Our lifestyles have all been affected

Lockdown has given us space to reflect on our busy lives, our health and our environment. This slowing down has allowed many of us to spend more time with our family and to focus on improving our health. We are more grateful for what we have, and most of us have found a new appreciation of the people and places in our life.
