The space

This beautifully furnished property with a tranquil colour palette, offers a  large living and entertaining space, and an idyllic enclosed garden, and is the perfect place for a family getaway. 

 

The Bedrooms

With their simplistic yet classy decor, all bedrooms boast Simba Mattresses, guaranteeing you a comfortable night's sleep! There is a double bedroom with wood flooring to the front of the property, with a further King bedroom with large built in wardrobes and finally the twin room with freestanding hanging space.


Living Spaces/Kitchen

From the entrance hall you enter the large living room with it’s neutral tones and  L shape sofa (also a sofa bed with storage). There is a 40 inch TV with freeview, Netflix and Amazon Prime. From here you have access to the well appointed kitchen, which flows into the bright and spacious conservatory/dining room which leads out to the garden. You will find all the mod cons in the kitchen such as microwave, coffee machine (ground coffee), blender as well as a large american style fridge freezer.

 

Bathrooms and Utility Room

The spacious modern family bathroom is located on the first floor and has a separate shower and an abundance of storage.

There is a downstairs shower room off the kitchen, and a utility room with washer and dryer next to it, so you can throw down your muddy boots or sandy costumes and jump straight in the shower. 


Outside Space & Parking

Sit back on a deckchair and relax in the enclosed and private garden comprising a patio area with steps leading to a lawned area, and a further raised decked area with table chairs and parasol.  There is an added bonus of a shed for storage. A BBQ is available for use.

NB: The raised patio area does not have any surrounding railings.

There is off street parking for 2 cars, with a free additional on street parking space.

 

The Local Area

Saundersfoot is a popular tourist destination, with its pretty harbour and beach, watersports and shops.  

St Brides Hotel and Spa is only a few minutes by foot, here you can sit and watch the sunset from the gorgeous bar and restaurant, or take a dip in their infinity pool overlooking the beautiful beach and harbour. As well as all the amenities and lovely restaurants that you will find in Saundersfoot itself, just a  5 minute drive away you will find the bustling seaside town of Tenby famous for its colourful array of Georgian houses. Tenby has a wide selection of shops and restaurants, as well as award winning sandy beaches.

Further along the coast you will find the quieter beaches of Manorbier, Freshwater West and Barafundle Bay. The North of the county is slightly wilder, and situated here is the infamous city of St Davids (smallest city in the UK).

Pembrokeshire is a haven for exhilarating water sports, spectacular coastal walks and the freshest seafood all set in a wild and incredibly beautiful landscape. Away from the coast, Pembrokeshire is fantastic for family holidays– there’s no end of choice of adventure parks, castes and boat trips.

3.There is a large base step to the staircase to 1st floor - 18cm high and 80cm square, with a further 11 steps to the first floor measuring 20cm deep, 20cm high and 79cm wide.
