Step up into the cottage and you’ll arrive in the welcoming kitchen-diner. Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, it’s the perfect spot to gather, cook, and chat about your day. A handy breakfast bar with two stools adds a sociable space for morning coffees or keeping the chef company.
Just off the kitchen is the light-filled conservatory, an ideal place to unwind with a book while keeping an eye on the children as they play in the enclosed rear garden.
The cosy living room features a large corner sofa and a log burner, creating a wonderful space to curl up for a film night with hot chocolates or enjoy some fun family games together.
The cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms: a spacious double and a charming twin, both with plenty of storage for your belongings. The family bathroom includes everything you need, with both a bath and a separate shower.
Step outside and explore the 40 acres on site, with peaceful countryside and woodland walks winding through the fields surrounding the cottage. There’s private parking for up to three cars on the driveway. Stunning views and mature gardens surround the cottage, offering seating areas at both the front garden and rear courtyard, along with grassy banks where children can run, play, and burn off some energy.
The local area has plenty to enjoy, with a selection of coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants in nearby St Clears. A wide variety of outdoor activities are available across Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, including horse riding, coasteering, water sports, abseiling, orienteering, caving and gorge walking.
For families, popular attractions such as Folly Farm, Manor House Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities, and Dinosaur Park are just a short drive away.

Book and relax with people who care
Loved our stay at Coedllys Cottage. The hydra pool and sauna were especially great -perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and set in a peaceful spot with great access to the coast. A wonderful break and highly recommended.

We had a truly lovely 3-night stay at this beautiful cottage in Wales. The private swim spa and sauna room made it feel like a real treat, and our family had such a fun and relaxing time. Our boys especially loved it. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, with great suggestions for places to visit locally. We had a wonderful stay at Coedllys Cottage from 25th–27th August 2025. The cottage is delightfully, spotlessly clean, and set in a stunning countryside location with fantastic walking straight from the door. The swim spa and sauna were a real highlight and perfect for relaxing tired muscles after long walks. It’s also ideally located for easy access to beautiful scenic beaches and towns. The cottage is very well equipped and provided everything we needed for a peaceful, comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, making the whole stay effortless. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

The cottage is in a lovely setting. My husband and I found it convenient for beach walking and visiting old castles. We would like to visit here again in summer.

This is a superior home from home and then some! It boasts fabulous accommodation for a family or without children.
There are the most amazing walks to be taken around the property with glorious countryside views.
And then there is the hydro-pool - what a luxury - great for relaxing ur power swimming.
The parking is next to the cottage.
Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this delightfully cosy cottage, set in a beautiful location, surrounded by stunning countryside ideal for walks. It’s also perfectly situated for easy access to nearby beaches and towns. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed for a peaceful, relaxing getaway from the city. Highly recommend!

Amazing cottage. Jan and Ken were brilliant hosts, couldn’t do enough for you, went above and beyond expectations.
The cottage was well equipped and very clean, had everything you needed and then some.
Very quiet, peaceful and private location. 5 mins drive to local village St Clears with shops, takeaways and pubs.
The swim spa and sauna was fantastic, just what everyone needed after a day of exploring the nearby areas, Tenby, Pembroke castle, Heatherton, etc.
Wouldn’t hesitate to come back here next time we want to explore South Wales again.
