This lovely house caters for every need, with an abundance of family games, arts and crafts, and a lovely selection of books and DVD's. The perfect place to get away from it all!
There is a bright and sunny sitting room with comfortable sofas and one that doubles up as a sofa bed (bedding available upon request). There are lots of little home comforts and some games and crafts to keep you entertained.
The living room is semi-open plan to the dining room which is nice and spacious with dining for 6 guests.
The spacious kitchen has plenty of storage, and is fully equipped for every need. It overlooks the split level walled rear garden. There is an electric oven, and a Rayburn oven.
The bright and airy master bedroom consists of a very large king size bed with a daybed that doubles up as a single bed suitable for a child. There is a further double bedroom with ample storage.
There is a modern shower room on the first floor next to the bedrooms, with a freestanding shower.
In the pretty split level walled garden, dine al fresco on the lovely outdoor furniture or sit quietly with a book and listen to the sound of the river close by.
There is off road parking for 1-2 cards accessed by a narrow riverside lane. Not suitable for large vehicles such as camper vans.
The Local Area
Nestled in a beautiful tranquil village next to the river, a 3 minute walk to the beach, this holiday home offers everything you need for a comfortable and happy stay. Aberarth itself is very tranquil, but within a 2 minutes drive you reach the busier town of Aberaeron should you want to visit somewhere a bit busier, or stock up on some shopping, or just sit by the harbour watching the world go by.
Aberaeron has a large selection of places to eat, with the famous Harbourmaster offering first class dining. You will find a lovely array of independent shops, and some supermarkets for your convenience.
This is a great base to explore Ceredigion and the beautiful surrounding counties, with a vast array of coastal walks, outdoor pursuits and watersports, island trips, and various attractions to suit all ages.
The guest's will have exclusive access to the entire house, please make yourself at home.
