This beautifully furnished property with a tranquil colour palette, offers a large living and entertaining space, and an idyllic enclosed garden, and is the perfect place for a family getaway.
From the entrance hall you enter the large living room with it’s neutral tones and L shape sofa (also a sofa bed with storage). There is a 40 inch TV with free view, Netflix and Amazon Prime. From here you have access to the well appointed kitchen, which flows into the bright and spacious conservatory/dining room which leads out to the garden. You will find all the mod cons in the kitchen such as microwave, coffee machine (ground coffee), blender as well as a large American style fridge freezer.
With their simplistic yet classy decor, all bedrooms boast Simba Mattresses, guaranteeing you a comfortable night's sleep! There is a double bedroom with wood flooring to the front of the property, with a further King bedroom with large built in wardrobes and finally the twin room with freestanding hanging space. The spacious modern family bathroom is located on the first floor and has a separate shower and an abundance of storage.
There is a downstairs shower room off the kitchen, and a utility room with washer and dryer next to it, so you can throw down your muddy boots or sandy costumes and jump straight in the shower.
Sit back on a deckchair and relax in the enclosed and private garden comprising a patio area with steps leading to a lawned area, and a further raised decked area with table chairs and parasol. There is an added bonus of a shed for storage. A BBQ is available for use. NB: The raised patio area does not have any surrounding railings.
There is off street parking for 2 cars, with a free additional on street parking space.
Saundersfoot is a popular tourist destination, with its pretty harbour and beach, watersports and shops.
St Brides Hotel and Spa is only a few minutes by foot, here you can sit and watch the sunset from the gorgeous bar and restaurant, or take a dip in their infinity pool overlooking the beautiful beach and harbour. As well as all the amenities and lovely restaurants that you will find in Saundersfoot itself, just a 5 minute drive away you will find the bustling seaside town of Tenby famous for its colourful array of Georgian houses. Tenby has a wide selection of shops and restaurants, as well as award winning sandy beaches.
Further along the coast you will find the quieter beaches of Manorbier, Freshwater West and Barafundle Bay. The North of the county is slightly wilder, and situated here is the infamous city of St Davids (smallest city in the UK).
Pembrokeshire is a haven for exhilarating water sports, spectacular coastal walks and the freshest seafood all set in a wild and incredibly beautiful landscape. Away from the coast, Pembrokeshire is fantastic for family holidays– there’s no end of choice of adventure parks, castes and boat trips.

It has a lovely feel about it and everything you could want when on holiday. It is a steep walk back from the beach but worth it.
The garden has a lovely view of the fields.
We had a lovely time and even though we were only there for a weekend felt like we had been on a real holiday.

The property is spacious, stylish and well maintained. Rear garden was a nice space and if we had had more time we would have made good use of the decking area overlooking fields at the back.

Beautiful. Fabulous kitchen and outdoor space. Very comfy beds and excellent showers.
My only slight criticism is the lounge sitting area isn’t very comfy. Thankfully we were only 2 people but would have struggled with 4/6.

Beautiful, peaceful area, neighbours were very friendly. Lovely house that was well equipped and beautifully furnished. Very clean, bathrooms were spotless and well equipped with two showers, one downstairs and one upstairs in the family bathroom and with a bath. Beds were very comfortable, with clean linen and bath towels. Well equipped kitchen, with everything needed during our stay. Thank you for the bubbles and biscuits, they were very nice.
I would definitely try to book this place again when I return to the area.
Don't need to do anything to this place, perfect for that warm homely feeling.

A fabulous house. Lovely views over countryside in the back garden. The location is excellent you can get everywhere in the area very easily. We were family of 6 and everything worked so well. The weather was on our side and the beaches and facilities were amazing. Coppett Hall our favourite beach. Would book again.

Absolutely beautiful house. Brilliant location. Everything was a stones throw away. Tenby, folly farm, loads of beaches. We had no issues what so ever. Check in was easy with the key box on location. Comfy beds. Ideal range cooker for large families staying. Would definately recommend and if we were to return to the area (which we probably will) we would try to book this house again.

We had a pleasant long weekend here. The house is lovely, especially the kitchen and dining room. The beds were also super comfy which was nice. The only minor improvements would be that the sofa needed a good clean and there was a broken chair in the dining room. Other than that, our stay was lovely and we would definitely stay again. Location was great, only being a 10 minute walk down to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Banks. We loved the place, the location and the additional touches (bottle of bubbly, tea/coffee and treats). The dining area is a great size and wonderfully situated and if the weather had been better we would have made more use of the garden and the BBQ. It was very clean on arrival and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery and utensils. Sea Banks is a short walk from Saundersfoot centre and Wiseman's Bridge and is on a bus route if you want to explore further without using the car. I walked part of the South Pembrokeshire Coastal path into Tenby and was able to catch a bus back almost to the door. We also explored further afield to Marloes, Pembroke and Haverfordwest. The administration, communication and management was good - Great Welsh Escapes were responsive throughout.
