living room with comfortable seating, TV and french doors to the patio and garden. Also off the entrance hall there is the stylish kitchen diner with a lovely wooden refectory style table for dining. The kitchen has modern appliances such as a Nespresso coffee machine, wine fridge and microwave oven. There are french doors leading to the garden with far reaching sea views. Perfect for dining al fresco on Summer evenings, or enjoying days on the lawn with the family, or enjoying beautiful sunsets.

Heading on upstairs there are two further bedrooms; one master bedroom with a King size bed, and a further family/children's bedroom with a single bed, bunk beds and further sofa bed available upon request. There is a modern shower room between both bedrooms on the spacious landing.

This property is new to the holiday letting market end of May 2024, and although there will be limited reviews so far, we believe this is the perfect holiday let for a Pembrokeshire getaway!

The property is located on the outskirts on Saundersfoot, near New Hedges. Its a 20 minute walk downhill into the village of Saundersfoot itself, however there are a few local amenities in a short walking distance, such as the newly opened and very popular The Hunters Moon, restaurant and bar. There is also a small Morrisons daily and a post office open between 7am and 10pm.

Saundersfoot is a beautiful seaside village with a gorgeous sandy beach, and pretty harbour. itself has many wonderful eateries, and independent shops, as well as a Tesco Express, local butchers etc. Further along the coast just a few minutes drive you will find the famous and colourful backwash of Tenby town. With several award winning beaches, and its cobbled streets, it is a must visit for anyone exploring the area. There are many fantastic places to eat and drink in Tenby, as well as an array of independent shops, and attractions such as watersports, sightseeing boat trips or fishing trips.

Just a short drive away you have a wide choice of family attractions such as Heatherton World of Adventures, Folly Farm, Tenby Dinosaur Park, Manor Park Zoo, as well as Oakwood Theme Park AND many More.

There are some wonderful farm shops nearby selling some fantastic local produce, as well as many award winning restaurants if you are a foodie wanting to explore the area.
