This spacious and light 3 bedroom semi-detached house is well located for a quiet stay and a short walk from all the amenities that Saundersfoot has to offer. The bedrooms all boast sea views, and together with the fully enclosed garden, this property is perfect for families to relax.
Enter into the well equipped kitchen diner, recently renovated with families in mind and has everything you will need to prepare and serve a delicious meal. This unique property offers a spacious modern living room with a comfortable corner sofa with a 43” wall mounted Smart TV at one end and a handy sofa bed at the other end with glass windows and door letting in natural sunlight from the garden.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The décor offers a mix of modern living with a touch of classic styling with warm colours and textured soft furnishings. There is the larger King Bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, all with Simba Hybrid mattresses, along with an additional sofa bed in the living room for larger families (available upon request to accommodate 8 guests and extra charges apply). The spacious modern family bathroom is also located on the first floor and has a shower over the bath. There is a separate shower room with WC located off the dining area on the ground floor.
There is a good sized garden comprising a patio area with table, chairs, benches and parasol, with steps leading to a lawned area. A BBQ is available for use.

Saundersfoot is a popular tourist destination, with its pretty harbour and beach, watersports and shops. As well as all the amenities, and lovely restaurants that you will find in Saundersfoot itself,
just a 5 minute drive away you will find the bustling seaside town of Tenby famous for its colourful array of Georgian houses. Tenby has a wide selection of shops and restaurants, as well as award winning sandy beaches.
Further along the coast you will find the quieter beaches of Manorbier, Freshwater West and Barafundle Bay. The North of the county is slightly wilder, and situated here is the infamous city of St Davids (smallest city in the UK).
Pembrokeshire is a haven for exhilarating water sports, spectacular coastal walks and the freshest seafood all set in a wild and incredibly beautiful landscape. Away from the coast, Pembrokeshire is fantastic for family holidays– there’s no end of choice of adventure parks, castes and boat trips.

The house was beautiful, spacious and spotless. The facilities were great and everything that we needed were provided. The location was perfect and within walking distance to the beach and harbour. Would highly recommend.

A nice stay at the property, great location nice and close to the town as long as you don’t mind walking up a hill after a day out (we had a pram and found it hard in the heat but didn’t put us off walking!).
Considering it’s in a residential area it was really peaceful! Would be nice if things were included like shampoo/soap etc for the price you pay per night and some parts of the property are a little tired compared to the photos (mainly the upstairs bathroom and garden table/chairs etc).
We brought 2 dogs for the final night and there’s a great enclosed garden for them. We asked ahead of time about the BBQ but when we got there it looked a bit battered so we ended up buying our own to use, maybe a new one would be good!
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

This house is wonderful, a perfect base for exploring the Pembrokeshire coast. The house was very clean and spacious for 6 adults. we also found the house was very well stocked for a self catering holiday. We loved staying here and would recommend to anyone

Excellent from start to finish, the place was exactly as listed and really modern which was great!! My one critique would have been to have dog bowls as we actually forgot ours but not a major issue and honestly we had the best time all weekend!! Decor was lovely and really modern which I like as it felt super fresh and clean inside. Really clear instructions and everything around check in went smoothly, we were a little late checking out but again really lovely host said it’s fine and just waited 10 mins for us to leave. Excellent service and also lovely garden even though the weather wasn’t great having the private space for the dogs was really needed and welcomed. Love it all thank you so much

The house is spotless, and nicely decorated. It's easy to access and efficiently organised. We had some initial problems getting the heating to work due to low pressure in the boiler but this was quickly resolved. It was convenient to be able to bring our dog, and the location itself is excellent for easy access to Tenby, Saundersfoot and nearby beaches. 5pm does seem quite late for a check in time - perhaps this could be more flexible?

We’ve Just had a superb week at this lovely property near the beach. All the decor is warm and cosy, mattresses are incredibly comfortable with beautiful linen and towels . The kitchen, which is brand new was so well equipped, more than my own kitchen! We didn’t want for anything. The house was immaculately clean throughout.
We were lucky enough to have some blue skies with a view across the sea. Will be returning to enjoy the Sunny garden in the warmer months.
