Chapel View is perfect for staying in Laugharne. Great to able to just walk to Dylan Thomas' Boathouse and Writing shed, the castle and local shops, Post Office and places to eat and walks up Sir John's Hill.
The cottage is lovely, nicely decorated, clean and well equipped.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Andrew.

The shower was either freezing or boiling! Just could not get it at right temperature but did not detract from our enjoyment of the cittsge!

The property is lovely. It's well decorated with all the facilities you may need. There is a comfortable lounge/kitchen/dinning area downstairs and a large bedroom with ensuite upstairs. There is a lovely little courtyard outside, which was lovely to sit out in the evening (during the May bank holiday heat wave!). The house is located on the main street of the village and in easy walking distance to some excellent pubs and restaurants. We pre-booked reservations and were pleased that we did, as it was a busy weekend. There are some very pretty walks around the village which we enjoyed in the mornings. The house is located in a great area to visit the coastline in South and South/West Wales.

Very enjoyable few days in Laugharne. The cottage was peaceful, well equipped and very well located for eateries, pubs and access to tourist spots in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. Discovering the bottle of Prosecco and Bara Brith on arrival was a nice surprise.

Chapel View ist ein sehr geschmackvoll und modern und mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtetes Reihenhaus im Zentrum von Laugharne. Wir haben uns von Anfang an hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Dylans Boathouse ist quasi gleich um die Ecke. Es sind hundert Meter zum Zentrum des pittoresken Ortes und zum Castle. Von hier aus startet ein schöner und informativer, sechs Kilometer langer Spaziergang, Dylans Walk. Von Laugharne aus kann man kleinere Trips nach Tenby, Gower, die Pembrokeshire Küste starten. Auch St Davids oder Swansea sind noch gut erreichbar.

A lovely little house, well located in Laugharne. Everything was very clean and comfortable, it was well equipped and we always managed to find parking nearby.

The cottage is beautifully decorated and the towels and linen were very high quality. The bedroom is a lovely size and the open plan kitchen/lounge is just perfect for a few days’ R&R. It had everything you could need for a relaxing stay and we were very impressed. The rainfall shower was a wonderful addition.<br/>The cottage is on a main road which was a little noisy at times but only because we’re not used to traffic. There is only a double bed as well which, again, we’re not used to but everything else was just perfect.

Lovely cottage with all modern comforts incl.uding dishwasher and smart TV. Felt right at home as soon as we arrived. <br/>The cottage is recently built but in keeping with the period cottages and houses of King Street, Laugharne. Beautiful peaceful area with good shops and pubs and restaurants. Even has its own castle. Plenty to see; TV series "Keeping Faith" was filmed there and writer/poet Dylan Thomas lived there.

The cottage was as expected really cosy, clean and well equipped. Ideally situated for exploring Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.
We recommend it whole heartedly for a relaxing break for two..

Truly lovely little place, just the thing for the two of us. Perfectly located to the nearby pubs and eateries. Nice and quiet even though it's on the main street. Very well equipped accommodation. I was nervous about finding a parking space but we got one easily on arrival. Would love to stay here again.

Comms and instructions from our host were great, with lots of clear info on the place and the surrounding area.

Chapel view is a lovely cottage, super clean and comfortable. Easy parking outside the cottage and within walking distant to shops and places to eat. If you want to stay in and cook the cottage has everything you need.

The cottage was in a great location, close to the shops, restaurants, castle and Dylan's boat house. The facilities in the cottage were good. It was a nice touch to have a welcome pack on arrival.

My partner is tall and we did struggle with the double bed, would have liked a king-size, however we were fully aware of this when booking.

Everything you need is in the cottage. <br/>Lovely village location, local walks. <br/>Places to eat in Laugharne, we liked the Owl and Pussycat Cafe and Ty Go for their pizzas.<br/><br/>Liked everything.<br/>It is located on the main road going through the village so there is traffic noise, but that didn't bother us.<br/>
