This modern seaside abode boasts some of the best views in Tenby, overlooking the harbour and North Beach.
The apartment is in a lovely Georgian property, and is 2nd floor, accessible by stairs or a lift.
Entering the flat via a small inner hallway from the communal area you will find two well appointed bedrooms. Presented as a twin bedroom with good storage, as well as a king size bedroom with ensuite a bath, this apartment caters well for couples, small families or a few friends visiting the area.
Back in the hallway you will find a fully tiled shower room with a lovely corner shower, and the door to a lovely open plan kitchen, which is well equipped with an integrated microwave, washer dryer, dishwasher, and a cafetiere for your morning coffee. This perfectly positioned room has two comfortable sofas, a music system and SMART TV, and a lovely bay window with bistro table with unbeatable views.
There are some board games and CD’s available for guest use, for cosy evenings making forever memories, in beautiful Tenby.

Additionally, Tenby serves as an ideal base for younger adventurers, with attractions such as Folly Farm, Anna's Welsh Zoo, Tenby’s Dinosaur Park, and Heatherton World of Activities all within easy walking distance.
A short five-minute drive leads to Saundersfoot, a popular tourist destination featuring a picturesque harbour, sandy beaches, exhilarating watersports, and a variety of charming shops.

What a beautiful spot on earth! After being away from Wales for 8 years, we were looking for a special place to return...and "The Lookout at Goscar" absolutely delivered...spectacular views over the harbour and North Beach...comfortable beds, nice kitchen...situated in the middle of town a stone throw away from the beach.
Tenby is such a beautiful place, with lonely mornings at spectacular beaches, boat tours to see Seals and busy pub live and sweets shops for the little ones.
All in all we had perfect holidays with our little daughter...we will be back!

My little family had the most enjoyable stay. Location was amazing, walking distance to the town, bars, restaurants, lovely walks and the beach. View from the apartment is what we will most remember, watching the waves and the people coming and going. Apartment was comfortable and clean, plenty of space for a family of 3. Photos don’t really do it justice. Would definitely return.

We had a much needed, relaxing week in Tenby in some really sunny April weather. The flat's location is very central and has a great view of the harbour. We had all of the amenities we needed and would consider returning to Tenby again!

The views of the harbour from the bay window are absolutely stunning and there is plenty going on in the sea to keep you entertained. We only wish we'd thought to bring binoculars! The apartment is very comfortable with great beds and both a shower and bath and the location is close to all amenities. There is a large lift. In the summer you can only drop off luggage after 5.30 pm due to traffic restrictions.

Moderne, zentrale Wohnung mit Lift im Haus. Grosse Küche mit sehr guter Einrichtung mit Waschmaschine-Trockner, bequemes Sofa, 2 saubere grosse Badezimmer, mit Heizung für kalte Tage.
Sehr helle Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer gegen den Hafen mit super Aussicht auf das Hafenbecken. Schlafzimmer hinten raus sind zwar hell haben aber keine Aussicht (Sicht auf Nachbargebäude).
Wohnung ist direkt am Hafen im Zentrum an einer kleinen Strasse. Keine Parkmöglichkeit aber schnell ausladen geht. Parkplatz z.B. am Bahnhof in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
Für uns war das eine super Wohnung in der es auch an einem Regentag nicht so schnell langweilig wird.

The most stunning views of the harbour from the bay window make this a holiday to remember. Do bring binoculars to watch the boats coming and going.
The apartment is very comfortable with excellent beds and both a shower and bath.
You are very close to the centre of Tenby so shopping, eating and sight seeing are all within easy reach.
Do be aware that if you arrive in the summer (7/7 to 12/9 this year) you will not be able to unload outside the apartment until after 5.30 pm due to local traffic restrictions.
