The beach has a fine promenade; fossil hunting, fishing, board sports and swimming are all popular activities here. The cliffs at the western end of the beach are unstable and should be avoided. Access to the beach is via a wheel chair friendly concrete path. Amroth marks the start of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, one of Britain’s 17 long-distance National Trails.
