The space

Balmoral is a delightful property with three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large enclosed garden. Located in the heart of Pendine, boasting fabulous Sea views, a short walk down to the sandy beach where there are seaside shops and cafes/restaurants.

Bedrooms

There are three light and airy bedrooms on the first floor, consisting of two king-size bedrooms and a smart single.

Living spaces

The bright and sunny living room, with its sea views is a perfect spot to relax and escape. There are French doors leading to the lovely terrace where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee. There is a 4ft sofa bed available in the living area, available upon request.

There is a separate dining room with plenty of space for the family to gather around the table and plan the next day’s adventure or sit down to enjoy an evening meal before playing some board games.

Kitchen

The brand new, modern kitchen is fully equipped to rustle up a delicious meal and benefits from a dishwasher, microwave oven and full size fridge freezer.

Bathrooms

There is a handy ground floor wet room off the kitchen, perfect for washing off the sand after a day on the beach.

There is an additional shower room on the 1st floor.

Outside area/Garden

At the front of the property, is the balcony with beautiful Sea views, you will find the hot tub where you can take a dip and watch the night sky, listening to the sounds of the waves. This can be accessed via a door from the first floor.

The large fully enclosed garden benefits from a raised terrace, accessed directly from the sitting room, with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining on a warm summer's night.

The Local Area

Pendine is located on Carmarthen Bay, where there is a good choice of outdoor activities available in the area. Ranging from horse riding across the sandy beach or coasteering, to a variety of water sports, abseiling, orienteering, caving and gorge walking.

There are many beautiful sandy beaches in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, with the popular resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby nearby. The Pembrokeshire Coastline has many fabulous walks, and Colby Woodland Gardens offers an enchanting woodland walk down to Amroth beach.

There is an abundance of interesting attractions and days out locally, including Castles, historic houses and the National Botanical Gardens of Wales to name a few. For the younger generation we are a short drive away from the likes of Folly Farm, Oakwood, Manor House Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities and Dinosaur Park.

If you are a "foodie" then there is a fantastic choice of restaurants within a 20 - 30 minute's drive ranging from Coast in Coppet Hall to Y Polyn, just 5 minutes from Carmarthen.

Guest access

The guests will have exclusive, private access to the hot tub, please make yourself at home. There is a shared front exterior entrance with the studio apartment on the top floor
